Hey guys, so today's video is going to be on well my hair and the reason why it's the color it is and how I got it to that. So before I kind of give you guys the clips of me doing it and stuff like that, I'm just going to quickly explain what I am I here was before um, so, basically um. I think it was right up until May, I had ombre hair and if you go back in my videos, you can see it. I just had like my natural brown on the top and then I had kind of like pretty like a she kind of white blond on the bottom um and then about first week of May I decided to do my hair like a dark brown. I just want to kind of go back to my natural color, but a little bit darker, so I did that and then I started getting a little bit bored of it um and I decided to go red so then I did read um last week of June Um - and so I did by color by Vidal Sassoon - it's called runway red, so I did that color first um and I pretty much lost it a week in my hair, just because the brown underneath still left um like it was. It was really hard for the red to penetrate through the brown because it left so much product in my hair um. So basically a week after I had to redo it, and then I use a by Vidal Sassoon again, but it was a color called Merlot red. So the Merlot red stayed in my hair up until last night, so today's the day after the video that I filmed doing it um. So basically what I used was Color Oops. I have the clips with it and all that kind of stuff and later on in the video I'm just going to quickly explain to you guys what I did um. So basically, what Color Oops does is that it pretty much shrinks the dye molecules in your hair. For like the permanent or semi-permanent color dye, and then when you wash it off the since it shrinks the Paula calls, you literally wash out the color. The thing that I was surprised about is that no color actually ran out so in the shower. When I was washed, you know like washing my hair, because when you put the product on your hair and you put the to con your wait twenty minutes when you go into the shower, you take the took off your hair, still gon na look the dyed color, Like my hair still looked right, it didn't look blond at all, so I wanted to the shower and wash it off and I was expecting like it looked like dyed my hair red with a bunch of color everywhere, but there wasn't, it was actually water ran clear. Like it was nothing and I totally thought it wasn't working and then I kind of quickly stepped out of the shower to make sure and it was blond so yeah, um overall um just before you guys see my hair right now, um, it's not like orange at All um well, for now he is weekly followers whoops, you know, watch a Family Guy um, so my hair isn't really um orange. It looks a lot more orange in the camera than it does in person um, but it's a super cloudy day outside today. So it's a little bit hard to see the only thing about this product that I'm gon na have to. Let you guys know as a warning and a precaution is something that guess could be kind of not serious. But I can really take you by surprise because it definitely took me by surprise, because I was not expecting this at all. And so, if you're going from a red dye um, let's say you, you have like a set a semi-permanent red box dye in your hair, okay or anyways any red as long as it's mi permanent. So that will wash off and your hair color will pretty much be the same color that it was before the red. Now they shoe is that if you get permanent red, a hair dye, which I had most permanent red hair dyes, unless stated otherwise have bleach in it, that's all the red sticks to your hair, because the red is not a very easy color for your hair. To pick up, especially if you have a dark pigmentation in your hair, so it does have bleach in the red dye which I did was not aware of so pretty much. I was expecting my hair to only be blown on the tips because it was bleached before the red just on the tips. But since the top was my natural color, I totally assumed that this was going to be even my natural color and I got out of the shower and I'm all blonde. So this is where I totally scared myself, because I was expecting this blonde, but only this day I wasn't expecting it up here as well. So now that it is like this, I'm gon na have to deal with it, but um yeah. So if you are going from a permanent red dye, be aware that your hair will be totally blonde at the end, because there was bleach in the red hair dye from the start. So that is just a little snippet of information. If you are dyeing your hair from red to get the right, no just a heads up for you guys to know you'll not have your natural color underneath because the red does have bleach in it um but yeah. I think that's kind of all. I have to do for my intro if you guys have any questions about this at all. Please leave it down below. I am gon na start, inserting the clips of me doing it and rapine it's showing you guys