I'Ve been feeling really bad about myself lately, so you know what we're gon na do we're gon na dye my hair and hope that triggers something inside of me to help me feel better, so hi guys, my name is bridget. Welcome back to my channel feels like i should have said that first, but i didn't so today, i'm going to be dyeing my hair, or at least take the color out of it. I feel crispy like take the color out, then we'll assess what to do with it afterwards type deal. I have purple pinky combination, colored, hair and then my roots are growing in pretty bad. It'S pretty bad here's a picture of them in natural daylight. So you can see what the color is and stuff not in this weird bathroom lighting. I have blonde roots and they're coming in a really weird sandy color that i don't like, and since i touch up my roots anyways, i figured today we would just strip this color out and do something new. You know i've been trying a lot in the last. Like year and a half to do like a really blonde silver piece and then black for the rest of my hair, just so most of it heals and this one silver piece will be really pretty and fun and alternative. Looking and it's been four months since i last attempted that so i think we're gon na try to do silver again today. Oh, i guess tomorrow, probably today we'll be taking this out tomorrow, we'll be fixing it but yeah. That'S the plan is i had a whole video lined up for today i was gon na film. I was like i got my makeup ready. I was like i'm gon na fill the unfiltered opinions, video and then the ups man came by with my sally's order or half of it, and then this is what we end up with for today is doing this, because it's been on my mind and honestly, i'm In such a rut, like you know, i have a lot of stuff going on personal life, people watching vlogs and stuff. You know that, but also as far as youtube, my viewers are in the toilet and the toilet, and i just i don't know i feel like i need to change routes a little bit. Maybe people aren't watching makeup content as much people may not like me anymore. I don't know, but i feel like i just need to get myself out of this rut, maybe change my hair up and revamp everything. You know: you've revamped your hair, you can revamp your life. You can revape your channel, hopefully and uh yeah. All that good jazz. Also speaking of revamping things, one thing i'm not revamping, so i'm very happy with how it's going is the opencrypt.com, it's my own small business that mr anubis condones and he loves. I just made a whole bunch of tumblers with the mystery collar design on them. They'Re very beautiful. We also have a goof shop, so things that, like have small mess ups on or something wrong with, that i wouldn't sell for full price or in my goof shop, on my shop and they're for a discounted price. So you know things that, like you're, like i don't care if it's a little messed up discount, you know anyways, i'm gon na put my hair color dress on and we're gon na ruin. My hair okay, i'm back hair color is gon na, be a fun experiment. Today, so let me show you what i got from sally's. I ordered four things. I ordered two of the l'oreal hair color movers, which are my favorite movers. Sometimes they say the professionals sometimes they're not and on their website. They didn't say anything about it. So i ordered two of those they did not go with my order, so i had to contact them and figure out what that's about, but the other things that i actually did receive in the mail today is the l'oreal technique. Colors app. This worked pretty good. Last time, although i kind of felt like i needed two, which is why i kind of bought this as a backup for the other two that i really like, but now this is gon na, be the thing we use today and then i also got this. Oh lord, i'm going to pronounce this word suave is this one has like a little day of the dead pinup girl like a little skeleton pinup girl on it. She looks cute. This is the color whirlwind online. It looks silver. This looks kind of like a muddy brown gray. To be honest, this is too much yellow in it. For me for a silver, but i know i have other things in my collection that are like purple, shampoos and stuff that i can use this color comes out. Weird, like honestly, this color on the box kind of looks like my roots and that's not the vibe today. So what i'm gon na do is i'm gon na prep up the colors app and we're gon na get started. Color zap is just two parts: you put the activator into the color remover powder and you shake it up and you stir it up and you go together and also i'm fully aware. People hate when youtubers complain about views and their channel being dead and stuff. However, i mean that's just how i feel you know like that's just how i feel don't yell at me and if you yell at me about it, like whatever i don't care, it's my own personal opinion and i'm gon na use the gloves for this as well, Because i have very sensitive skin, and sometimes when i do my hair and i don't wear gloves it burns, my flesh on my fingers also same thing with, like i cook at home - a lot because you know that's what one does and i like the idea of Being a housewife, we're still like, of course, making some money um. So i cook a lot and then i can cut up steaks. I can cut up pork. I can cut up anything but for some reason, if i handle raw chicken, it breaks my skin on my hands very terribly, and i don't know what it is something about chicken specifically, i can't cut up or i can't like handle, which is odd, so this bottle Has a really cool feature where, instead of like popping open the cap, all weird like it just has like a little flip up thing and that works pretty. Well, i'm going to apply it all over and then i'm probably going to bleach my roots after this. Just so whatever hair color, we do do sticks. So i'm going to start off with this front piece that may they may become different colors. They may become the silver parts. Maybe the recipe black, maybe it'll, all be silver. I still don't know what i'm doing. I just know that i've been purple for over a month and i'm bored with it. So this is what we're doing. I have this okay. So let's talk while i'm doing this, i have this whole idea that if we get a house, this only relies on. If we get a house, you know that i could do like if we can save a little