How To Dye Your Hair Blonde Without Bleach! | Naturally Sade

I wanted to make a tutorial on how I dye my natural curly hair blonde. I've been using L'Oréal HiColor to dye my hair ever since I became blonde and it always work. Good Ol' Faithful LOL. I didn't know how to dye my own hair for the longest time, but finally learned and figured it out and I want to share that with you. Plus I like to follow it up with a deep conditioning treatment to combat the dryness from dying it.

Hey hi, what's up YouTube town, welcome or welcome back to my channel, naturally Shaddai, so as you can see, or as you may have noticed, why do I look like I'm crazy? Why am I doing this? I think now I got my root. Finally, hi I'm Diane because I wasn't sure if I actually wanted to keep dyeing my hair blonde or if I just wanted to grow out my hair. So I was kind of having a little dilemma and I finally caved obviously, so I wanted to show you guys how I actually dye my hair without using bleach yeah. This is the process that I use, I'm not a professional, so little disclaimer they're, not a professional and never worked at a hair salon. India never went to cosmetology school or whatever. This is just what I do to my hair, every single time that I diet. So I want to share that process with anybody out there that wants to learn how to do it or has never done it and want to try it so yeah. If you want to see how I went from root and crazy-looking roots to this, are you keep on watching the creamed I'm using is loriel high color blonde for dark hair only in the shape, vanilla, shampoo, I'm also going to be using a 30 volume cream developer. Then I'm going to separate my hair before I get started, I like to start in the front so I'm beginning in the middle and I'm just going to apply the solution only to my roots. Since I'm touching up my hair, I'm going to continue to apply it to my roots, as I move down small section by section, then, as I move to the back I'll repeat the same steps, but I like to start from the bottom and work my way up. Oh, you go once on the size of solution to all my ruse, I'm going to let it develop for 20 minutes and after that, I'm going to apply the solution for the length of my hair and in as I apply it, I just use my fingers to Spread it in my hair and make sure it's evenly distributed, then I just put on a plastic hair cap and let it develop to 10 minutes, and then I just wash it out. While my hair is still wet, I'm going to use Palmers coconut oil formula, repairing conditioner as HD moisturizing treatment for my hair. Once this in my hair, I'm just going to cover it with the plastic hair cap and let it sit for about two hours before I rinse it out and then I'm just going to style as usual all right. So these are the results. Why did I shoot? My hair, I don't know but yeah, even though results, let me show you outlets all the way around. I am really happy with the results. This is the process that I use every single time. I dye my hair and I probably diet about every six months. I let it grow out a little bit just kind of let my hair recover and condition it. You know I'm not the type to continue to diet like every other month or so just like right when the roots start growing out like I like to let it grow out a little bit, and you know that's that's my process, that's how I get this. So if you liked this video and enjoyed watching it, please give it a thumbs up, and if you want to see more, don't forget to hit that subscribe button hit that subscribe button. Just do it right there do it hit it and as always, thank you so much for watching and I hope to see you in the video I Hey

Lia Marie: This color looks so pretty with your skin tone

Me & These Curls: I love color. I know you're not a a professional but here is a quick tip. Don't put the color on the ends because it is already lightened. When you rinse the color out because it has a agent in the color where it suds automatically; the color will tone your ends out automatically. This will prevent damage in the future. Sort of like a relaxer if you're just retouching the roots no need to put it on the ends everytime. I really love your hair color : )

Alayna Christian: Fair warning - I just used these same products and the smell of ammonia is literally suffocating. Make sure the room you're dyeing in has proper ventilation. I had to add a standing fan to my bathroom while doing this. Otherwise, application was easy enough. Currently letting it sit in my hair, hopefully it turns out good!

Dorena Dann: I am on my second round of using this color! The blonde color is fabulous! My roots are still a bit honey blondish looking, but its soooo pretty! Thank you for this video!

Kristen Rogue: You better stay blonde forever, you are a goddess.

adventures with Angelina C: You just saved me from ruining my blonde hair, I got tired of bleaching my hair blond that I decided to just go red. I'm about to go pick up some vanilla champagne Loreal hicolor, thank you so much

Meylene Rivera: That blonde looks amazing on you!

Luxxe Beauty: I used this same product for my hair also! But your roots lightened so much more than mine! I wonder if I should have left in on longer. I love that I didn’t have to use bleach and ruin my curls more. Your hair is beautiful!

Rochelle Naturally: Amazing hair color/results. Always wanted honey blonde hair but was afraid of the bleach. But yours turned out really nice and healthy looking still!!

Crystal Campbell: Hi! I love how your hair turned out. Question: when you apply the dye to the rest of your hair, after applying it to your roots, does it make the rest of your hair lighter?

KARARAE: Omg I'm so glad I found this video! Very helpful & your blonde is gorgeous!!

Nichole Renee: I tried this tonite. It works but I definitely had to use a toner afterwards though, to get rid of the orange. Thanks for the tips

Kitty's So Curly: Great video! Question: was your hair really dark before using this dye? If so, did you keep using it to get your hair as light as it is now? Also, did you only use 30 volume developer each time? Thanks in advance.

Denisia Thompson: Who would of thought to use this instead of bleach !! Thanks girllll !!!

Mary Hansen: Hi I have a question for you! My hair has been box dyed black for years and I’m trying to go a honey blonde without straight up bleach. I’ve stripped my hair with color oops twice this week and now I’m going to be attempting to use L’Oréal color hilights in the shade ash blonde to see how much it lightens my hair and go from there. Do you think this would work? I’m aware L’Oréal has some sort of bleach but this seems like a less damaging way to go lighted and I’m afraid of using bleach at home on my own. Also if could help out with this what toner would you recommend if my hair turns orange? I was thinking the wella t18 ash blonde so it matches? I really hope you can respond to this just your opinion would help me out so much. Thank you

Ms Jersey: The color looks amazing on you.

