I use these exfoliating gloves before applying self tanner.. and at least once a week all year round. I throw them in the washer and reuse! I prefer this to heavy gritty scrubs that are harder on the skin and are very expensive.

Hi everybody welcome back to taxes, weight closet. This is Taz today. I want to start something fun. I'Ve talked about doing a summer series earlier this year and even though it's not quite summer, yet it's barely spring. I know I have to do a lot of planning ahead to do something like this. So what I thought might be fun is that I would run a summer series, maybe eight to ten videos, and it would include all kinds of cute summer hairstyles. So wigs that are cool that are shorter, that move like a breeze just really fun and flirty styles for summer, but I want to kick that up a notch. So many of you have asked me about my fashion sense and things like that, so I thought I might do a parent, so I'll show you a wig but I'll also feature, maybe a cute little outfit that you can wear it with in the summertime. So what we're starting with today is a brand-new style release for 2019 by Aesthetica this one's called Perry, it's new color, Silversun rt8 and then, in terms of my outfit I am just a huge fan of layers. I think layers are amazing, because you can you can go from different temperature ranges and either take some layers off or put some layers on to make yourself comfortable, but I also think that it's a really flattering look as well the outfit that I'm featuring today. I really love wearing white in the summer. It'S so fresh and classy and perfect. For any summer occasion, I've paired a basic white t-shirt with a very thin gauzy type blouse. I have on some cropped jeans and some strappy sandals with a heel. I can wear the blouse off of the shoulder for those cooler summer days, a layer just like this blouse. You can always remove it and tie it around your shoulders. You can also tie it around your waist this clothing here that I've had I've probably had this for four or five years. So I really don't have links that I can show you. I can just kind of show you how i am putting outfits together so that maybe you can go to your own wardrobe and select pieces that you could apply that same method. So I think just a layered look like this. Just gives a really classy style and with a cute little boy cut pixie, you can put your collar up a little bit. Perry is one of the shortest styles that they offered in that winter collection, and I think it's just beautiful for spring and summer, so the Silversun eight. I actually have a review out there of the aesthetic of violet in this color as well. I think that it's, the color, is fairly consistent on this one, though I just see a very light: pale silvery blond, but mixed in there a very, very pale list of like gold, platinum and then all of that on a medium brown root. So this is one of those colors that if you were just starting to transition into some, maybe grey, colors or white - that this would be an amazing transition. Color, because you've already got your silver, but there's still enough blond in there to kind of keep it firmly. As a blonde - and I think this color is beautiful for all for all ages, so this is a real shorty. Let'S talk about these specs, so your your longest piece here in the is gon na be the front piece and that's about a six inch front piece here. So that's gon na reach nearly to my chin. If we stretch that out probably to the bottom of my lip there and that's the longest section or layer on this style in the back, you have a four and a half inch crown, which I love a little bit of a crown. That gives you a very beautiful file and it's kind of true to that boy cut nature on the sides on the sides. You'Ve got a 1.25 inch size and I tried to find that and I did find it you'll see it in this little bit of an undercut right in front of the ear, and I love that I think that's amazing, because it's going to open up so much Styling options for you in the summer for ear, tucks and things, and then the nape is super short. It'S only 1.25 inches, so I'll turn around and show that to you, you're going to want to put up your bio hair, very well, you're, probably going to want to shave your neck, and if you have a problem with your hairline going down too low. This may not be for you 1.75, so in short, Pixies like that, I generally sweep the hair around the ear, because sometimes I have escapees there right behind the ear. So I sweep that around and I can usually get away with it pretty well, because my hair is super short and I do shave my neck on a regular basis. This style only weighs two point: two ounces. It'S super lightweight perfect for warm weather. It features a lace front and a left monofilament side part. Let'S go ahead and linger here, so the knots on this lace front arm our average. I think that it's done very well. The the model part there is a little harder to see. It might be a little more thickly threaded there, but it does run all the way back to the crown. So you see these sides do puff out a little bit here and that's because that that that front layers extends back over to the ears. So, like I said there is that little bit of an undercut, but for the most part, when you have it down, you get a little bit of volume right there above the ear, the fibers are feathery and wispy find that's another reason why I featured this one In my summer, series is because it feels so lightweight on the head at 2.2 ounces, but not only that just the the wisp enos of the fibers is just a flirty summertime. Look. I think this style has beautiful light texture to it. It'S not a spiky style, but it certainly is not a bluntly cut on the edges. That'S been a little bit notched there to give it a nice modern look and you can certainly pull out a lot of texture on this wig. So the density, the density is as light as you can imagine, with these fine fibers and these short short layers. It'S just a very light density, look and feel the permit ease this one actually has quite a bit of permit ease around that monofilament part at the crown virtually none at the nape as it tapers down into that 1.25 inch Nate Blair, so you just feel the Bones of the cap there and then there's just a little here at the sides. Most your permit ease is going to be at the top and I love permit cheese on a short style so that I can get some really spiky volume on the top. Here'S the inside of the cat for Perry, there's your lace front! It'S a seamless unit back into that left. Monofilament part there and it does extend the back into the ear tab. The ear tabs are closed. You do have the classic incremental, strap type adjusters an extended open, nape, there's a lot of left in here and that's really important on a pixie like this, because you it gives you maximum coverage. So this one doesn't seem to be as stretchy as some other Aesthetica styles that I've seen, although I did have to take in the adjusters to fit my petite average circumference. So let's talk about styling for Perry. I think that you will look super smart and your glasses in this style. I think they fit very nicely between the ear and the ear tab. I find it. Accessories are super cute with your short style, even if they're not functional, they just give you a little extra personality and, with the longer front piece like these six inch bangs here on Perry, I think there's a lot you can do so you can change that part Wherever you like, but let's just keep it where it is and put it up with a embellished bobby pin here so because of these longer front pieces in this beautiful texture, I think you can really play it up. You'Re gon na want to grab some. I think this would be the perfect style to grab some genre know: contour fiber creams, some sort of styling paste and kind of work it into the root and pull it out and just create some beautiful up and over styles. So, even though you do have that left hand, monofilament side, part mm-hmm, I love parting it on the right. It'S this here is a rooted color. You really can't see any of the wedding there's a lot of tight widths there. So I really feel and there's per Matisse, so I really feel like it will be obscured nicely. So this is my favorite way of wearing it actually and I would put some folding cream or spray on those on the top. There pull out the texture flip it over. I would tuck that right piece behind the ear, since we're working with some higher looks here on this style. I think you can easily brush behind the ear, dispose that little undercut there in front. You can get a really chic off of the face. Look on this style. That would be the perfect evening look for summer. Thank you for joining me for this review. In my summer series this is Perry by Aesthetica in the color silver Sun rt8, and we got a look at a cute little summer. Outfit see you next time on Taz's wig closet, you

