How I Dye My Natural Hair Ginger Without Bleach | Dark To Light Hair, Dos And Donts, No Damage

Hey y'all, what's up welcome back to my channel in today's video, as you can tell by the title and as you can see, i have colored my hair and if you guys are interested in seeing how i achieved this hair then definitely stay tuned. So in today's video, as i said before, i'm going to tell you guys how i achieved this color. I'M super excited because i've been trying to do this hair color for me long now. It'S it's a process. It'S not going to be something that i feel like anyone should do like overnight. It definitely is going to take time if you're doing it from home. I do recommend, if you don't trust yourself with your hair, to um, go to a professional, and i want to make a disclaimer. I feel, like you always got to add that in your video i am not a professional hairstylist by any means necessary. I am just someone who likes to experiment with their hair and i kind of trust myself with doing my own hair. I don't know i just i'd rather do it myself than to put it in someone else's hands and it not really come out right. So i could blame me and i don't have to blame them - definitely not a hair professional, but i do trust myself with doing my hair, and this is how my hair came out. Love how my hair came out came out. Super super cute um. This is the ginger that i have been trying to achieve, probably for like two or three months now. That'S why you guys see my hair look a little crazy in my previous video, because i really wanted to take my time and not rush. Um on how i got to this point - and i hope you guys enjoy the video so just don't keep on watching so we're gon na put on our gloves - i'm mad nervous here. I really don't know what this hair is about to come out like because i've never seen anybody really do this color anytime, i went on youtube everyone's doing like red. Take this tube add it into the the mix you want to put all the contents of the tube in here. Oh, it's stink, that's what it looks like and then we're just going to take this dirty volume and add that to the pool mix that in there and when you're mixing this, you really want to get like a cake, batter, toothpaste, type of consistency, glide this evenly Onto your hair super cake battery and we're about to just start applying her this way we're just going to start on the front, i'm going to start taking small sections and applying this to my hair, because my hair is super like dry. I have to be careful when i'm parting, my sections, but they don't have to be perfect, flip away what you're not using and i'm gon na start off on the ends of my hair and then go up to my roots later on. So i'm going to start applying this to my hair and i'm going to let play a little bit of music. I might talk through this. Maybe not, but i got ta i got ta focus. I got ta focus foreign. As you can see. I got one section, so i would just hurry up speed through this. I will come back on camera when everything is fit. Neat toe. Okay. I finally finished it took me about like 20 minutes to kind of apply everything make sure i got everything coated. I didn't. Do my roots yet, as you can see it's already turning, i didn't do my roots here, because i want to get hot roots and i'm super nervous see how this is gon na come out. I did run out of dye, but i finessed and made it work. I'M put a timer on my phone for 25 minutes and then i'm gon na go ahead. Do that same process over again and then just retouch my roots, and i will be back when i do that. So in this part of the video i just wanted to show you guys the results after coloring my hair twice and what it came out like it looks terrible in my opinion, but here we are and then i did a twist out. I think - and i just had to rock this out, because i knew i was gon na - be able to dye my hair again for a third time, um right back to back. So i kind of just wanted to do a twist out leave my hair alone for a little bit, but i'm just showing you guys the results and i'm not really happy continue watching all right. Y'All colored it for a second time, and this is the result y'all done it. Y'All finished yeah done hair finish, y'all done, y'all finished still dark right here. Look at that compared to the front. So just like a little intermediate commercial time i wanted to. Let you guys know that this is what worked for my hair. I say that this process is going to work for everyone's hair, but i know that these steps did not work. I could show you what did that work and what worked for me. So if you guys want to follow in my steps and kind of um, take a little bit out of this video and use it for yourself, then that is okay, but please please, please don't come back and yell at me if it didn't work for your hair, Because i'm just telling you guys and showing you what works for my hair, and maybe you could learn from my mistakes, dear hair, guys, please let us be able to make a change, because i'm not doing this again going to be the last video that i post About this topic, but i'm gon na finally try to go it's so embarrassing, i'm about to try to try to color my hair again for the third time. I know i'm dragging it a little bit the first two times it did not work because i decided to use the l'oreal