Marylin Monroe Inspired Wig Install Look | How To Get Dark Roots On A Blonde Wig ~ Tinashe Hair

Hey babes welcome back to my channel and let's get into this wig. This wig is from tinashe hair and they are sponsoring this video. As you guys can see, this wig is giving very much black and white a vibe very much marilyn monobu. Okay, now i'm going to add some dark roots to this wig and i'm starting by spraying, the lace with my get to be sprayed to nothing delays and really make sure to spray a lot on the lace. Here i went with this l'oreal peachy hair dye because i didn't want the roots to be too dark and the next lip i'm showing you guys how i prep the color, even though most of you guys know how to do it. But you know just in case so i mix the color thingy with the developer and mix them together for one or two minutes now, it's time to tint the woods. The process is really fast and easy. There'S a ton of videos on youtube on how to tent them just make sure to protect your legs before and apply the color on each side of every part. I mean once again that sounds obvious, but honestly, once i'm telling you guys, i completely forget that i needed to apply the color on both. You know both parts but yeah, whatever just make sure to apply it on both parts. This may have taken me 20 minutes to do, because i only darkened the boots on the lace and not the entire wig, because the rest wasn't necessary do do i let the color sit on the hair for 20 minutes before rinsing it out. After that, i washed the wig with my conditioner in my shimla shampoo. I used the shimmer light shampoo to tone the hair, because i didn't want to apply more hair dye to the hair and i just wanted the yellow nest to go away for the look. I wanted so yeah guys, that's it for the coloring part. I also plugged this wig off camera and it wasn't really long and now we can move to the install. Why is my camera not focusing on my face hi? Thank you. Thank thank you. Okay, hi babes. So um, i don't know if i'm going to do the intro of this video now or later, i'm probably gon na. Do it later so guys. You guys just saw me tent the roots of this wig, and this is you know how she's looking she's very she's giving and the hair is also a little. Can you guys see, i feel, like my lights, are too bright but like the hair is also a little brighter, because i did tone this wig with my shimmer light shampoo, because the wig was like yellowish. The wig has this um green undertone to it now, but i like it and now i'm just going to put my foundation on the legs. One thing i don't like about this - i don't know if you guys are going to be able to see it but like the hair is going through the lace, and i don't like that. I hate when my wigs does that, but unless you just need to take your scissors and cut them, you know just cut the hair um, i'm going to take my foundation and i'm just going to apply that on the lace. I need my brush okay, so this is how she's looking i put foundation on my hand, let me put the wig back on. Does this still look quite chill like what okay i'm going to put my foundation on it after so it's not a big cell. Let me stop talking. Okay, we are just going to glue on this wig and style it i think for today, i'm just going to show you guys how i glue on the front, i'm not going to include like the sides. I mean it's literally like the same technique, so you guys have seen me going on my wigs so many times, so i'm just going to focus the video on like the styling part, so that way the video won't be too long. Okay, okay, i like that. So i'm done with cutting the lace babes and i'm not gon na lie, even though the list is giving me coaches - maybe it's the color, but i really like this wig i mean the hair does look dry and stuff, but i don't know. I think that this install is going to give anyway, but we'll see i look crazy right now. So let me stop talking okay, this is really random and i was just about to like glue on my wig, but i just realized that my shirt is matching with my hair and i didn't even do it on purpose, and i just realized that now and i Just wanted to say that, because i just wanted you guys to give it, but anyhow, let me go back to like the end song. Okay, the legs is giving me white. The lace is still giving me white y'all, i don't know what's going on. Why is this liz giving white, but i don't like it what okay? This lace is hmm. So far, this is not my favorite lace, but maybe when i'm done it will look better. Let me shut up i'm going to keep. You know gluing on the front and we'll see how this looks. Okay. This is starting to look slightly better because i was scared. I'M not gon na lie. I was scared y'all, but this is starting to look a little bit better. I think i will need to add my fancy bronzer on this. I apply my foundation, but i think that i'm going to need to apply my fancy bronzer tool. I was actually really careful to not um attend the lace. While i was talking while i was like doing the roots, so i don't know what's going on, i don't know why this list is giving me you know caucasians, but hopefully it will look better at the end, so i'm going to tie it to the side and I'M going to be back to do like to do um uh to do the rest, like stall it and everything nice, okay, anyhow, taking my eat protectant, putting to spray alert, because this hair needs all the protection. I can give it okay, you! I don't even know how i want to style this. I thought that i knew how i was going to style it, but now i'm not sure like, should i do a middle part, or should i put this wig like on the side? I don't know which one look better like you know what y'all i changed my mind. I want a cyborg now yeah. I definitely want a side plate instead of like a middle void. Yeah i feel like this is going to look better, taking a bit of form. Just apply it on the hair: hmm, okay, now, let's just flat iron! This honestly, i think that flat tire flat iron running this wig is going to go really fast, because the hair is not long, and it's also not thick like this, maybe like 150 density or less. I don't think i don't it's not even that. I don't think i know it's not more than 150, so this is going to be really fast. So i don't like the like longer pieces in the front. I don't know if you guys can see it, but i don't like that. So i'm just going to cut this to make them equal where's, my okay, i can't find my other scissors, so those will have to do. Okay. Oh i like that. This is looking good now so now i need my scissors, so i'm just going to cut. I don't know if that's a good idea, but i'm going to risk it because i feel like like that, it's cute, but this will look better with like layers. Should i cut layers? Okay, i'm scared just a tiny bit and not too short, because sometimes i get scissors happy. Can i be cutting way too much? Oh yeah, like that, i, like i like it. This was lucky like lucky. I almost like cut this too much okay. So, let's do this, do do i'm really loving this y'all like this is giving i like that this is what i'm giving see. I told you guys to choose the process now this side. This side is like the difficult one, at least for me. I always struggle with this side, especially like to do those type of loose curls. So, let's just pray for me, babes, i'm done with like curling this it's giving madeline murderer and i like that you know i just love it maybelline minor moment. So let me just spray some hairspray, the smell, though oh, my god, okay, oh i like that. I'M going to cut this! This looks really good like period okay. Now i'm going to do my edges, i need to do those baby hair and i need them to look good because if they don't it's going to mess up like the entire look god you know, i wasn't really expecting that. But this is looking really good, because i was a little sick so and boom look at that tiny bit more foam on the top now, as this look really good, so i'm going to do my makeup and i'm going to be back to close this video. Ah, this looks so good. I really like how the hair turned out. I mean it's leaving it's keeping babes. Look at that: okay, okay, babes! That'S it for this video! I applied my fancy bronzer on top of the lace and the front part to like take off the white cast and i brush out the curls and playing them a little.
