Review On Isla Wig

Hi guys it's makeup, hair junkie over 40 here and i wanted to finally do my review on the ilo wig isla and rooted sandstone by tony of beverly. I wanted to do that review um. I did an unboxing and talked about it for a bit, but it's been a long time since i've done the review. So first i want to explain um it's hot, so i have not been wearing wigs a lot um. My hair is actually growing out, um, not too bad. I actually just colored it and it turned kind of red but um. It looks like i have a lot of hair and it's full and thick. It'S not. I have a lot of hair, but it's thin and my hair is thinning, especially right here, but i just kind of wanted to show you so when i'm at work, i usually just scrunch it and just wear it like this curly. It looks a lot better though um, so i haven't been wearing wigs a whole lot, but i do want to put this isla on and show you so i wore this wig to work several times um. This was earlier in the spring, and i got a lot of compliments on it. Um it's very realistic. The roots it's rooted and the roots are a little bit darker lace front. First, i might as well show you the cap. It has the velcro adjustable straps and one thing about this wig. It smells. I mean it doesn't stink, but you know some wigs. You get and i'm going to say this, but the vivid wigs on the uni wig site, the levivid collection. I had the kerry wig sent to me. I did a review on that. You can look a couple years ago that wig smelled amazing. It didn't smell like fabric softener or or chemicals. It just smells so nice. This one does not. It smells like a plastic chemical smell. I could wash it and put softener in it or put febreze in it or something to change that. I just wanted to mention that on the video um adjustable straps they're velcro has a little bit of a nape. It'S soft bendable, ear tabs and they are have this felt stuff on there open wefting here in the back and on the front it has um this material, probably for the permatease. This does have permatease and i will put this on for you and this rooted. Sandstone is so pretty um, it's it's a blonde, it's a platinum blonde, but it has other blondes in it and it's very full. So what i usually do is this. I haven't brought this out for a while. I haven't worn it in a while, like i said um, i haven't worn wigs in a while because it's been hot, okay, so um the coverage here is pretty good. This is the ear tab. My mirror's right right here, the ear tab comes pretty perfect right here. Um, i do go behind my ear and just bump it up a bit because it it rubs on my ear. A lot of wigs. Do that, and just must be my head: there's nothing wrong with the wig, but i just kind of bump it up a little and i wear glasses too and now face mask at work, so they kind of get in the way. So i just kind of got to bump it up a little bit and then this one same way just kind of, but you can see the sides, that's pretty good coverage. I can always pull this out and mix it in if i wanted to okay. So this is the left side, the back the right side and the front, and you can part this anywhere um. So if i wanted to change the part over here, i could i would probably train it a little bit. You all know when you get a wig, you have to kind of train it. The way you want it to go, so i could part it on that side. If i wanted to i've wore this in up dues a lot, i usually leave a little right there and then i pull this back and take a little clip. Do this. I think that is super cute and you can see the hairline. It has a lot of makeup in it from from me, so this is the hairline. You can see the makeup in it, but it's a really really nice hairline. I mean this looks like it's coming right out of my scalp. You could also tuck it behind your ear, probably tuck the whole thing, and even though this is my bio hair and it's a lot darker, because this wig is rooted. It just looks like my hair, see how it blends in very nicely um probably could pull it back and put a clip in it um. I haven't really tried that i am not really good at updos. You just kind of have to experiment, but i'll take a little bit of a bigger clip and stick in here yeah. That would work. I guess i don't know what it looks like in the back um. So again, this is isla i-s-l-a and rooted. Sandstone is the color and it's by tony of beverly and uh. I will have to put down in the description box where i bought it because it's been a while - and i don't remember i wan na say name brand wigs but i'll put it down in the description box. But i do know i got 30 off. So it wasn't as expensive as the retail price. And again i don't know the price off the top of my head. But i know i got 30 off and i know that because i hardly ever buy a wig, that's not 30 or more off once in a great while you can find them for 40 off on one particular wig and um avery by tressallure. One time was 40 off, so i snagged it up um, it's a really good deal, but a lot of websites do have 30 percent off and if they don't, if you just patient, they will run one. So i like the wispy layers, so it is really cute. I think someone who wants to be blonde likes the platinum blonde, but they're a little afraid to go blonde um. This would be a good wig for you because of the dark roots. It'S not so drastic, but it does have that really pretty platinum beach. Blonde kind of feel so i'm actually going to go outside and show you a natural light. This really is a beautiful wig and i don't think it's old ladyish. I think it's cute sassy fun, but i think all ages could wear it. Okay, oh my son. Just pulled up okay, so here's what the wig looks like natural sunlight.