Judi Bechhoefer: I saw this wig locally today and fell in LOVE when I tired it on. But the color I needed was not available for some reason. Luck me I searched online and found an auburn because I am a redhead and won’t change my hair color. I may select different colors in the red tones, but I won’t go into another color spectrum. This is such a cute look. CANNOT WAIT

Ruffle Loli: This is definitely my favorite look so far

Monika's Beauty & Lifestyle: It looks adorable and I love the outfit! Have a wonderful weekend,!

D W: Thanks Taz for the great information I luv wearing white in the summer also.

Andy Eisenberg: This reminds me a lot of Phoebe by TOB, one of my favorites. I've always wished that Phoebe had a monofilament top or part, so when I saw this video, I purchased a Perry right away!

Sandra G. McAlister: Really cute wig, and i loved your top!

edierains: I swear I just can't get enough of you! I am 48 years old and just in the last 3 months I have lost almost all of my hair due to alopetia areata. It started with one spot about the size of a nickel on the very top of my head. I raced to the doctor and reluctantly had steroids injected into my scalp to stimulate growth. Within 2 weeks I had at least 10 patches of larger size spots all over my head so the shots were pretty much worthless whether they worked or not. Anyway, it was shocking to watch this happen. I examined those horrific patches in my little magnification mirror (bad idea) over and over again, trying to feel if any stubble was slowly starting to reappear. Nothing. I finally realized that this was not the end of the world. Or my life. After all, I am not dealing with cancer. I can handle this. I've rocked a cute pixie cut for 20 years and have love having short hair. What's a little baldness? I poured a glass of wine, got out my clippers, and shaved my head. It felt strange. Cold. Yet weirdly amazing. I grabbed my Ipad, disappeared into a bubble bath and immediately began googling wig tutorials. Luckily, I stumbled across your youtube page and I swear I stayed in that tub until the water was cold. THANK YOU!!!! You seem so real and relatable and rock every wig you try on which is why I'm drawn to your recommendations. I mean, some of us have every blessing in the world but just don't get graced with great hair, right? Anyway- this is probably way too long of a comment but finally I'm getting to the point. I am looking for a long-fringed blonde pixie, short in the back but not too layered, similar to the haircut Sienna Miller sported in her role as Edie Sedgwick in the Andy Warhol movie and/or Robin Wright's character in House of Cards. I'm leaning towards the Estetica Perry. I am not a fan of permatease (love the feel of wispy, thin, soft hair) and most of the short wigs I fall in love with are too long in the nape and have layered short bangs that are not long enough in the front. Any suggestions? Is Perry my girl? Also, I'm thinking it would be so cool for you to do some videos that are similar to certain celebrity haircuts women are familiar with and want to copy :) Thanks so much for letting us have a glimpse of your closet and for giving such great tips and advice to those of us just jumping into this whole wig madness!!!

