Conditioner, hmm, cairo: what did you do? I was not supposed to get this welcome and welcome back to my youtube channel guys, it's k samoan here and i'm back with a video and we're back all together better than ever i'm going to be consistent. I will not delete a post if i upload something and i'm going to stay consistent this time, guys like really trust the process, because i'm dead. I was going to take this to series whether i look good or not, on this camera. Yes, you're gon na have to bear with me like comment and subscribe and get into with this channel because we're going up period. Today'S youtube video is gon na. Be me dying this black wig from black to red with bleach. Well, you could do this without bleach, but probably i'll do this in a separate video, but for today we're going to be using bleach and it's not going to be hard. It'S going to be the easy, watercolor method way of doing it. So without further ado, let's get into this video to start this off. I did already plug the lace, as you guys could see, oh and by the way, this is not my hair, i'm not wearing. This is for a client and yeah. She wanted me to do either red or brown with like streaks and stuff like that, and i'm not experienced that much for doing the whole color highlight, which is brown and it's different shades, and i tried it on myself before and it did not work out. So we just went with doing red and that's perfect, because when i tried to make this video before i deleted it before, i even uploaded it, but i i edited it and then i deleted it because i didn't like it. So this video better be better and yeah, so anyways, the hair that i'm working with today is from unite. This is the 18 inch body wave, wig um. I think it's a frontal wig as well. Let me take the t, pins out and show y'all how the legs look and i'll. Tell you whether or not it's if it's a buy four or buy six frontal, as in like parting space, okay, so yeah! This is definitely okay yeah. This is definitely a 13 by four parting space, frontal wig, and this is perfectly okay. I can definitely work with this, and this looks like medium brown lace, so it kind of look a little bit darker, but i know i can work with this like get into the hold on. Can we get into the plug-in? Can we because my skills is on point, especially on this unit? If you already saw my hair on my um social media, you would know that i body this in store, i body mountainous lace, even though it was dark like when i tell you this lace came dark as it came, dark as hell, so like even on the Side, you can still see that it's really dark, but honestly i don't care i'm home. I don't really have nowhere to go and it's on my head, not a client head. I would never up on a client head but yeah make sure y'all invest in your legs. I thought this lace that i got was gon na be good, because my friend had ordered a hair like she had ordered a wig from this website as well, in terms of like texture and stuff, like that, this wig is a1 and this hair is from hj Weaver beauty i'll put the link in my description box down below for both of these wigs from the two different websites or vendors and stuff like that, but yeah anyways, like i was saying my friend had her wig from them. It was soft. The knots were nice and tiny, so it was good to bleach and the lace did not look black as but apparently on this, it was dark and no offense, because i said black as but like it was really really really really really really dark. Actually, i'm gon na show y'all right now. So, like you see how dark this lace is compared to my skin color, like my lace, it went from basically that to this so can we just give ourselves a clap, a nice well done, clap, because this was really really dark, and i thought i really couldn't Manage with it but yeah like you could tell the difference. So, ladies, please invest in your lace. Look at that. This is medium brown lace and this is dark. Brown lace, invest in your lace, ladies and please make sure that you purchase hair from some nice ass vendors when you're getting your hair done, stop stressing out your hair stylist, even though they're professional, and they should be able to do certain things. Please make a less work, so you could be in and out of that hair salon that home based salon everything but yeah anyways. Let me stop talking about hair and get into bleaching and coloring this wig unit. First and foremost, i got two different color reds, so i got intense red and i got raging red, so it's 70 and 71. Let me just put it up to the camera, so you have to see but yeah. Those are the two colors and i think this i don't know, because i keep forgetting what dye i use when i color my red hair, but i'm pretty sure that this will come out pretty well, because this red is a darker red and this red is a Lighter red so, like you could tell the difference, is intense raging, intense rating, so it's gon na look velvet. It'S gon na look real nice. I got my two dies. Usually when i die here. I use two bottles, so yeah um. What else we're gon na be using the other thing that we're gon na be using? Is i have my coloring whizzical bucket bowl to color in my wigs and oil paper, bleaching powder and 40 cream developer? The reason why we're using 40 and not 30 or 20 is because 40 bleach is really light lighter than 30 and 20, so it's a better use and then washing and cleaning products that we're also going to use on the hair is shimmer lights, and this is Conditioner, hmm, cairo: what did you do? I was not supposed to get this. I was not supposed to get this oops. I was supposed to