Hey everybody, its Taz, welcome back to Taz's way, closet. I'M excited to present this one to you today. It'S an obscure, more obscure style for Raquel Welch. It doesn't get a whole lot of press, but I really like it. This one is called celebrity and it's in the color shaded golden wheat, which is 1488 SS. This one was provided by week studio one for this review, be sure to check out the links below for all of the available colors and also check out the private Facebook group called links to do what wig and topper support group stay tuned for more coming up. Celebrity is a beautiful mid-length, curly style, and you know what I'm not quite sure why this was never on my radar and also there's not a whole lot of pictures online of this one there's one picture, I think they they released of Raquel Welch wearing the style And it's only from the front and to be honest with you, I haven't even seen a review on it. So, first of all this color, let's look at it real, quick, it's a medium honey blonde based color with some pale golden highlights and all of that on a medium brown root. This color is really beautiful. If you like, colors, like John rhinos, she did put in 12 FS 8 or more recent Malibu blonde at 12, FS 12 and Vees sparkling champagne, Henry Margo's 26 gr celebrity, has about a six and a half inch front piece. That'S going to strike most people right around the cheek area and in the back of 10-inch crown and a six-inch nape the way those layers meet up. It'S going to give you a total length of about 13 inches. There is a 9 inch layer here on the sides. This cap is absolutely premium. It features a hand-tied lace, front temple to Temple that does extend back into the ear tab, a full monofilament top single monofilament top and it's completely hand tight based back in size. It weighs about 3 point 7, 5 ounces. So let's take a look at this lace front. So this is a monofilament based lace. Front does run temple to Temple. The meshing on this is a very fine grit. Actually, it looks very nice and then a single monofilament top you're going to be able to have multiple parting options on this one and from any direction. You should be able to get a nice realistic appearance of scalp. That'S just impeccable. There melts right into the forehead and blends into the skin tone. A hand-tied cap is going to deliver some extra just levelling up on the comfort scale. If you don't have here, if you have very little hair, this is probably going to be one of the more animal caps that you can wear. It also gives you a little bit of a touch of realism beyond what regular monofilament can do. Each one of these fibers is hand tied into that cap. It'S going to allow it to move and pivot on its own so that it gives a nice free, natural-looking movement. So let me try to explain these curl probably started out as a nice. Ringlet curl in them was just mildly deconstructed, so it gives a nice tousle. Look and some of the curls are actually pretty well intact. It'S a very beautiful soft look and these curls are super resilient, so you can take a wide tooth comb through them, separate them, fluff them up and they're always going to come back to this cohesive. Look that they show now you need just a little bit of a spritz of water. Well, it's a hand-tied cap you're not going to find any traditional perma T's on this cap, but you are going to be able to get some volume. Raquel Welch does a great job at you, seeing the body of the fibers and sewing them in in a way that gives you a lot of nice volume. The density on this is just average. It is not a heavy density style, it's not a light density style. It'S just right, in my opinion, enough to give some really good body to those curls and the movement is really nice as well. Don'T you see how these kind of just bounce and spring? So this is one of my big revelations about this style. It'S no secret! That one of my favorite, if not my favorite wig, is the Raquel Welch editor's pick, and although that wig is super beautiful, I get asked all the time tasks. What would be a good alternative and a non heat friendly synthetic fiber and when I thought about it, the first thing that came to mind - and I always give this answer - is you might want to take a look at John Reno's, Julianne or John runo's Scarlett. I'M no longer going to give that advice now that I have found celebrity celebrity is very much like a non heat friendly editor's pick. The difference is going to come a little bit in the front. The editors pick is about four inches. Where celebrity is about six and a half everything else and down to the layering is almost identical, and even this curl pattern it might be a little more cohesive and defined slightly than the editor's pick, but it's still at tousle, mid-length wavy style. That'S not heavily textured. So I think they're very, very similar, and if you are looking for a non heat friendly synthetic fiber in that editors pick style, you might want to give celebrity a look inside. Look at the cap for celebrity lace-front temple to Temple. That does extend back into a closed felt into ear tab. There'S a seam joining the lace front to the monofilament top it's a single monofilament top very realistic, and then there is a completely hand tied cap, a lot of stretch actually to this cap. There'S a mesh material that they use you'll notice. There is some cluster knotting there and then in the back and on the back sides you will see some integrated Westing, that's to give stability to the cap and maybe a little bit of volume there at the bottom. There'S an extended belted, nape and velcro adjusters. This is average size right out of the box. I cinched it in just a bit to accommodate a petite average circumference. This style is basically right out of the box. I took it out. I shook it. I swirled around in it to kind of loosen the fibers and get them to move more freely and that's all I've done. I haven't used any product. I haven't really worked on it a whole lot, so here I have some reader glasses. That'S beautifully fits beautifully between the ear and the ear tab. Just like natural hair. I don't feel like this particular style is going to get stringed up like a lot of the heat friendly fibers. Do I think you're going to avoid some of the clumping and some of the maintenance involved with the heat friendly fibers, so you see how this style just comes to life when you start working with it, the more I work with it, the more free the movement Is the more wispy and tether II? These fibers are indistinguishable from your own natural hair. So hey everybody have a nice day thanks again for joining me, we'll see you next time on Taz's wig, closet,

Liz Lyons: This was the forerunner beachy wave wig from maybe 5 or 6 years ago. I have one in a dark shade and frankly, I don't ever wear it. I should! This looks so much better than I remember. I guess I was afraid of ruining the curls, so it sits in a box, LOL. It really is beautiful in this color. Thank you for reminding me. I am going to dig mine out! xoxo

Jackie Marsh: Such an Adorable Wig Taz!! Love The Curl Pattern!! You Look Fabulous in This One Dear Friend!! Sooo Natural Looking!! I'm Going To Have To Check This One Out!! Thank You For a Perfect Review as Always!! Love!! XOXOXO!!