high color for dark hair only in the color uh blonde ginger ginger blonde. Whatever you want to call it, i tried it two times, thinking that maybe you know i didn't leave it on my hair long enough, whatever the case may be, i just think that dye is for girls, that um a don't have kinky curly hair, like mine b, Have virgin hair hair history virgin hair, meaning um you've, never colored your hair. You never dyed it. Nothing like that in my opinion, because, like i said, i tried it twice and it did not work for me. So i have prayed to the hair gods and i hope that today my hair takes so in this video i'm going to be using the cream of nature. Ginger blonde um exotic shine color, and this is what the box looked like and i did go ahead and purchase four boxes of dye. Now. You guys think i might be dragging it a little bit, but i just feel like every time i go to color my hair. I never have enough, so i might as well have enough for now and maybe, if i want to touch up and then after i go ahead and color my hair with the blonde, no matter what happens today, i'm doing this next step and i'm going to use The semi permanent colors um from kiss i'm going to use the ginger and the cajun spice. I just feel like this is going to be the final color that i'm gon na try to get to i've been trying to do this ginger color for a minute. Now it just hasn't been working out for me, so we're just gon na pray yet again that this works out for us and yeah. I'M gon na take off this bonnet now, so you guys can see what my hair is giving because it looks hey. You can see my hair looks gray because my roots look, how light my roots are compared to the ends of my hair. So that's what we're going to do today use this dye to kind of fix the ends and, like i said, whatever happens, happens, that's another tip. You never want to really dye your hair too many times in a certain amount of time, because i just feel like it's going to damage your hair even further, but i'm just going to part my hair in four sections. That way, i can apply this product evenly and we can just pray for the best. So another thing i noticed when i was coloring my hair is that i think this side is lighter than this side and even my camera is about to die. So y'all gon na have to bear with me and hope that i'm able to get through this part. But what i'm really about to do is just mix the developer and the high lift booster together and then also add in the cream gel hair color into a bottle. Shake that up and just add it to my hair, probably not gon na - be able to show you guys the actual application because, like i said my battery about to die and yeah, don't hate me but i'll be back right and i think everything is going to Be all right, but you know, if not i'm gon na shave, my head and i'm gon na, be the new wig guru but yeah. I'M leave this um in for 20 minutes. Put this on my cap put this on my head and then add it to my roots, a little bit not too much for like maybe five minutes. I might not do ten. It says leave it on for ten, but i think i might do five being that. My hair is already blonde and then rinse that out. This is what we're up to right now took out that box dye, and i'm about to show you guys what my hair looked like, because i don't even know, oh my god. So, as you can see, um the ends did kind of color kind of happy with what it looks like. I did do my roots again a little bit, and so, as you can see, it's super blonde is giving right now and i'm happy with it. I'M not even gon na lie like it seems like my curls are still intact. After the third time of coloring, my hair, the back actually took um, not as much as i would like it to have taken. I'M just gon na add this color straight onto my hair. It is a semi-permanent color, so you really don't have to worry about uh how long you want to keep it in i'll, keep it in for about 30. 45 minutes. I said it looks like my curls. Are intact still, they did obviously fall a little bit. That'S what's gon na happen when you color your hair, your curls are not gon na, be a hundred percent the same. I really don't see damage, so i think that's really good. For this box dye, add the two colors to my hair and i'll be back when i am done so. Ah all right, y'all. Here we are finally at this stage when we could put this semi-permanent hair color in my hair um, i did break the bottle. So that's why y'all saw me like using just dumping it in my hand. After a while, that's another tip. I could give you guys when you guys are adding semi-permanent color to your hair. Just make sure you get each and every section i'm going to go ahead and leave this on my hair, for, like i said, maybe like 45 minutes to an hour, you can leave semi-permanent dye in for as long as you would like people like to leave it Overnight, i think that's a little bit of a drag because it doesn't have any like chemicals in it. That'S gon na harm your hair or damage your hair. You can leave it in for longer than the bottle says if anything i'll, probably just take like a couple of pictures and show you guys what it looks like when i wash it out and then just come on camera um with the finished looks so i just Want to thank you guys for watching this video, if you made it to the end, definitely give this video a thumbs up.
