Dying The Roots Of My Lacefront Wig Part 1

dying my wig roots to give wig a more natural appearance.

So today I'm going to die my lace front wig and I'm going to basically on start off the process by trying to protect my laced so that in the process of dying, my hair or my lace front wig, I don't dive the color of or change alter. The color of the actual lace itself so via the advice of macchiata, be she is a really nice and is one of my subscribers. She told me to use the got to be glued styling spike in blue, so I'm going to use this on my ways to protect it, applying one coat, letting it dry then applying another coat. This is what I want to do prior to actually dying the unit, and this is basically prepping the unit to be died. So I like this stuff, it's really good, because it definitely has a really great solid hole. I never thought that I could use it on. My wig for this purpose, but hey luckily, I have some here at home and I don't really have to go in by so. I think i'm really only going to apply this and the top area near were actually part the wig, because i'm not sure how much of this stuff i have to use, because this is an actual used trial size and I don't want to run out - and I Don'T part the hair all the way yeah, I just normally part it in the center aisle center or to the side. So that's what I'm going to focus on protecting the delays you and from what I've observed on marchetti's channel she's, a really good. She does ventilating on those wigs, so I assume she makes full lace wigs and it's really cool that she's so knowledgeable about this whole process and I'm going to just finish, putting it in the front, which is probably the most important area, because that's where the hairline Is going to be so definitely needs to be paid attention to, so I'm just making sure that it's getting within the little rid of the lace you, and also remembering that I did apply the sealant on the lace prior to me, cutting delays and applying the initial Application of the wig, so the lace is not as soft as it would be if it wasn't treated with the sealant. Ok, so I'm going to let this dry and then I will be back and apply a second coat and then I'll start the whole process for us dying, my alright, so it doesn't seem as though this is drawing very quickly. So I'm going to go and go in and blow dry it to help speed up the process for it to dry. It'S still a little bit sticky, so the next time, if I ever decide to do this in another way, I'll make sure that I spread the glue evenly except you don't have it equally distributed it's going to take a lot of time for it to dry thoroughly And it will also be tacky in those spots words. You know a lot more more of the adhesive excuse me more of the glue than in other sections, but I definitely see how this is going to prohibit anything from any of the dye from altering the color, because, just like a definite like, I got layer on The legs, like a coating - I guess you could say um, so I'm definitely excited to start, but I have to go in and try my second coat, so I'm really want to focus at the hairline, because that's one of the manger. This is the most important part to me that I don't have a black hair line and I know if it's so dark at the root of the hair and the hair. The scalp is darkest. Also, it's going to look like it's apparent that it's a wig, so smoothing it and, as you see it's like glossing over, it's like a coating, a film. That'S the best way to describe this. This stuff is heavy duty, no jokes, not a joke at all. It'S like the real deal haven't used this on my natural hair, but I used it when I had a relax which is smooth on my edges and it's definitely strong hold. So that's nice. This is my second coat oops in careful NASA another hair, because then it will not be able to take the die properly, so we want to go and blow dry, this some more to make sure it's totally dry and that I want to stop the process for Dyeing the roots of my hair, okay, everyone. So these are the tools that I'm going to use. Um duckbill clips a tint brush a bowl for mixing color a little bit of full oils so that i can use the highlighting method to die. My lace front wig and the dye