Tia Maria: Hi doll! New subbie and fellow wig reviewer :) Deciding between Perry and Ryan... this was so helpful :)

Lisa Bulmer: That beautiful wig looks very good with that outfit! So pretty on you

Patty Carosi: Taz cute wig! Very cute outfit also. Thank you Taz!

Debera Crabb: I live in a hot climate an I really enjoyed this video so once again Taz thank you

peperlover99: I like it best when you have it all away from your head, love the lace hairline and the sophisticated look.

Erin Saey: I bought this wig today, but on another color, based on this review!

Rita K: You look stunning in your outfits and pixie wigs.

Marge Reynolds: Thank you Taz love your wigs

gloria johnson: I love your classy look... always the lady!! No cleavage showing...so different from many nowdays. I could use some advice... Jett became my go to style when it came out this summer....was able to snag 2...then the wait became so long I gave up.... just got one the other day and it was terrible! Too thin...shorter on sides and nape than original and cap to small...a mess really. So...scared to try another one....what style is a lot like Jett in your opinion? You have worn so many styles...I thought you might know. I like Evan and have 1.. may just get another of those.... I like a lace front and need at least 1.75 for nape.. if you could give me a suggestion....I would truly appreciate...us girls gotta help girls❤️ Hugs to you for your sweet and caring nature. Your inner beauty is matched by your outer

chovava bateman: Nice review Taz. When I first saw Perry I thought it looked like JR Ignite which it does in the front only it's shorter. I do like the color though. Are you not working with Wig Studio One any longer? Outfit pairing with wig is a great idea. You're the best wig reviewer out there.

always glamorous: I wish I could get a hold of that color! It's out of stock everywhere!

Tenille: I’m extremely self conscious of a “fake” looking hairline and hair part. I’ve tried numerous of the JR California Blondes but the rooted part area is so fake looking with the dark knots showing. Can you tell me what company does the best at hiding knots?

Msbondu ToYou: ‘Boy cut’ makes this wig sound manly and unfeminine. The wig looks very sexy and feminine to me (kind of edgy as well as classy) but definitely not “boy cut’ (not on any boys I’ve seen anyway.). Thank you for a great review.

Marge Reynolds: Love your outfit

Rita: You look beautiful. A nice wig and a great outfit.

BABS Lemonade Life: Very cute on you. Love your videos.

Terri Bowman: Do you choose your wig first or your clothing first? I have been choosing the outfit first and the wig to suit it. I am probably needing better ideas though

rmlampley: Is Wig Studio 1 a reliable place to purchase wigs? I worry every time I search for a new wig from a new wig company that its not a reputable business. You looked gorgeous in the Perry wig. Please give me any advice you can.

kittie strode: TAZ IS THERE A BLONDE COLOR ROTTED IN THIS WIG? THANKS KITTIE

lnzinorbit lnzinorbit:

Karen Em: Hi Taz, how would you say this colour compares to JR's Martini? Is it similar in tone and darkness? (I know SilversunRT8 is a rooted colour and Martini isn't, so I'm just wondering if the lighter hair is somewhat close. Thanks!

Nancy Wilke: you're just as cute as a button!

Kreska: I understand that all are avarage. You have same as me 21-1/4. Is any of wigs good straight from the box ?

Sandra Mcgehee: Do you have long platinum wigs ???

Judi Bechhoefer: Am new to being a wig wearer and to be honest not by choice. I have a reoccurrence of a vulva cancer from two yrs ago that I was a told should not come back. BUT it did and almost to the date of diagnosis two yrs being cancer free. DAMN and this time I can’t have radiation, but there will be chemo and aggressively with 3 strong treatments . So comes my wig shopping and have purchased quite a few. I wasn’t aware of how popular wigs are and the beautiful styles that really make it a tough choice. So here is to my beating cancer to the curb and this TIME no coming back and looking good while doing it.
