BEAUTY PRODUCTS I ALWAYS USE:

Beautisol is my fave self tanner..no bad smell, an even creamy tan that lasts. I use on my face too..after exfoliating. It was originally sold on QVC.. THE best stuff. I use from May-September.

https://amzn.to/2Cv8SXR

I use these exfoliating gloves before applying self tanner.. and at least once a week all year round. I throw them in the washer and reuse! I prefer this to heavy gritty scrubs that are harder on the skin and are very expensive.

https://amzn.to/2U2ekZ9

CeraVe Moisturizing cleansing bar.. it lasts so much longer than the pump!

Not oil based, but very hydrating.

https://amzn.to/2FKyNxS

Emoji Tweeze..I use this daily on upper lip and facial areas where my “grandma whiskers” appear.. it removes hair from the root through a pulling motion. Not painful, but takes some getting used to. This is one “As Seen On TV” product that I’ve used for over 10 years. NOT for eyebrows, but can be used between eye brows. Easier than manually tweezing..easy!

https://amzn.to/2DnMhy6

I cannot live without this toothbrush! I love my Oral B 8000. It cleans like you’ve just come back from the dentist, yet it’s super gentle..and it whitens!

I use these exact clippers to cut my own hair

Hi everybody welcome back to taxes, wig closet. Today, I'm going to bring you a look at a recent purchase by my mother-in-law. This is called genre knows elite in the color martini, which is 101 °f. 48, tea Elite is a cute little short, tapered cut, with lots of layering and a nice practical bag. I'Ll kind of give you some background how we arrived at the style, so we were looking all over for a style for my mother-in-law. She really enjoyed the Evan by John Renault, but she felt like the fringe was a little bit too long, but she really liked the general shape of that style. She didn't really care about the lace front and so forth. I also tried the Ellen Ellen villas Pusha, which had shaggy layers. It was real short and everything, but that didn't quite work out for her. So we kind of finally landed on elite by genre know the reason why she chose it was because the fringe was a bit shorter, so it's three and a quarter inches as opposed to the longer fringe on Evan and but it still had a bit of a Profile back here, so we still have a 3.75 inch crown area which gives a nice bump and profile. So it's kind of like a boy cut but lacking some of the fringe that you would typically see with a boy kite and there's about a two-inch layer on the side and a 1.75 inch very short Nate. It has a beautiful tapered. Look to it! It'S a beautiful profile and it's absolutely throw and go. This is a part of John Reno's, a select collection which is totally open cap, it's very stretchy, breathable, cool and comfortable, and it's just meant for everyday ease of wear and I can really attest to that. I have this on for a little bit now and I'm really loving it. I'M actually considering buying one in a color of my choice. This 101 F 48 tea martini is my mother-in-law's favorite color. It is a caramel brown like a light. Caramel brown base it's about 75 percent, grey, blended and throughout that base color and then, but a bit of a bit bit of beige platinum blonde right on the top. So it's not all grey. It'S not what you would call salt and pepper. It'S a beautiful transition! Color, it's very classy and elegant color. I think it could be appropriate for all ages. Actually it only weighs two ounces, so it's super lightweight. I'M really loving this with a little bit of a collar and just really accents the cheek bones and, like I said it really accents the profile of this style. I really love a crown, that's at least three inches because of that profile. It blends down into a very tapered nape that flate lays flat against the head. The coverage is very nice, and actually this fringe, I usually like a little bit longer fringe, but this really really works with the style, and I know she's gon na love it she's. Actually, in Florida right now and I'll be sending this to her after the review. I know she can't wait to get it she's going on a cruise and really wants it, but I didn't think I would like the fringe being so short, but I actually really love it. It'S uh, you could scoop it down into a straight across kind of a style. What I love, though, is that if you just kind of feather it off to the side, it can glide back into the style with ease and the layering. I thought gosh. You know in the manufacturers photos so kind of a boring style. I mean I understand why she liked it. She really had hit a bull's-eye with this. I think it really hits all of her sweet spot, but I thought to myself or myself: it might be kind of boring, but I discovered that this wig has a lot of versatility. What I love about it is that the the fibers are really light and airy kind of just feathery to the touch, and they really blossom out into all of this texture. It'S not a texture where you can lift. You know you're gon na get a lot of lift out of it, but it is one that you can just kind of mess it up part it wherever you want, and it just continues to look really good. You can get some edgy looks out of it. It'S kind of a sporty kind of a sporty style, I think very practical to wear. I would just brush that fringe right in front of the ear, and it gives you amazing coverage same way with the back it's tightly wefted, so you're not seeing through to the West. I don't believe that if a wind comes, it's going to lift the hair enough. That you can see through to any wedding there's a bit of permit ease there on the top, so you're gon na find permit ease on the top at the crown. But that's really it I don't sense. Any heavy permit ease around the ear at the back or the nape, so this just gives it that little bit of lift and I'm just having a blast playing with this. This is John Renault, the OSA Lightcap, and this is on the John renault elite. So you'll see a beautiful velvet lined front piece here, makes it very comfortable and there's a nicely obscured wig line there open ear, tabs lots of hair spliced in there. As I saw there's a lot of nice coverage, they do have an extended velvet nape with Velcro adjusters there's not a lot of stretch on this style. I would say it's true to average right out of the box and can be adjusted to petite average, but I've already taken you through just a couple of simple styling maneuvers, so that you can get used to this hair and see how it moves and acts with Touch and styling, like I said I think, there's a lot you can do with this style, but I suggest using accessories, so you know bring out the texture. You could use texture creams, you can change the part. You can wear your bangs straight. You can get a little bit of volume, so using accessories is just gon na. Be something that's logical for you. If you have a square bands, I think that they're not real functional in a style like this, but aren't they cute, and you know me - I always love to clip my fringe, even if it is only 3 inches just for something fun again, not not because it Needs to be out of the face, but just to make it a fun accessory and do something a little bit different. So this has been a review of John Reno's elite in the color martini, which is a 101 F, 48 T, and I know that my mother-in-law is out there watching, and so I hope you enjoy your wig and your cruise. You

