Hey everybody: it's taz welcome back to taz's wig closet. I had this brilliant idea because it was going to be such a beautiful day that i would take some reviews in the park. We have a wonderful natural park system here where i live and i'm so happy to support it. Never have i been so blessed, then this year to have these natural resources. You know during the pandemic, when going to indoor gatherings isn't really recommended. We can all head outdoors and reconnect with nature, so what turned out to be a really good idea? Uh, actually is gon na fall flat just a little bit just because of the angle of the sun. I have been all over these grounds trying to find a place that would give me enough good light either it was too bright or in the shadows and very dark. It could have something to do with the timing. Also this time of the year, the sun is more at a horizontal angle rather than straight overhead, so that always makes it a little more difficult. But i'm going to try to give you a review today of noriko reese in butter. Pecan r reese is a cute little shaggy shortcut. It'S one of noriko's, most popular legacy, styles in the in the color butter, pecan r. I don't think i've ever seen this color in person, so the butter pecan r is very gold, so you're going to see a dark gold blonde mixed with some medium gold blonde and light gold blonde and then you're going to see in there. Some almost low lights of a medium brown and that medium brown just looks peppered all throughout, so you're not going to get big streaks of it. But you can definitely pick it out and i just think it goes to soften the color. A little bit less bright. Of a blonde, but it's definitely a warm blonde now. This is also on a medium brown root. Hopefully you can see that see it's already shifting through the trees and i'm getting shadows, so the best laid plans right. Maybe this will give you a little idea, see. There'S a streak of that medium brown there. It has a lot of dimension to it. So let's talk about the dimensions on reese, so we we're looking at about a five inch fringe and that's generally going to strike you somewhere at or below the cheek on most people in the back about a six inch crown and that tapers down with some layers Into a four inch nape that nape is very ample. It provides some really nice coverage, there's also some layers on the side being a shaggy style. There'S lots and lots of layering, and it weighs just under three ounces. Now, reese being by noriko, has the the standard cap by noriko it's a very hardy cap. It feels very substantial and sturdy um. It'S just your traditional cap, so you'll see a closed rose net on the top, with lots of open wefts on the sides and back the general shape of reese right out of the box is going to look much like this. It'S going to be a little mushroomy on the top there's a lot of permatease on the style like there is on so many of the noriko styles, so you're going to see lots of volume. Now i will tell you that, because i have a history with this style, that it does die down a little bit that permatease will settle. The fibers will continue to loosen as you wear it. So some of that volume will dissipate a little bit and until that time you can use some strategic styling to help with volume in the places that you're not crazy about it. It'S a beautiful little wedge back. It is a really cute style and just so easy to wear now. You would think that this style would have a pretty heavy density, and it doesn't so if you don't have any experience with reese reese's, just a pretty light density with light, wispy fibers, there's just very feathery, feel to them and there's not a ton of fiber here And so that's why you don't ever want to make the mistake with the reese by uh, starting to thin at it, because by thinning this wig is not going to help with the volume. All this volume is due to the structure of the permatease. So if you start to go thinning it, you might actually go a little too far and ruin your wig okay, so i tried i gave it my best shot here today, trying to do some reviews outdoors, so everything has to be perfect. So i came to the park thinking. This would be the most amazing setting for doing some reviews and it is it. The the leaves are just brilliant here and the weather is good today, which is rare for this time of the year, but uh there's a lot of people here we have a dog park um on one end, we have ball fields, we have soccer fields, basketball, so There'S a lot of people and i kept getting approached. What are you doing there taking pictures it's a beautiful day for pictures, so quick, look at the inside of the cat for noriko reese. I think you've all seen this cap before it's typical noriko, a traditional cap which means there's a closed rose net top and that houses a lot of permatease under there and then there's a little bit of a built-in brush of fiber here, a little hidden weft. That makes that hairline as natural looking as possible and then you've got a closed ear tab lots of fibers placed into wreaths lots of good coverage there an extended closed nape with bra, strap type adjusters. This is really meant for that average to petite average cap size. I feel like anything over 22 inches. It might be too tight. So i'm right back here at home, i went ahead and packed it in came came back home from the park. I can control things a little bit easier here at the house thanks so much for watching today. Investigator77: I love that dark brown going thru the entire wig. It looks much more realistic. When the hairdresser does foils, they don't do every single hair. The base color of your hair would show throughout, so it looks more realistic to NOT have the entire thing in blonde shades with just the dark root. When you got in the car, the lighting was great!
