Affordable Honey Blonde Highlights Closure Wig | Nadula Hair

Hey: what's up y'all, it's your girl, the kids me and i am back again with another video y'all. I am loving the color on this hair, so i'm just going to get right into the specs of this hair. I am not going to hold y'all too long because i actually want to show y'all better than i can tell y'all about this wig. As i know. Typically, i don't really go for color, but this one i'm definitely filling this honey blonde. So this wig that i received is going to be from nadula hair, as you can see, i'm going to pop up some inserts on the screen, so you can see exactly how the hair was packaged. Now the wig that i received is going to be a straight honey blonde wig. This wig is a closure wig in the inches of 24, as well as a density of 150 density. So, like i stated it is in that honey, blonde color and it does have highlights now. Usually, when i wear a wig with highlights, i'm typically going for a black just because black is like my it's, my natural hair color, and so it's of course, going to always be my go-to color, because i'm not used to wearing color. So, of course, with the highlights and everything i want, more so of a darker look to go into a faded brown or a light blonde type of look. I do want to point out that this closure is a hand-tied closure. I mean this closure piece is designed to mimic a hairline as closely as possible, so instead of giving you that lace down the middle like it typically do, it has a padding on the back to give you that natural scalp effect the construction of the wig. It comes with your standard combs, there's two in the front and there's one in the back. The wig cap has the adjustable strap. So if you need to make the wig a little tighter or a little looser, you definitely can do that. Now with me, i like to tell everyone that if you were to get a wig, you want to make sure that you know the circumference of your head. I am a 23 inch circumference, so that's typically the size that i am going for between a 22 and a half and a 23 inch when i am searching for wigs so definitely make sure you pay attention to their size chart on their website. Like i stated, i am on the darker hair type of side, where i would like my hair to be darker when it's giving me this lightness to what i got now is literally it's different. It'S a lot different for me, so i'm always scared to try looks like this. So what i did was i took some semi-permanent hair, color spray and you can get this from your local beauty supply store. The spray that i have is going to be is the high beams, intense, temporary spray on hair color. The one that i got is the brown black. Now, i'm so glad that i got brown black and not black, because black would have took this overboard. So i did get the brown black, which is going to mimic like that natural black color - and i literally just took this and i move certain places throughout the hair and i just sprayed it on there now. I didn't strategically think about this. I just took the spray and just spray, because i did this the lazy way i wanted to actually dye the hair, but considering when i wanted to wear the wig and the time frame i was on, i was like look we're just gon na have to do This semi-permanent hair dye because of the simple fact that i just didn't have time to actually dye it. The way that i wanted to so that's what i did. I moved certain places throughout the hair i sprayed the hair down and i did run out because i would have like to put it more at the top here. Just to give me a transition, as you can see, i kind of put some here, but i actually like um the way that it turned out. It is giving you dimensions of different color. I actually i actually like it now. This isn't something that you have to do. This is just something that i decided to do because, like i said, i wanted to give it more of a darker look now. If i had a bigger spray bottle, i probably would have sprayed more, but i didn't. I didn't have one so i didn't spray that and then, of course, with the wig being straight, i went ahead and i put some curls in it back. One thing that i can say is with this die: it did change the actual texture of this hair. So i wish i would have curled it. First then went in with the semi um the permanent dye, because you have to remember that this is spray, so it kind of works like hair spray, and you know you spray hair spray on your hair. It gives it that, what's the what's the word i'm looking for it just gives it a different feel. So that's just one thing that you just want to keep in mind if you decide to do the same route that i did when it comes to the hair spray, so i feel like it was a great alternative to actually dyeing the hair, and it was quick, Simple easy and cheap, because if you know then you know that hair dye is not cheap, it's very. It can be very expensive, depending on how many boxes you have to buy and how many times you actually have to go over the hair to get it to the color that you want it so for the closure piece i did have to go in and add Some concealer because, as you can see the base of it just wasn't um giving me enough, so i did go in with this concealer, so the concealer that i use is going to be this born this way: multi-use sculpting concealer. It is super coverage and the color of it is going to be chestnut. Now i did take just a small makeup brush and just go down the middle of it and, as you can see, it made a huge difference right now on their website. This wig is going to run you at 200, so this is again 150 density, 24 inches 200, and it's already colored for you. I definitely think that this is a steal um, because i know most colored wigs are 300 and beyond. Just because of the fact that you have to the way that you have to prepare them, so they can't can be and be on the expensive side.
