Hello guys welcome to my channel if you like, to see step by step, how to achieve this knotless box braid way just keep watching hello guys in this video. I will be making this knotless box braid um wig on a 4x4 closure so to create this wig. I will be using these crochet plus that i purchased from amazon for 32.99 in the color 1b, and it holds seven in a pack. This is my first time using this here, but i love how well done the ends are. So i will leave all the information in the description box below and it comes with. Seven individual um packs um, bundled together in the pack for 32.99, so to get started, we're going to crochet on the rim of the cap and then we're going to work. Our way up on the inside of the cap, okay, so i'm going to go all the way around on the rim up until where my closure will be um stitched and then i'm going to start working on on the inside of the cap, all the way to The top okay so to get started, i'm just going to space it. Usually i don't measure if you need to measure if you're a beginner and you're like okay, i'm not sure what to do. As far as my spacing, you could just start out with probably two fingers spacing and as you go along, if you see and it's looking too bulky, then you could give it some more space, especially when you get to the inside. You don't want it to be too close. Okay, because it's you can easily go back and fill it in if it's too spacey, rather than making it too thick, then you have to go. Remove those plaques and then um you're gon na have holes in your cap. Okay, so that's what i normally say so, i'm gon na open my lash put it through the mesh. Okay, i'm gon na take open the the loop is kind of tight because you're small okay, so i'm gon na close once i put the loop on the crochet needle i'm gon na close that pull it through. I'M gon na keep my needle in because, since the loop is so small, i'm gon na use this to pull it through. Okay, i'm gon na use the crochet needle and just take it to the end of the hair close my latch and pull that through it's easier than trying to get your finger through that small loop guys so um. It'S it's really simple. I'M gon na do it again, i'm gon na space it take it about here open my latch, go through put the needle through the loop close it pull it through. Let me have to tighten it just a little bit. I'M now going to take my needle out and i'm going to go to the end of my hair, close the latch, pull that through see how easy that was and the more you do it. It will become um easier for you, so i'm just going to keep doing that all the way around to the rim, but remember my closure is not on so i'm gon na stop to a certain point until i pull put my closure on so i'm gon na Go over here open the needle push it through the mesh open a little put that on close it pull it through. Okay, i'm just checking you want to make sure that you have your um enough mesh going through with that way. The mesh is not too thin where it's going to rip easily okay. So i'm not going to take my needle out, i'm just going to go ahead bottom off the hair, pull it through, so we're going to continue crocheting our plaids all the way around on the band of our wig, and i just wanted to say that you do Have the option to add your closure? First, usually, i have my closure first, but i'm waiting for my closure to dry, so i've decided to go ahead and start making my wig and just leave that space to stitch the closure down. Okay, i like to leave enough space because usually um when i'm stitching my closure, i like to stretch it it gives you a nicer fit on your head. Once you stretch it add a little stretch to the closure once you're stitching it do we're gon na open. Our needle we're gon na place our loop on the needle close the latch, pull it through and then we're gon na pull the end of the hair through the loop. Okay guys. So now that i've lined the cap all the way around to the top, where i'm going to put my closure once i sew the closed stitch closure on, then i fill in the front right there. I'M just gon na go around the band and fill in all spaces in between actually mirroring your hair. That'S what i'm gon na do so. I'M gon na go around in a van right here, the top of my band here, i'm gon na place one here. Let it fall there place it all the way around right. So that's the technique. We'Re gon na go all the way around until it's full um. The band of the wig cap is filled here and then we're gon na start working our way inside of the cap. Okay guys so this is, we kept all folding around the rim. Okay and remember: we're gon na leave the top until we do our closure. Okay. So now i'm gon na put this one right here now use my finger to try and make sure i get the hair, nice and snug on the cap. Nothing is sticking out too much see i'm giving it a nice so spacing like i usually do. Sometimes i'm just going to fill in this section here and then move to the next section and that's a good way if you're a beginner. If you want to feel like okay um, how do i break this down to make it simpler once you've filled in around the rim, and you start filling in the cap, you can just go to one section fill in that section. That way you feel like. Okay, i'm getting the hang of this i'm moving along. Then you