What'S up beauties, it's Lindsey welcome back to my channel today, I'm doing a DIY lifting and toning hair video featuring ozo wigs. You guys saw these pictures on Instagram. I, like never do DIY videos, but if you like this, please let me know - and I will definitely do some more for you guys so, like I said this wig is from Oso wigs one of my favorite wig companies. By far in the package, you will get a little drawstring bag. They give you a comb and a wig cap as well and on the front of the box. You'Ll get all the wood details from the unit that you ordered. So I have the human hair straight. Full lace, wig the color, is the same as the picture: 18 inches. 180 density. It is a glueless cap size, one because I do have a small head. The lace color is medium brown and, like I said you do get a wig cap and a freak home inside as well. So let's look at the hair, I actually love the hair itself. I love the texture of it. I love the volume of it. It'S just. It'S so beautiful. I think the only thing I wasn't a huge fan of was this color, so it is kind of like a golden honey sunshine, the wand - and it looks very similar to the wig I just got from RPG show. So I didn't want two of the same wigs. So here is the inside of the wig. You do get three combs two on the side, one in the back. They have a little tag on there. This is the parting space, which is absolutely beautiful and here's another look at the color and natural light. So what you'll need? I got everything from Sally's. You just need a mixing bowl 20 volume developer. I got the two collided colors the violet shade from Clairol, and then I also have a little brush. I mixed up the collide colors in the developer. So that's what it should look like, and I know my hair technique like with the foil, I'm not doing it right. First of all, but the thing about this technique when using the kalida colors. I know i have previously used this product and it toned it perfectly. The first time, so i'm not sure if it's because i'm using different hair or what the issue is, but i thought it was just going to be like a one stop shop like it normally is for me and that wasn't happening. So this did take about three times until I got it to the color. I wanted it not three times with the cloudy colors like three times trying to get it to my desired ashy shade. So after I wash that out, as you can see, it's still kind of yellowish brassy ish still not the color, I thought it was gon na be so I actually did go in with two wallet owners, but they literally didn't do anything like at all. So I just cut this part out of the video, because the color looked the exact same after I used the wallet owner, so I had Lee run to Sally's. For me, he was so sweet to do that and he got me the Manic Panic in ultraviolet and a sulfate little of a sulfate free conditioner. So I'm just using the can to one mix. Those products together got this like vibrant purple, and I just applied that all over the hair at first I was gon na use a brush, but I was like girl. We got ta get down and dirty for this. What'S up, I just use my hands to apply all of that and it does wash off like it'll stain a little bit but after, like three washes with, so your hands are back to normal. So don't worry so yeah we're just applying that all over and I am using a comb to comb that through as well just to make sure that we are getting even coverage with this. I was not familiar with this method until two days ago, when I watched a video and the girl toned her hair beautifully with this, and I was like how did I never know about this, so I tried it and I'm here for it so yeah. I applied that all over the hair. I left it on for about 45 minutes and then I've rinsed it out so after I went stood out. I didn't need to touch up the roots again because I had lightened those and I didn't want them light. I still wanted dark roots, so I went back to Sally's for the third time and grabbed the ion darkest brown cream and another 20 volume developer and we're just applying that near the parting just by the roots, just like you're doing a root touch-up because, like I Said I did still want those roots dark, so I left that dark brown on for about 25 minutes, and then I rinsed everything out and surprisingly the hair was not as damaged as I thought it would be, especially after using that Wella toners. I thought like the hair was in shambles after that, but I did with a little bit of my Maui moisture raw oil just to add a little bit of moisture back into the hair, and then I just took my blow dryer to blow dry all the hair. All over the place - yes girl, after that, I did take my flat iron just to get any other like humps and bumps out of the hair that I had, but I curled it anyways on the left is my RPG show unit. So I kind of wanted to show you guys a comparison of what the OSA wigs unit kind of originally looked like when it had the honeys and the yellows and the vibrant bright sunflower colors in it compared to what it looks like tone. So I like it a lot more with the cooler shades in there. I just I feel like, as she just looks better on my complexion. I did not mess with the parting at all. Oh, so wigs has a very good parting like their parts. Just yes good. So I didn't mess with that, but I did curl the hair, and this is what the final product looks like. You will see a few silvery lavender hues in here, but they do wash out with just like one more good shampoo. It will come out. So I'm not worried about that, but I do love the color. I hope you guys like it as well I'll have everything linked in the description box below so be sure to check that out. If you do like these DIY videos, please let me know and I'll see you guys in my next video bye, y'all

YT Yt: *The wella toners didn't work cause they aren't meant to be used at that stage/ you most likely choose the wrong toner colors.* *You should've bleached it a 2nd or 3rd time. A purple toner is to take the YELLOW colors out after you bleach the hair down to YELLOW. To get ORANGE out of hair you need to tone it with BLUE!! But ideally you should bleach hair down to yellow!!! Colors from black go...Black, Brown, light brown, Red-brown, Red, Orange, Orange-Yellow, Yellow, Pale Yellow, White.* *The darker you want to dye your hair the less you need to bleach your hair...for instance if you have black hair and want to go to a dark or light brown then red/orange is fine to start off with. But if you want to dye black hair Bright, Bold colors you're going to need to bleach it down to Yellow/pale yellow and tone it. And obviously for Platinum blonde you have to bleach it down to almost white/palest yellow then use a purple toner.*
