My hey guys welcome back to my channel, i'm caviarquez. I hope you guys are all doing well. Today we have a such an exciting video. We have a hair tutorial. We have a transformation, you guys. We took this really dark colored wig. It was a black wig that we started with and we lifted her to get this pink root trend. If you guys are interested in finding out how i got this look with just an all black wig stick around today's hair sponsor is tanashi hair. They sent me this 22 inch wig. This is in the body wave texture. If you guys have seen this trend on instagram, you guys will know that this pink route is really really trending. I did a bit of a different version of this because i started with dark hair. If you guys have been paying attention to that trend, i don't think i've ever seen. Anyone lift the dark root, it always starts with a 613 hair, and then they color the root pink and then they dye the rest of the hair black. I wanted to do it different today, because not everyone can afford the 613 hair - or maybe you have an old wig at home that you might want to play around with. This is definitely possible, as you guys can see. Oh, oh for this tutorial things that we may need today and just like to have on hand just to make our job the easiest as possible. Things that i might be using. I haven't really decided on what i exactly i'm going to be using, but things that you should have are you know, fair of really good gloves to protect your hands from the bleach, the lightening cream, a brush that you like using for applying the bleach. I have two options today i have the wella blondor. This one is a higher quality bleach which you can get from sally's, but um it doesn't lift as strong, and then i have the quick blue just to you know, help boost with that lifting maximize that lifting and we have some 40 volt. I like to use the clear so the really liquid version i find it just works best for me, and we also have a 20 ball just to mix with the colors here. These are permanent colors, so they do require some um developer to activate the color, but they do have options that you can get that doesn't require any developer and i think it's a one-to-one ratio, so you don't need much of this. So 20 ball is basically going to give a little bit of lift. If you use 10 volt, it's not going to give any lift it's just going to deposit the color onto the hair, but the 20 ball will give a slight lift to the actual color of the hair and also deposit the pigment as well. So, just keep that in mind, if you guys are ever using colors with developer 10 ball just deposits. The color without lifting 20 volt does create a slight lift. Okay, we also have this option here. This does not require any developer. Is i'm going to section the hair when i do have my bleach mixed up and i'm going to apply the bleach like kind of closer to this area here towards the end when we're ready we're gon na go in and go on the route daddy? So now? What we're gon na do is just leave it to do its thing. It'S already lifting quite nicely on this side, so we're just gon na leave it to process like maximum like an hour, because the bleach won't lift after that. So, even if you leave it on for two hours, it's not gon na do anything after about an hour and then we're gon na rinse it off and then reapply the bleach where needed. Okay. So what we're gon na do is i'm gon na show you guys? First, what it looks like off of the first bleach, so this is what it looks like after the first bleach and it's looking pretty good like it's not looking bad at all. There'S a nice ombre out! That'S just how we applied the bleach in the bleaching process. So this side is a little bit darker than the other side, so we do have to go in a little bit more bleach on this side. First um, it's gon na look really really pretty. We did focus more on this side, so this side has longer highlights so the highlights go down deeper, as you guys can see. The root lifted pretty nicely on this unit. So far, so we don't have to do too much to this side. Tell is i'm really liking this style, so i do want to talk about some of the things that i did to achieve this. Just so you guys can you know, get the gist of what i actually did so first things. First, i use 40 volume developer with some hair bleach and i lifted it twice now. This hair is pretty good hair because the hair held up perfectly fine, it's just the lace. That kind of you know got send out on some parts where i applied just extra bleach because it wasn't lifting as much as i had wanted it to some of the knots are going to melt away in the process of lifting a black wig. You wanted to do it this way and you can definitely do so. I have an hd lace and the lace is definitely giving hd, because this is all lace here and you can't even see it. So i just did minor baby hairs there, and then we just curled her. I did also put the highlights down this side here. I extended it a little bit lower than on this side, so you guys can see this side is a lot shorter and then the highlights are kind of like going through on this side, and i think it really came out really pretty. The color definitely needs to be lifted to a pretty light, color blonde. In order for that pink to stay, so i did also use a permanent color. I used um. I think it was the ion brand yeah ion brand, but i used magenta. I don't. I didn't use this rose petal because i wanted to do two magentas, but i didn't actually have that one available like there was just one in stock at the time. So i got the one and i was going to mix it, but the hair didn't bleach light enough for me to actually use this color, because this color is a little bit lighter so guys. My final thoughts on the wig, the wig is great. The wig is so soft like where i didn't chemically treat, definitely is super super soft and the fact that the hair lifted that light to achieve this look is pretty impressive. So i would definitely say if you want to check them out and you don't want to buy the 613 color and you want to buy this black wig, you can buy it and then, when you know you're kind of sick of it or you're getting bored, you Can switch it up a little bit and do this process definitely affordable option for you guys if you have just old black wigs laying around the house, you can definitely do that comment below your thoughts on this transformation. This is something that you might try at home. Did i inspire you to try it for yourself? Let me know in the comment section down below and of course, if you want to check out tenashi hair, i'm gon na leave all the information in the description box for you and i'll catch. You guys in another video real soon bye for now.