could go to the next section, fill that in then fill in going up to the top okay. So i'm just gon na go ahead, and - and this is my last piece from the second pack - okay, i'm gon na go ahead and put this right here. Okay, guys! So now i'm gon na go ahead and fill this side in and then we're gon na move on to stitching down our closure, because i went ahead and pin the closure down on the cap. Okay, so now that i've filled in most of this side, i'm gon na go ahead and stitch my closure down and then we're gon na fill in the back all the way coming up and then we're gon na start working around the closure. Okay, so we're gon na start with stitching right by the closure, so we can pull on the closure a little bit to anchor it down. So i can i'm gon na go through the second time. I'M gon na go through the ribbon on my closure and then i'm going to that on the second one, i'm going to go ahead and knock that twice a little time to make sure it's nice and anchored down and i'm just going to start stitching. You can do one to two stitches, then you can make your knots i'm going to continue and finish this side and i'm going to move to the next side. Then i'm going to close in the back. So now we're moving up the middle of our wig cap and we're gon na space it and crochet the hair on as you move up the middle, so remember give it a nice spacing. You can easily go back and just add here. If you have any too much space or gaps in your closure, so now that i'm to the top of where i have my closure stitched down, i'm gon na line crochet my hair as close as possible to my closure, and then i'm gon na ensure that each Hair is side by side, not on top of each other, because that's gon na have your wig looking too bumpy and lumpy. So you want it to have that nice flat. Look at the top, so you want to lay your hair side by side as close as possible. So once i'm through with crocheting my hair around the closure, i'm going to go ahead and cut the mesh underneath my closure before braiding the hair. Okay. So now that i've added my gel i'm going to separate the hair into three pieces after i've separated the hair into three pieces, i'm going to start by braiding the hair just doing a normal flat and after i come over on this side, i'm going to start Adding my hair, so i'm going to just go ahead and place. The hair between my thumb and my index finger hold that nice and firm place it with a middle piece and i'm going to keep braiding and i'm holding firm to the roots and the hair itself. And then i'm gon na add the second piece right between my thumb. As you can see, my thumb and my index finger and i'm gon na continue. I'M gon na place that with the middle piece and i'm gon na continue my braid okay. So now i'm going to go ahead and while i'm holding and firm, i'm gon na add my third piece right between my thumb and my index finger. I'M going to take that and add it to the middle piece and i'm just going to continue my braid holding it nice and firm. I'M going to add my fourth piece feed that between my thumb, my index finger and i'm just going to continue and to have your pad looking uniform. You want to ensure that all your pieces are about the same size, okay and i'm just going to take some jam, i'm going to add it to the hair to keep the hair together nice and neat once you're finished. You could just go ahead and cut all the fly. Aways just trim the hair okay. So now, when i get to the part where i want to feed in my um last piece of hair, which is my seventh piece to extend my braid a little bit longer to match with the crochet um braids, that i did, i'm just going to turn my Hands around i'm going to hold it here like this. There are different ways that you can feed it in, but this is the way that um i get the pad to blend in more sleep seamlessly with the hair. So this is a technique that i use um. So i'm just gon na go ahead and i'm holding the hair like this. Okay and i'm gon na go ahead and just wrap it around place it between it's almost the same technique as what i'm doing there. I'M just going to place it here between my thumb and my index finger. I'M going to take this piece, hold it with the middle piece and i'm just going to continue my braid okay and once i have it in then i'm gon na just turn my hands back around and finish my braid okay. There we go nice and seamless. So now we're moving on to finishing up our last braid and you're, going to start by braiding the hair. Then i'm going to start feeding in my first piece. Um just keep in mind all the pieces need to be the same size or about the same size. So you can have a nice even braid throughout okay and i've also went ahead and added my jam to the roots, so keep in mind just to hold. You want to hold your hair, nice and firm at the root, especially once you're feeding in the hair. That way, your braid stays nice and neat. Okay. So now we're going to move on to just flipping and trimming any hair that we weren't able to tame any hair, that's sticking out and then we're going to move on to mousse in our hair and add in our accessories. We all finished okay guys. So this is our finished. Look. Thank you guys so much for watching. Please remember to like share and go ahead and hit that red subscription button.