Rubitube: Taz, you do the best reviews. And the trip outside was also great, so that you could see how the wig behaves in strong winds. (What about the rain? I guess a problem.) Wonderful video. As always! Thanks and keep it up! (And that you show different ways to style them!) ❤️

MichelePearl: I can’t believe you did this one! I am always intrigued by this style!

Deborah Cook: So happy to see a review on this one. I have thought about purchasing so such a long time but mo reviews until now. Do you think the stretch is adequate for 23"? That is my worry. I really like it. Thanks. Great review.

Jasmine Moon: That's a style that would look good on most everyone, you always find such cute wigs!

cinnie2: love it! very impressed with how it did in the wind!

Patty Carosi: This one is beautiful Taz! You look beautiful in this one also. I think you look beautiful in them all. I want this one she's going on my wish list for sure. What color is closet to the Gabor ashy color? Thank you Taz

Karin De Klerk: i wish I can do wig reviews here in South Africa! I would just love it.

Lisa Marie: You look GREAT in that one Taz!! Beautiful. So believable.

Lisa Marie: EXACTLY!! I never heard anyone put it that way but you are right. The heat defiant fibers get stringy!! That is why I dont like them. I loved my Editors pick so am so excited to get this one in the fiber I love. Thanks again Taz!

S Jones: Hi Taz!! I need a recommendation. After a year, I'm going through a 2nd round of treatment and may lose my hair again. I'm looking for a soft natural looking light golden blonde. Which brand is the most natural looking? Thank you so much!!

Tanya Flynn: Beautiful wig!!!

shereen lalla: This is an amazing wig on you.

Lisa Bulmer: Very pretty on you! Looks very natural

Janean: Great review! Taz, please tell me what the longer wavy, longer blonde wig is behind you [middle shelf-center, your left--or right while watching this video]. Soooo beautiful!

Denise Lewis: I love it!! So cute

Monika's Beauty & Lifestyle: Wow... That really looks nice and very much like EP! Lovely!

Dan C: I prefer RW vibralite to HD. My favorite color is ss14/25 in vibralite, and none of her new releases in that line carry this color! It is frustrating that they think everyone wants cool blondes. SS14/25 is a dark, warm blonde. I don't buy RW anymore because they concentrate on HD. However, my color is still available in this older style! Celebrity is beautiful on you. Handtied is my favorite too.

Raechelle Bennett: Oh so gorgeous and natural! ⚘

Donna Bonacquisti: Hi Taz......just watched the review on Celebrity by RW. I had asked you about reviewing Briana by Envy and you told me you did not have that one. In looking at this, I would say it is a sister wig! I liked the styling options you showed......in fact, I was playing with it yesterday and tried a couple that you just showed. I am liking it more now.......thank you for reviews on all that you show. I love watching your channel. Every time I do, I want to go buy another one. Have three now......but feel it will increase soon. . Thanks again.

MichelePearl: Beautiful!

C C: Looks lovely ...What base is best to see a natural part for a newbie? I like ignite but part looks so thick

angela searls: Beautiful

Kelly Renee’ Adams-Sowdon: HELP TAZZZZZZZZZZ ‍♀️. I love your style. You’re beautiful. I need your advice. I love A LOT of hair. Front lace is ok. I’ll take it if I have too. But I love brunettes, bc that’s what I’ve always been, and I love the LOB look. Also the Statement I think by R Welch. If that’s the newest one. This one ☝ is cute but I like a little longer and more like a LOB. I love volume and curls ‍♀️❣️‍♀️. I have the Editors Pick as well. My husband didn’t like it ‍♀️ it was okay. .. I love Mila. But don’t own her. I have Blake, And several other ones. Just wanted your advice

Cheryl Kitchen: What is your opinion of the shine with these fibers? Is it shinier than the heat friendly fibers?

Bobbie S: Do you think this one would hold up longer than the editor’s pick especially at the nape of the neck? Thanks.

Tanya Flynn: I love your outfit.

Maryellen Dawson: What is a good company to buy from that may be a little less expensive?

Caligirl misplaced: Now I like this one

Aline Sunshine: ❤❤❤

down2two Liketoknow: you look gorgeous.

Irene W620: Taz...what is the name of the wig..directly behind you center row..on your left side ?..I think it is so beautiful...I love the long curly wig...it's the 1 in the center

Hmb411: How does Celebrity compare to Brave the Wave?

MichelePearl: Cap looks larger than Crowd Pleaser?

Christy Ridenhower: Merry Christmas to me!

denise bissell: It reminds me of btw