bunny in our pocket from moving expenses. You know we got ta break our lease here and everything if we can save a little money in our pocket. I want to do like super, affordable home renovation. Things like if we get the house we're working on getting right now, then there's a lot of home improvements that need to be done. Of course, everything can't be done all at once, because that just sounds like an astronomical amount of money, but slowly or like right off the bat there's one or two things we want to fix, like there's specifically a wall that i don't want to be there um. Those could be like really cool videos, and i could do that kind of thing on my channel because, like makeup isn't what it once was: it's not like the star of youtube or anything also. I did have blue underneath here, so there's a blue coming out. It'S definitely not as prevalent as it once was the beauty community on youtube. So i would like to do different things, but of course, keeping makeup in line too, because i do love makeup and you know putting makeup on my face is what made my channel a thing in the first place, although sometimes when i video bombs with maker blade, I'M always like, i have a bad face. I don't know how to describe it, but it always makes me feel like i have a bad face because makeup videos are about my face, even though i don't really like that aspect of it. It just automatically comes back to the fact that it it makes me feel like. I have a bad face and i know that's stupid, but that's what my stupid little brain thinks sometimes, but you know um, so i would like to do other things in my channel. Like today a munchpak video went out, i did an unboxing of a munch pack. Apparently i did it wrong because i didn't eat all 10 snacks in that video, but i just wanted to try. I just wanted to try it. You know i just wanted to try things out and see how that type of content does like. I think i just need to experiment with things i've been saying that for a while, like a couple months ago, i put out a video doing my makeup and reviewing two horror movies: don't breathe and don't breathe too bombed video bombed um, but it was worth a Shot, because that is the kind of things i like like i love, i love horror. I love horror movies. I love poor reviews um, but i just think for longer form. Content, i think, has to be something special since tick. Tock is especially relevant now and i'm not good at the tick tock either. I don't know i like the noise, the sounds and the stuff. The kids do. I don't know all those trends um, but i try once in a while. So i just i want to try it out, like i think home content's great, like there's a video, i have several videos on like office tour or you know, filming room tour, spooky living room tour when i had my own apartment for him and my husband and Those kind of videos i really enjoyed - and i thought they were really nice - i like showing off my cool decor, so those kind of videos, maybe a thrift flip or so i always think about doing thrift with me videos. However, i never i don't really buy that much when i go thrifting it's more for like there might be a gym that day. So i don't know i i just. I need to experiment with things i think outside of the beauty realm, but also keep it integrated into my channel, because it's what i love, i love makeup and for winning my hair. So if you get these colors have things get more than one. This was my backup plan because i wanted to use the little color remover packs. So i got this much hair done it's before four o'clock, so sally's does have two hour delivery, even though it's never two hours that it comes, it's usually the next day. So i'm going to put a processing cap on and have half purple hair for a couple hours. I will order that uh sit this on, for it says 20 to 30 minutes. It says, which it says - start 20 to 30 minutes um. So i'm gon na do that we're going to come back into the rest of my hair. This is so such a mess already. So the hair that got color zapped looks great. It looks phenomenal. The other color is still in there. I placed that two-hour delivery. They canceled my order. I got the email confirmation i forgot the shower. I called them because when we went the system transmitted the orders, they have no reason for it. They'Re like oh. Maybe it was paypal's fault, because that was through pay. Pay pay through paypal boom place. Another order. Confirmation goes good. I place an order through a debit card this time and an hour later i get guess what another cancellation and i've been on the thing for their chat waiting for a transfer for 20 minutes now. So that's a fun when it took 15 minutes for me to get someone on the phone line, so i thought maybe the chat on the line would be online would be easier. It'S not. Why do they keep cancelling my orders after three orders from sally's, and i still don't know where the other half of my first shipment was that arrived earlier today we are back in business now. Third order finally arrived with zero anything, it's still marked as processing didn't get marcus shipped or nothing, but it's here and i'm not gon na complain. So i took some things off my order for the start order and just did the basic things i thought i would need. So there was a little deal going on. If you got a toner, you got a bowl a little absolute perfection. Booster thing, which i heard is a dupe for olaplex and a brush, so you got all this and the toner for eleven dollars, the toner. I got oh and you also got a little baby. 20 volume developer. The thing i got the toner i got is the cream toner and snow cap bp ppd free from ion. These typically don't work for me, but i also ordered one off amazon that should be here tomorrow or earlier this week. So we'll see, if i even need the toning, i might just leave it blonde for a little bit. I don't know. I also got the colors app. So there's a whole bunch of receipts in here, but this is all i got. I got the colors app. I got the toner with the other stuff bundle, so i'm gon na color zap the rest of this hair. Now, like honestly, the blonde looks great like this looks so good. Yes, it looks frizzy and fried and damaged at the end if it breaks. You know after some toner damage, i don't really care, you know um, but i look how good this looks. It looks so good. It looks