Jennifer Cortez: Thank u I enjoy the way you show the steps!

Linds Thomas: My goodness you are freaking STUNNING. Your hair is gorgeous.

Nereida Orozco: Love it ❤

jami ross: This is great!!!! My hair and dark and I want this color!!! I’m getting Olaplex to put in the color while I color it so it won’t be so damaging!!! Palmers conditioner is alcohol in it so it’s a no no for me but glad it works for you!!! I can’t wait to do this!!!

Michael Harris: Awesome video! I want to give this a try! Question- did you apply the color and the developer together?

Leshae Brown: Beautiful!! Wow we have similar hair textures. What products do you use? Thank you.

Ricki L. Heard: Still referring to this in February 2020!!! Trying it on my locs and I’m excited!!!

missbliss: Wow! Beautiful color!

Sabrina C: Love this color on you! Just bought this color for myself and didn’t realize how bright it will be Have you always used specifically vanilla champagne?

M Serrano: Peroxide is bleach, but of course, less stronger. As higher the peroxide number , the strongest the peroxide. But anyways, Your hair looks beautiful, I love it.

Monique Johnson: 1:37 is when she shows you the product ‍♀️

Jaqui Lockett: Really really pretty. Looks healthy.

Kimberly Wu: ohemgee im going to try this on my dark hair :) hope this works

Tara Quinch: I like it, its very pretty. I did use the same color on my dark hair but forgot I had a permanent black color on it so while the roots took, the ends only lifted to a light ashy brown. Its been three weeks now so I think I will lift the ends with bleach and then deposit the Vanilla Champagne Blond on the ends. What do you think?

Virginia Rodriguez: hi your hair is beautiful I love it! yu make it look so easy, so did yu use the same hair dye to color your entire hair the first time?

NOWis theTIME: Love the results

Ihsanah Iman: Did you use all three boxes of dye? My hair is thick and I’m trying to decide how many boxes I’ll need

Gabrielle Paxton: do you mix the whole bottle of developer with the dye? and do you have to have three packs of the dye or will one suffice? (btw i have a short twa)

YUMMY CUPCAKES: Same hair same color . I lose hope when my roots are about two inches but as soon as my roots are done I’m a goddess. I’ll have my people call your people

B_b: can i use it for texlaxed hair? btw that color looks really good on you

Taradise34: LOVE IT. GOOD TUTORIAL

Rebma A: Sooooo pretty!!!

MyLifeMyJourneys: When dying my hair this color can I used this on my honey blonde ends as well?

LInda Mull: Beautiful !!!!

Dk: So pretty am dying some of my locs that color

Destiny Milan: I love that hair color . I wish I can go that light but it doesn’t fit my skin tone

Azarriah Fucuals: Looove the color! Did you use this to go completely blonde or only for a touch up?

rachray83: U cant lighten dark hair without some type of color lifting chemical process...processor, developer, lightener, bleach, call it what you want it doesn't matter your natural color will be stripped (permanently altered, weakened, damaged regardless of non microscopic appearance) in order to deposit the lighter color. It is what it is folks. If some type of color lifter/stripper was not used then u would simply buy a bottle of color... That color is gorgeous by the way

Xx_EmoRocker_xX: FLAWLESS

Velvet Raincloud: i put a shade of these blondes on my hair tonight and nothing turned except my roots. absolutely nothing. i don’t know what i did wrong

ace: Does this work for straight hair?:)

Lina Horn: So question please help b/c I’m trying to dye short curly hair for the first time! Do I have to hit the ends before the riots b/c I heard that the roots develop the fastest! Also I got the 30 volume developer and some sort of dye that someone recommended to me in the store.. I know I should mix it equal parts but how long to I leave it on?

Kaylah Ford: Looks good! Is this how you dyed your entire head or is this just what you use for root touch up?

Hannalyn: great tips!

jennifer kennedy: U literally look like a angel

Lovely E: I have to start off by saying your curls & blonde hair looks bomb.com I actually went on Amazon and I purchase the same thing but of course my Virgin human Hair wig came out brassy. It Lifted amazingly well though but I just want to let other people know you are going to need some toner because it basically to me was no different than me going out and buying a 40 volume developer and bleaching my hair. the hair definitely came out super crazy Goku yellow but of course I went ahead and I did it twice and I got to even lighter yellow which was awesome because toning it was a breeze.

WorkFromHome 411: Beautiful

zigg_33: your curls look great good choice

Very KinkyCurl: I liked the dark roots look. Still turned out nice

KAM: Love love the hair and your super gorgeous

Rocio Avitia Munoz: Can you add color directly after using this?

Taj Mahaly: this looks amaaaazing!

Danielle Nance: Hi! I hope you see this comment. I serious have watched this video like every day for the past week because I just love it! But okay I have highlights in my hair but I want to go completely blonde I know that I probably will not receive the same results like you but can I still use this on my hair even though my hair is blended with the dark and bleached parts? And also have you done this process yourself and started from your dark brown hair?

Chelle C: Can you use any shampoo and conditioner with those products?

Jasmeen Cruz: How long did you leave in the dye for?

Crystal Norris: Ur hair is absolutely beautiful.. So is ur energy and personality..

123rock Sold: Love it

Jelisa Howard: Love it

Jenn G: Can you do this without the creme developer?

Tiara G: Yo I tried to dye my hair using this and it only came out brown as the brown was not even light it was jus a shade lighter from dark brown. Any tips? What did I do wrong?

Truly Blessed: I love your hair from the color to the curls..I know your not a professional but you obviously have experience with using the 30 vol..if I mixed it with red do you think it'll make a bright red or a red orange since it tends to turn orange (so I've read through some of the comments)?