Jackie Marsh: Love this one Taz!! To me this is a very classy looking wig!! Yes I can see how versitle she is!! Really think she could definitely be a to go to wig!! Love the color so pretty!! Thank you for an amazing review as always Taz!! Love XOXOXO

A F: Great video Taz, your mother-in-law is lucky to have you to help her out! Have a great day. Xoxo

noadoreviews: Thanks for doing the review on this short cut! I'm with your mother-in-law: As a "mature" lady (63) I only wear short wigs, and I don't really enjoy having a lace front or doing a lot of styling. This one looks like a great shake and go!

Eastside Imelda's Wig Gig: Love a comfy go-to pixie for the warmer seasons. I’ll be strongly considering this one! Thanks for the great review!

Shelby Zambrano: Short, classy, and looks super easy to wear. Looks superb on you!

Ruffle Loli: Wow its amazing how beautiful she looks in every wig

The Body,Mind&Spirit Channel Cynthia Greer: How cute ! I love short haircuts ! I can't tell you how many times in my own life I've done the big chop for real ! It is so ! This wig doesn't look wiggy, it looks like you just stepped out of a salon ! This makes a woman so look well groomed ! Yes, do get one because it really frames your face ! You are such a gift to us all, Taz ! Thank you so much ! I love watching your channel !

lil poohbear: I just love the style of Elite!!! Love the feel of this hair fiber and the longer length around the crown. Got her on this color but she does not have a root so I had to send her back...I do love the Milkshake color and hoping to get a few more colors. I need a medium to dark brown or soft black root...otherwise, I just look too washed out. Hope JR will consider making Elite a color similar to EW salt n pepper with the root...it is my fave grey shade...fashion forward for sure.

Liz Lyons: Wow, cute! You should send your mother-in-law a jacket in that color, they look perfect together. I love Martini, too. A winner all around. xo

Pam C: Hi Taz: thank you so much for all you do for us wig girls, I am at a crossroad. All my wigs are shaded golden wheat. I’ve decide to let my silver grow in. I’m not entirely silver yet though, my back is still brownish grey. I have had a few platinum highlights added in the front for brightness. Now I’m having a terrible time picking a new colour. Do you think this colour would work for me?

The Indecisive Wig Wearer: I really like it! My mom has a martini wig and it's so soft and pretty.

Kate Carr: Love this style

Joan Boes: Looks absolutely darling !!! and I love the color too !

A: You look perfect in every single wig!

Lori Fodor: I love it. My hair used to look like this. If I can't grow it....I'll buy it.

cinnie2: I like it! Choosing a color is so hard for me. The swatches they send are pretty small to really get a good idea. I like the color, but wonder how it would look on me. I guess it's just trial and error.

Gibby's Wife: I LOVE IT!!!

Jasmine Moon: It really does look great with a collar!

Patty Carosi: Really cute wig Taz! Looks really pretty color also.

Lynda Bacon Lawlis: Beautiful! You are right about it looking boring on sale sites. And the color swatch looks like a pale sandy blond. I started wearing wigs so I could let my auburn color grow out. I am liking the gray I see and am thinking about a gray wig now, but choosing a color is difficult. Also, I am not a big fan of permatease. I own Annette by Jon Renau and High Spring by Ellen Wille, both in auburn shades. They have been well received by friends and family but are a bit fuller than I would prefer. Do you know how Elite would compare to them in that regard?

Dede Vaughn: She should try Drew by Noriko!! Hehe now that's got a short front! I'm not sure I like how short it is, but it's not bad in the summer.

Monika's Beauty & Lifestyle: That looks adorable!

Suz: One word...... Stunning! :) xoxo

Jennifer Clarke: Taz. You could wear a floor mop on your head and you would still look gorgeous. Thanks for all the wonderful videos which really help to make choosing a wig so much easier.

Kathleen Ryan: What a cute classic pixie..hmm I need to check this one out..thanks Taz...xxox

Eden Seven: It looks adorable on you.

Dede Vaughn: My very favorite favorite color!!

Sandra G. McAlister: Cute wig, but the bangs are too short for me. Love the color.

Laurie Pappas: Does Raquel Welch have a color like Martini or TOB's Silverstone? PS absolutely love your reviews; they are the one place I can go to see what the wigs will really look like! thank you!

Denise T: Super cute!

Carol ReMarks: I just ordered this one for myself. Fingers crossed.

Kaye Carter Mature Woman Daily Dose: Cute cute cute. As always you look beautiful. what color would you suggest that would be golden tones? Sending hugs

Judy Nichols: Love the Martini.....could you give me a color very similar in Raquel Welch and I want to order Jett . Ordered the Ignite in the martini color and love it!

Thelma Clement: wow i really like this one so how and when can i get it.

Framboise: You said you like to rotate various styles on yourself, and I'm the sme as you. I wonder if your wigs tend to dry out on the stands like mine do, and what do you do for it?

Chelle: Sorry I didn’t pick up whether you mentioned that it was monofilament or not ?

Cathey Restaino: Super cute
