Basically, oh lynn, we got something fun today. Okay, i normally cannot keep my mouth shut about anything because i get too excited. I want to tell everybody: yeah did y'all see last week or not. I made her put that box behind my desk because when we do an unboxing, she's, always peeking, so no no more! No more do not. If this tape has been disturbed, you are in trouble, and so yesterday the box came in and you didn't open it. I did not open it. I took a picture of it to send the misti and it was sitting right there and i was really good about it, but but i opened it well, i had to i had to get some pictures um so they're on what we're going to show. You is already on the website. Oh that's exciting! So what's been going on um! Well, we had storms. We did some of the people in texas got hit by some really bad uh tornadoes. So our hearts and prayers are with them and um. We did not. I mean we, i got rain, i got i mean i don't like the storm, the tornadoes, but i'm always thankful for rain me too, and it's i don't watch the weather and i just turned on my sprinklers that morning because i'm like oh it's time to start Watering and then we got off like an inch of rain, but anyway that's in here there um, i wanted to say hi to chris, because i just saw that it's their first time here today welcome hi, kathy hi, joanne, hi, kathy cam, there's just so many. I just love i wish we could just take a whole wig talk wednesday and just say hi to everybody, there's beverly. I wish we could like see everybody. I know i wish like their picture would come. You know what would be fun is if we could do like a, i mean we obviously couldn't do it with everybody that comes on. Sometimes we have like three four hundred women on here at a time, but just do like one big zoom meeting where everybody's, just like hey, y'all, how y'all doing and depending on the time zone they may have wine or they may have coffee or tea or not. I i just wanted to also draw out of the hat one day and wherever we draw that's, where i'm going to take a vacation, i don't mind going to. We got to kentucky i like kentucky, i like virginia, i like florida. I, like south carolina all these people. I mean there's not a bad place, because i just i'm bad at planning, so i'm going to let them do my own planning anyway. What else has been going on um? Oh we've got, have you been watching the tick tocks they made me do things and well sometimes every time i turn around. There'S a camera in my face and i'm like what are you doing? I mean i was what was i doing like unpacking boxes and yeah it's up there and i'm just here working and i look up and misty's there with her camera. It was so cute. I was like just acting like. I was working and i had the camera coming up anyway. All right, let's see we do have something exciting. We have lots of. We have lots of exciting stuff, but we're just going to do one exciting thing right, but can we tell about other things like what, like other brands, we're later? Oh, okay, all right, all right! Oh no, like i said i just come here, i do what i'm told whatever y'all she just tries to get everybody she's like i just can't do anything right and i just do what i'm told you know: she's not mistreated. No, i'm not mistreated, but sometimes when i try to help misty and i come in here and do stuff - it's like it all goes wrong, and i know that misty's like what are you a 12 year old? Just don't touch anything. Sometimes it just goes wrong like today. It just goes wrong because it goes wrong, but i think that was because we had to unplug and move everything and then move it back in. So that's probably honestly, i'm thankful for misty that she can fix all that stuff. All right all right, so what's our exciting news? Well, first of all, they're asking about what we're wearing. Oh i've got in charge by raquel welch in ice granita, which is rl5161. I have on tori by renea paris in the color coffee latte. It'S kind of hard to see the highlights with these bright lights on, and this is straight from the box nope a dry shampoo, so it will be this shiny in real life. Good angle, bob! I love this. It'S got a longer bang than i typically wear, but i still like it: yeah deb, uh dub is coming on the 31st and i'm out of town that day, deb latro. Yes, that's what sarah said that she planned a party at the store. Oh well, she's always saying: can we just bring wine? I guess i'm not invited because i'm out of town well, that's that's your choice. Ma'Am! You could stay and have a party with us. I know, but i got a date with two dentists up in tulsa. Are they cute? I don't know, but at the rate you go sometimes i think you do need to find a dentist today. Kim has mouth drama yeah. I do, oh goodness, all right, um, so spill beans? Well, you spill. You want to talk about how this came about yeah, so back in i want to say, august september, before i went to germany, there was we were talking on the group and maxine was the genesis for this whole thing. She wrote about how ellen villa needed to have more gray in their line with you know some of the more modern longer styles, so um, i think i said, stay tuned, speak of the devil. Oh there she's popped in, and she said you two look like you're in a washing machine box, a very ill girl. You know what it feels like it, sometimes we're just kind of spinning around anyway, so we started working with ellen villa and we picked two styles that we both love and we had them made. In gray, we had them made in two different kinds of two different colors of gray: one's kind of a salt and pepper mix and the other one's more brown, uh, gray, uh, so they're, both beautiful we're, really really excited. So, as of missy's got him on the website for pre-order what we have today, we have one of each color and each style. So we've got four total and one is already spoken for, but the other three are for sale and then it's going to take three months to get the rest of them, so yeah, and so it's gon na say if kim myers is already saying she's already taking A peek at the website and she's excited girl this. This is pretty you get ready, but so they're on there for pre-order. If you order today - and you happen to