so good anyways, i'm gon na i'm gon na do this, because what the is that you know it's just really been a rough day for me overall, like we had the house appraisal. Today they said it came in under uh our offer and they're only gon na pay what the appraisal's worth. So we don't know how that's gon na go because they didn't give us number yet and then you know we have to offer the lower number whatever. It is to the seller all that our fish tank got the ick. I just saw one fish, don't know how that happened. We haven't had it um, we haven't had anything new, so that kind of sucks and then my orders kept getting canceled from sally's and the people on the phone were very rude to me. Every time acting like it's, your payment method, contact your bank, blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah. It was not nice, so sally's. If you see this, i can't flip you off on camera, because i'm not that person, but your customer service is zero. Freaking help and every time i call you you take forever to answer. If i do the online customer support, you don't help me either. Let'S color zap and i'm gon na add this to my colors app as well. This perfection thing - maybe i feel better right now, because i finally got one of my sally's orders, so i can do this. The blonde turned out good and i had a good cry. Sometimes i need a good cry. Just you know work it out a little bit. Only i would get it in my ear, oh only, i would accidentally squirt hair color remover in my ear purple really said he hopped and he popped and you sent it off. You should know this and please tell me you know what that's from leaving out these two pieces. So i don't process, but here we go i'll, see you in 30 minutes after my shower alright guys. So i turned out blonde after that. Second color zap, i will say color zap, is just like the punky color from the punky color color off hair, color remover. You know it's bleach, but doesn't want to tell you it's bleach, so it says it's a hair, color remover because it knows bleach will take care of the hair color um, because my hair doesn't feel dry also has a little crimps in it and stuff, because i Kind of just let it dry when i was sleeping, so it just kind of got crimpy um, but yeah, i'm blonde. We have some unevenness over here. We have like some yellowy uh golden tones and a little bit of green on some of the ends. But really it's not bad at all like it's like yeah, we have some discoloration sure you know sure, but it's not the worst thing in the world considering it was purple uh. It was blue before that and then i had black box dye on it before that. So really it's not bad at all like it's not so i'm not gon na leave it blonde because it is so uneven um, but i'm not sure what to do with it. Next, like i thought about just toning it and keeping it just a silverish icy blonde tone, and then i thought about just going for that kind of grungier gray, because i feel like if i look like this people are gon na know. I'M emo, even though you know i um, i don't know, i don't know. I just think the blonde is a little too yellow, so maybe i'll tone it and put dye over. If i don't like the tone - or i could save myself the damage of toning it and just put gray over it, i don't know, but i have two toners now i feel like. I want to use them, but my hair is also kind of dry. So maybe i should put a semi permanent over it like a gray tone that is not going to damage my hair more and condition it but anyways. Let me know what you think in the comment section down below it's probably my most successful hair color remover, even though it was a pain in the butt, and i still to contact sally's and wonder why they only gave me half my order and they canceled. Three of my orders and basically hung up on me being mad at me for calling customer service, so that was fun anyways. Thank you guys so much. I have derm appt coming up so maybe I will figure out the trigger & come back, I don't know. I LOVE reno vids. My sis & I spent last week knocking out my mom's walk in shower (it was built in in 1983). We started rebuilding it but ran into plumbing and structural things that delayed us so part 2 is happening over the summer. Btw ever seen a particle board subfloor? I have now. And I don't mean OSB. Lol. I also love watching upcycles. I love to see what people do with old things.

shellbeme: I love your videos and I enjoy all the new things you are doing. By the way, you should totally consider filming any cooking or food prep stuff. I think partly views are down because overall people are spending less on makeup. I also think part of it is the change up in your content. The last thing effecting it, I believe is how short your videos are. I think the sweet spot is 20 minutes or more. That said, I still love everything you are doing. If funds are an issue you could try doing some shop miss A (Super popular) or She Glam, try on and wear test hauls. You could try more in depth reviews and maybe weekly wear tests for any new makeup you purchase too. Maybe some SHEIN fashion hauls? Whatever you decide, I will keep watching. Don’t feel bad about venting, house hunting is a hugely stressful process and just magnifies everything else that’s going on.

Another cause might be a cold air draft across the top of your tank. Make sure you have a good fitting lid and that the tank is not in a drafty part of the house. At least you caught it early and only see it on 1 fish. It shouldn't be a big deal they have a lot of medication that is very good at treating also you can raise the temp of your tank a few degrees while treating that helps too. Amanda Paulsen: I like the Munchpak video. I don’t think you have to eat everything on camera. However, it’s probably best to film most of the reactions as you try them later on. I just feel like it would be a more rounded video if it had additional reactions. Unfortunately, that probably means having to hold off on releasing the video until you have filmed your reactions and edit them into the video. In addition, if you really like the food boxes, mukbangs are totally an enjoyable thing. Maybe you could convince your husband to try the snacks with you and you could film it together. You are just in a rut. Keep trying new things and eventually you’ll find what brings you joy and views.
