Wig Review: Shilo By Noriko In Spring Honey

Hey yo welcome back to the hair. I wear for wigs by Patti's pearls calm, I'm Lauren and I am super excited to be reviewing this noriko synthetic wig for y'all. I have seen her on social media a lot, so I was super excited to give her a try. This is Shiloh, it's beautiful. She is a long textured layered synthetic wig by Noriko and the color I am showing you is spring honey. Now the description of this color is a muted, dark honey base. Sorry, let's try that again. The base is a muted dark, honey blonde and it has a muted golden blonde highlights. So this is a warmer blonde, not super ashy or cool tone. Definitely more of the honey caramely type blonde, but it's so pretty. I love love, love this okay! Let'S talk about the cap construction. Now, unlike some of the other noriko wigs, I reviewed this one does have a mono top, so your going to be able to part it and get that realistic part line. It has this little Polish strip right here at the front. So if you are using like a wig, a wig glue or a wig tape, you'll be able to tape it down here to give that firm grip, it does not have a lace front, so you're not gon na be able to wear it off your face. It does have adjustable ear tabs the velvet Nathe down here and adjustable straps. The rest of the wig is that I've been wetting, so you get that nice stretchy feel now. This is a long wig. The top here are the front. Sorry is 8 inches, so it definitely has a little bit of a shorter layer from the crown down is 15 and then from the nape down is almost 15. So this is a very long wig. As you can see, the bottom has just kind of a lighter wispy layer to it, but it looks like the bulk of the hair is up here just below that and around the shoulder. So we'll see when we get her on where the bulk of her volume is all right. That is all I have to say about her color and construction. I'M gon na go put her on, so we can see what she's all about be screenshot ready here. All the details on Shiloh by Noriko, well, the she is beautiful and long and blonde and just all kinds of beautiful. Every time I wear a blonde wig. I just feel like. I need a lot of self-tanner. The color just really washes me out. The color itself is beautiful, it's just definitely not my color, but let me tell you why I love this color. I love the highlights how they've placed him in the front to make the the lighter blonde kind of stand out and be face framing. I love the subtlety of the honey blonde and then the lighter kind of a sheer blonde. The mix the dimension makes it look beautiful and I don't know I feel like when something is colored like this. It just makes it look very realistic, very like high-end. It'S just done really really well, I really like how they highlighted this piece. The length is very long as you can see the longest layer comes down to about there, but I won't say it's very thin on the end, so you don't have like a super bulky long length. The majority of your the volume is going to be up here around your face, so the ends are a lot wispier and lighter, which is good for a synthetic piece, because that's typically what tangles and starts to look worn, the fastest are your ends. So let's talk about the fit, it is fitting well on my head, the ear tabs are where they're supposed to be. I'Ve noticed that in the marika pieces fit a little larger than others. As far as like the length like it's lower down at the base of my ears, the neck feels good. It'S not bunching or anything like that, so it feels really good again. This does not have a lace front, so you're not gon na want to wear it off of your face. You are gon na see the line where you know it hits it's not super bulky, but again it's not as realistic as a lace front. So these front pieces are meant to be worn down and then swoop to the side. You could always clip this little piece back and get a beautiful kind of just a side-swept look. I love wearing wigs in a side ponytail because you can wear it over the ear on one side and it doesn't show an ear tab or anything like that. So this would be beautiful to wear this kind of side-swept over to the side. It would just be gorgeous more like that. I love it. Let'S see what helped can we say about her? She is almost 6 ounces, so it's a little heavier than most synthetic pieces and again that is just all of the link that she has. But it's worth it because oh my gosh she's, so pretty she's beautiful. Alright, let's see if we can get this front layer. Yes, I can definitely get it behind my ear, so you could get that shorter front layer out of your face. You could do it on this side as well to get it all back. If you're gon na wear her in a ponytail, I would suggest kind of wearing her low and over the ear. Just so you don't accentuate the ear tabs and to make it look as natural as possible. Alright, let me give you a 360 spin of Shilo get this out from behind my ear, so you can see that layer. I love that sideswipe layer. There is the left side on around now, because she is long and synthetic she is going to tangle and we're faster than a short piece. So you definitely want to have a wide tooth comb to pick her out to get all the tangles out off to everywhere. Definitely if you're gon na wear her all day long, you might want to pick her out throughout the day, just so nothing gets clumpy or matted, or anything like that, especially around the base of the neck, where pieces tend to wear the most now. This isn't a super dense piece, there's not a ton of hair to it. So it's definitely a little wispy are in the back. It'S not a full like heavy thick piece, so you definitely want to keep her kind of swishy and picked out. So she doesn't get that clump and then looks see-through because she isn't super dense in the back all right. I think that is all I can say about Shiloh.