be one of the first three that gets what you want, we can ship it out today. Otherwise, like kim said it's going to be about three months, i think i put july 31st just to be safe, but it should be a little a little sooner yeah all right. Oh let's do it. Let'S do it. We'Re gon na do taboo. So taboo is a beautiful style. It comes in. What is that color that i just like the rosewood rooted and it's just it falls pretty. It hangs pretty it's just pretty quick, pretty weak. Does it matter? Yes, it does see your salt and pepper. There'S only two colors and we can there's only four wigs, sometimes there's like 20 wigs. What was i saying the other day it's like i had. I was putting these headphones on and like there's a 50 50 chance of getting it right, the first time, but there's a 100 percent chance that i'm gon na get it wrong the first time it's like. Sometimes you just that's me: okay, so taboo is a machine made wig, it's got a mono crown, so the inside of the cap looks like this and you can see right. There is where the mono crown part is, and it has what they call their mini lace, which just stretches maybe like two and a half two and a half inches just right at the part. Again. One thing i love about allen villa is, though, the cat runs. A little smaller they're super stretchy yeah, so this just has beach waves. This is uh both of what we're showing you today are heat defiant fibers. I think everybody's heard me talk about how wonderful the heat defiant fiber is by ellen villa. My eklet is just now starting just to show signs of wear and i got it before. I went to germany in late september and i have worn it a lot. I'Ve worn that more well, i probably in total i've worn jolie more just because i've had it longer, but oh yeah, but ecklet, oh, my goodness, yeah, so so it graduates. This is more like a little of a little bit of smoky soft um, almost like a blondie undertone with that real, pretty white in the front yeah it's gorgeous, and then this is the salt and pepper. Just so pretty it's a very natural, looking gray how most people want to gray, but you don't get to pick how you gray. Unless you wear a wig, then you get to pick. I love the curl pattern in this. It'S very loose. It'S not real. Um, love is automatic, says i don't know why this makes me think sexy witch who lives in the edge of the forest. It'S not real tight. So it's a little bit more casual and it kind of reminds me of the avalon by estetica, only just more relaxed. Maybe not quite as much hair. I love it deb. We were just talking about you this morning i said: is she home yet and missy said i don't know she's home welcome back looks like you had a fabulous trip. I would probably take this and just lift that just a little bit for me just because i like a little bit of a um hump. That'S why i call it a hump just a needle. Oh here we go there, we go that is so pretty! Oh, i'm! So happy with this, oh, i am too. In fact, i i told them just just make them all and said mom and they're like oh, no, you have to prove them first, because i i ordered, i think we got a dozen of each color. Barbie says the hair looks a little stringy, that's because we don't typically pick things or do anything to something that somebody else is going to buy. I mean if this were my wig i'd go through and pick it really good loosen up that hair. But some people like that really defined scrunched, look, so we're never going to take that out um before someone buys it. It'S just we're not kathy. Thank you for your comment about wishing that ellen villa had cool brown, colors ellen villa does watch our broadcast from time to time. They watch it every week. They don't always catch it live and we are working with them to see if they can't develop a really cool brown and i'm sorry i forgot my mouse pad. So this is taking me forever to switch these titles, because it's just you know it's something about those infrared, mouses. Okay, this is pretty oh, i just love it. Okay, i'm so happy! We did this. So me too, i mean this kind of mimics the silver stone by rene of paris, which is an ice grenade like you had on that real, pretty bright front right. I love that a lot of people just gray that way naturally yeah cute cute cute cute. Oh damn she's cute she's, psychological you're, sweet, yes, beth, they're they're. This cap is comfortable for both of us there's a lot of good stretch: vaccine like the snow mix. Okay, what's my next assignment? Well, i can't get the mouse to work. So i don't know. Oh, i don't even realize i'm doing it all right, okay, so this is one of my favorite wigs eclet. Yes, that color is gorgeous on you kim uh. Yes, eclit is hd uh. The last time i had it, washed alyssa did take a little bit of heat to the bottom of it, just to kind of smooth it out and give me a little bit more curl. Yes, and we have a little tech talk, video we're going to post, maybe today or tomorrow, of another one of our clients wears the same wig as kim the egg light in the same color. She had a little bit of you know it wasn't bad. I mean - and this is she's been wearing it every day for like two months um and it eliza, just smoothed it out, looks gorgeous and any other heat defiant. Fiber does not wear like that. If you wear it every day, all day, you're going to see signs of wearing in a week gosh that color just look at me, because i want everybody to see how no just yeah, like that y'all see that highlight. That goes like! Oh, my goodness. I just don't want to wait for three months, but well, let's look at that. This one might be a little, maybe it's just because it's shorter, it seems a little bit darker in the back than the taboo does, but the color is gorgeous, and it's that that one this i love, but look how blue you're every time. You look at me that way, and i catch this from the corner when i put it on you'll, be able to see it. It'S like that strip of that really bright gray, white color, so gorgeous. Okay, now hang on 100 fully hand tied and um, so that you're not going to get as much strap stretch. The cap does run smaller, not working snow um, deb snow mix is gray, it's not blonde okay and that, if you'll go to our youtube channel, we have a video on how