I didn't have to color this hi dolls, welcome back to another video and, if you're new here i'm jalen day, welcome to my channel so y'all this right here. I just don't even know what to say because y'all see y'all see y'all see today, i'm working with curly me hair and i love. I love the curls. I love everything about this wig y'all. All the details to this wig will be in the description. Y'All cannot tell me this wig isn't life. This wig already came pre-plugged, even though i plucked it a little more. It came pre-plucked and it came pre-colored pre-colored. I didn't have to color this y'all. I usually don't really like to do just brown hair. I like to usually have like a black root or something, and for this to be like mainly a brown wig. It really surprised me because i really love this on me. So if you want to see how i achieve this, look make sure that you keep on watching, let's get straight into the video. So again i am sponsored with curling me hair. So right now i am just brushing any hairs um that may be out back, so i won't lose my edges y'all, because i love keeping losing my edges, but we're gon na talk about that. So next, i'm just putting this cap on that i received in my box and i'm going to spray it with the um yellow, got to be glued spray just around the perimeter and then, when i'm done spraying it i'm just going to cut the cap to where It'S not covering my ears. Next, i'm just going to use my blow dryer, so it'll dry, faster. Most people go underneath like those big head dryers, but we're just going to use a blow dryer to make it go faster. Y'All it don't matter, then i'm going to start cutting the cap close by my hairline. I kind of don't go completely to my hairline. I'M honestly not sure what people will be doing, especially when i get my hair done. I never just pay attention, but i don't cut mine clothes. I kind of leave some away because again, i've been losing edges and i just don't have time for that anymore. These voiceovers be killing me because i can just talk all day about nothing but anyways um yeah, so i'm still cutting the cap so we're just gon na we're. Just gon na watch me cut this cap next, i'm just going in with my ruby, kisses cream foundation and i'm going to put that all over the cap. I'M also going to put that on the wig as well to figure out what exact color you are. You really just have to play around with it, like i still just mix the colors to see which one really blends with my wigs. So now, i'm just about to use my wax stick and push some of the hair back and then i'm going to hot comb. It i just feel like it's easier when all the little hairs are back and not in the way, especially when it's time to glue the wig down. You do not want any hairs. Getting tangled up with the glue here, i'm just using alcohol to wipe away any foundation or anything left over that needs to be off. Before i apply the glue i am using bold hold. I just got this from the hair store. I do eventually want to try the erika j adhesive, but she's always out of stock, so i can never get my hands on it. So, in the meantime bold hold is my go-to. I also am using a popsicle stick to spread out the lace glue. I do put the lace glue a little bit on my cap and kind of wipe down a little bit to put it on my forehead. I don't know if that makes sense. Y'All can kind of see what i'm doing i feel like this also helps the cap. Be more melted onto your skin, it hasn't caused me any problems, so i just been sticking with this. Since i've been installing my own wigs, i put on three layers of glue and waited till. It got completely clear make sure that y'all wait until it gets clear. If it's not clear, then it's going to be white under the lace and y'all. Just don't want to go through that trouble. Once i lay the lace where i want it, i kind of comb on that part. Just so the glue can attach to the lace and start sticking to it most of the time it sticks well on its first try. Sometimes i do have to add a little more or hold it longer because it's really still not completely dry yet, so that's where the elastic bands come in to really melt it all together, i actually lost my elastic band, i'm so sad y'all. So i kind of made this silk wrap turn into an elastic band, and here i'm just cutting the lace out of my face because it'd be bothering me i'm so for real. I don't know i just this one just felt like it was just so long, so it just really needed to get out of my face. My lace melted, pretty good, so i was able to go ahead and start cutting the excess lace off. I am using a razor just so it won't give it a straight edge. I still go in with my scissors just so i won't get too close to my face and cut my face off, because we don't want that problem. I also cut the ear tabs after i lay the wig down because i'll be having a problem doing it before. Sometimes i cut the wig too small, so i wait until after anything, that's covering my ears. I go ahead and cut that off and then i go in with the got2b spray and put that on the perimeter for any little pieces that may need to be laid down, and then i put my wrap back on so now. Everything is laid. I'M able to do the edges, so i just do four edges two on both sides. I keep it natural. I haven't, mastered the real dramatic one i'm going to practice, but this is not the wig to practice on. When i tell y'all i'm in love with this wig, i don't want to do anything to mess it up literally here i'm using spritz behind the edges, so i can pull the hair back. So that's when i go in with the hot comb to push it away and it should stay. You know away from the face, so i've learned to cut the edges longer instead of shorter first, because if you cut them shorter they're going to look a mess. So i cut them long and you know start to shape the form and then i can cut from there for the edges. I use the foaming lotion and i also use a gel and i mix them together. I do this because sometimes foaming lotion, it doesn't be enough for me, it's like not firm enough, so i was like what, if i mix it together, so i've been mixing them together and this way is kind of in between soft and hard at the same time. After doing my edges, i'm going to use these styling strips to put over them, so they can kind of set. I usually don't do this, but i really wanted my hair to be flat at the top, so i'm just going to go in between with the wax and then hot comb each section as y'all can see it gives it a more flatter and sleeker look. So now i'm just going in and spraying all of the hair with water and i'm also going to use a brush. So i can get through the curls and make sure everything is defined. This time i'm going to go in with my pantene buttercream. Sometimes i use noodlehead i like both of them guys, so it's either the pantene or noodle head. Both products are really good. When it comes down to my curly wigs, they both don't make my curls crunchy dry out. It really defines the curls and has the curls still look good. Even when they're dry, you