get shimmer, i'm so dumb, because i really looked in the thing yesterday and i was not paying attention to what i was doing in that store, but i just got something i said: shimmer lights on anyways. This is shimmer light shampoo. You use it to tone the brassiness out of your wig after you bleach it, and then what i don't have on me, but i do have in my bathroom, is silicon which we're gon na use to restore some type of moisture into the wig after we drench It in all that bleach, so yeah without further ado, let's get into the process, please be prepared to have on a mask, because when i tell you, this bleach stinks and it's gon na burn your nose on multiple occasions. It stinks and it's going to burn your nose and also make sure you have on gloves to protect your hands from burns, because you don't want that. Okay! So now i got my bleaching powder and i'm going to pour about four to five scoops of bleach into the ring. Okay, so, as you can see here, my 40 cream developer and i'm going to pour a largely generous amount of that into the mix, you want to get a liquidy consistency, but not too liquidy still have a thick sense of it, but just make sure that it's Liquidy enough to mix your hair into so, as you can see here, i went back in with my 40 cream developer to make the mix a little bit more liquidy, because i did not like the consistency. Okay, so before y'all come at me for putting more powder into the mix, please just know that it's good to start off with the basic amount before you add anything extra. So it's okay! If you need to go back in and add more liquid and add, more powder go ahead, and do so so, as you can see, i'm getting to a consistency that i like here, it's not too thick and not too creamy, it's just right and yeah. So what i'm doing here that i forgot to mention at the beginning is i grab some nice hot, warm water to pour it into the mix and you're going to pour it into it. Slowly so make sure you take your time, do not over add so much water because you can mess with your solution and it will not color and lighten your hair to the right amount that it should be at so after pouring those two cups of water into The bleach i did feel like i was ready to dip the hair for it to be lightened. What i did do is i started off with the tip of the hair, and i make sure i took my time and really worked that bleach into that hair. You can also use a brush to help get every single strand and root of that wig in that bleach. So take your time be careful mind the bleach because it will get messy, but i'm telling you if you evenly distribute it the way i'm telling you to it is all gon na work out. Okay, so after using the brush for a while, i stopped using the brush and i started using my hands. This is where it gets dirty guys, so please be sure to be ready. What you're gon na do is you're gon na go in between the hair and you're gon na make sure you scrub each and every single part with that bleach make sure you get it all into that hair work your hands and make sure you check every part. So that you know for sure, you're bleaching, every single strand that i hear and i'm not going to cut out any part when it comes to this, because you guys need to really see how i work that bleach into every single strand of that hair. So, like i said, take your time be sure to brush it out if you need to squeeze some bleach out and reapply in other sections and yeah after i'm done rubbing in the bleach, i put foil paper over the bin to heat the hair and make the Process of the coloring go faster, so after i washed out the bleach. This is the color that i got but keep in mind as i did wash out the bleach. I also shampooed and used some silicon to restore some moisture back into the wig okay stop before. I continue. I really forgot to tell y'all that one key component that you're gon na need to know when you're dyeing your lace, your hair, um red. What you're gon na need to grab is you got to be glued spray in your lace? I don't really push back the lace on this side, but what i do make sure of is to flip this thing over and get to spraying ignore the bleach mark on my shirt. But what i'm doing here is spraying the lace but got to be glued, and i repeated this three times to be exact: you're gon na spray, the lace for got to be glued three times time by time and you're gon na blow dry. It so first time you're gon na spray them blow dry, then after you're gon na repeat that two more times, okay. So now it's time to dye our hair red, as you can see, i went in with both bottles and mixed, the color and the water. The water was not hot water, it was not boiling hot water. I did not sit there and wait. Another 30 minutes for water to boil for me to put it in that bowl to dye the hair. What i did is, i grabbed some warm water from my faucet and i dyed the hair okay. So now it's time to dip our hand to the water. As you can see, i do start off with the ends then. Eventually, i just put the whole thing in and, as you can see, this part is where pudding that got to be glued is really vital, because if you don't, as you can see how red that lace is, your hair will mess up what i did for the Washout process was, i literally just rinsed the hair out and then, after because of the texture and how stringy it got for a second. I went in with some silicone that that sit on the hair for seven minutes, wash it out and got a better texture. I blow dried, the hair made sure everything was good to go and, as you can see, the lace is perfectly fine. Hair is really really red, so it was a complete transformation.