to wash your wig to watch you step by step from running water in the sink To coming back after it's dry and putting it on, and everything in between and you're going to want to wash it every two to three weeks, if you wear it all day every day, so if you want it for 14 days straight all day, it's probably about Time to wash it okay! Now i want you to see what i just saw you ready for this. Well look at the ice cream. Yeah see that that is so pretty yeah like them, both um colleen. This one has more brown in it than the actual black, but it's a blend. I mean it's yeah, but this one is going to be considered more brown gray yeah if you're familiar with raquel welch colors. It looks like the 119 in the back, but what nobody does and why this color pops so well is because nobody puts up that light of a front on a brown gray they'll. They usually only do it on the salt and pepper. They have that silver stone. Color, which has a lighter front, but it's not bright like this very striking yeah, it's a it's a little um. I don't want to say dull. It'S it's not it's not that bright, white yeah. It'S no shame! I see champagne, it's pretty tinted, gray and she's asking if we did try no today we're just showing these just these, so we're not going to do any browns in these styles. Well, i had said one was a brown gray and i think she was asking all right y'all. I'M excited, i'm so excited me too. I i got a lot of good feedback on the heat defiant fiber and it was all good yeah. I mean people said it wore very well. So as soon as we do our review, which hopefully will be the next couple of days, then i'll suppose if we decide we like it, we'll start adding them to the website. Not some companies don't have the color line that a person might want, but other people do so. It allows you to have a wider range of colors for everybody, so that color is so pretty on you kim i y'all and i'm just being honest y'all, don't know what she looks like in real life without any. If she were to let her hair go gray you you would be that color. You would be a little lighter here, but that would be your color. That'S why it looks so gorgeous and natural. I think it is my color. The wig wax has been uh. It'S like one of those things like. Why did we wait so long, no kidding and no kidding? I mean it. It'S if we'll also do a comparison. Um video one day of the jon renau peace out cream to the wig wax and the differences benefits, and you know of both so there's just a lot of things to that. We'Re gon na do and if you um there misty did a tick, tock video. So go to tick, tock and check it out where she takes her jet uh freshly washed and it's all flat and she sprays the wig wax in it. Of course, she's got magic fingers, so she's really hurt. He doesn't take magic fingers with that. It just hurt me, though, to wash all that product out of it. I love product in my short wigs, because i want it to stay, and i don't want to have to fight with it and fuss with it. So i will over product my wigs, sometimes so, to get all that stripped out. It was just like. Oh, i don't want to do it, but you know what i you. The video is literally that's all the wig wax that i used so kelly wants to know. If it comes out easily you're supposed to be able to just brush it out, you can brush it out um. I don't know how good it's going to wash out. You'Ll have to give us some feedback on that since it's new to us, but i didn't have to use that much and i don't think it's something you'd have to use every time, but if it's anything like the peace out cream, only in kind of spray form It washed out just great: what's our um tick, tock wig, chicks, wig, chicks, okay, someone was asking yes chicks. So if you have a tick, tock account and you do any kind of thing on there always just get just always just find us, and just at least like our videos and make a comment, because that helps get the word out and you're. Just so many people are being helped by you, especially even through the the wick chicks vip group. I mean you know how many women come in here, sometimes on a daily basis, and just say you know, i just thought i never could wear a wig and then i found you guys and realized that it doesn't matter what reason you're wearing a wig for whether You have hair, don't have hair going through chemo alopecia, whatever yeah wigs are for everybody. Now, there's no more of that taboo play on words. You have to be sick to wear wig, you just don't! Well. I had a customer yesterday that lost her hair due to covet and you know it'll come back, but she said i just went ahead and posted on facebook. Here'S what i look like this is coveted. Hair loss is just common when you get covered, and i told her like you have no idea how many people you help when you do that there, hair loss is absolutely isolating. You feel so isolated, your family and friends. Meanwhile and they'll say you look fine, it only matters. If you think you look fine, so um, you know congratulations to anybody that does that, because you'll never know the impact of what you do agreed yeah all right. The wig of the week is tori by rene of paris. Tori has been around for a long time. I think it's a very overlooked style, because it's cute, it's current. It'S a angled bob with a bang. It'S got a bangs a little longer and it's a little heavier than some others, but it gives a great look. It'S got a good stack in the back nice neckline and it is fully machine made yeah it's a good summer wig, because it gives you some length here, but pulls everything up off your neck, so a little bit cooler and we can trim these bangs if they're A little long, my forehead is really short, so i would probably trim these just a smidge um. If i were to wear it, even when i had one on this morning, my forehead's bigger, i still would have to have them trimmed because they were in my eyes yep. So if you ever order away from us and you do need your bangs trim in the comment section just put - you know your measurements you're going to want to measure from where you wear the wig to where you want the bangs to fall so always go below Your eyebrow right above your eyelash and we'll get it trimmed out before we ever send it out.