all the products. I hope you guys enjoyed this video and it really hope it's helpful. I really wanted to make a video like this, because I couldn't find any that really showed you how to use a product itself, so I hope I did a good job. Um don't forget to subscribe and if you guys want to see how I went from red to blonde and not damaging my hair at all, um just keep watching. Thanks guys, I bought Color Oops. I have heard great things about this product. I looked up some reviews and watched some videos. Isn'T it a pretty positive outcome out of it if there's no bleach or ammonia and s which means that doesn't strip your hair um here, I'm gon na read off the back, just what it does. Okay, so color whoops, corrector, hair color by shrinking the dye molecule, allowing you to simply wash the the molecules away um, so it has like the pictures of like before after and whatever so I mean. Obviously, you cannot trust anything so if you're gon na destroy for myself um, it is safe enough that you can read at the same day if you need to. Hopefully that would happen with me, I'm hoping that this will lift nicely um. I am kind of ready if it doesn't work, I'm kind of scared um. But yes, so I'm just opening up the box here for the first time I'll share with you guys, what's inside alright, so the first thing here um. So this is number two. This is that extra strengths the solvent. So this is the hair color removal itself. It'S about half the bottle of liquid the first one here, um okay, so this is number one there's no actual names for any of these products. So I'm assuming you have to mix those together. Okay, so there's pretty much just step one two and then it comes with a little spray. I don't know thinks there'd be enough for my hair. Well, this might have been mistake, but we'll see, there's some gloves and I'm just gon na really quickly read the instructions. Oh actually, so I bought this at a pharmacy pharmacy. It was $ 15.99 and I had a $ 2.00 off. Coupon and CH actually gave me another coupon and for everything to get it against another $ 2 off. So it's not that expensive. So now that I kind of just night will really quickly glanced up with the instructions. I am gon na run into the washroom. Get this stuff ready! Take these clothes off! Make sure that if you are doing this at home to make sure you wear clothes, they don't mind if he gets a dirty or stained or anything like that. So please make sure of that um and yeah. I'M actually going to run out and grab a second box like this, because I'm assuming that this isn't going to be enough for my hair. So the way I'm going to do this because they say that the longer you let the product set forth, the less potent it is, I'm going to leave one ready to get mixed right away and I'm going to do one for now. So I'm just going to open up number two and number one and then you're just supposed to pour number one into number two, but oh it smells awful yeah. Every single review of this product mentions that has a very strong odor. It definitely does oh no with it so bubbly finish pouring this into there, then uh you're supposed to shake it for about 30 seconds all right, so I'm just going to brush up my ear quickly. I really kind of brush it out. So this is just like a second brush for me, I'm going to concentrate getting as much out from the top as possible, but I will do that with the second box. So I'm just going to put my hair in half here, just like in separate bottle 1/2 bottle to just so. I have time to get all that worked in turn. Put it top layer here just enjoy our hair tie. Oh, it's honestly smells like manure. It'S actually! So disgusting, okay, so I'm just all it's extremely extremely extreme that you're going to put a whole bunch of my hair, I'm just gon na start coating, my hair with it. Oh, it smells absolutely disgusting. So to make sure you really coat everything just make sure that I don't have any like splotchiness or anything afterwards. I apologize I'm going to have to turn on the fan in the bathroom. It smells so disgusting alright, so that looks pretty wet, but I just really want to make sure I get everything just cuz, I'm not teach, because there's no color, it's kind of hard to tell if I'm coating it enough because it just it kind of looks like Bleach, you know, I can't really tell if it's um doing anything to your hair and apparently stays like that until you wash it off. Apparently, you can't really tell if the color is getting left in Iran, so just want to be careful, get really everything there and they say that heat helps so try not to on stand under a fan or anything when you're letting this develop, and I'm just going To let out about half of this because the top part is what I have like the deeper vents, because that's where my right didn't have dialed my roots, where the brown wasn't before so there's definitely more red in this meadow and top layer to the bottom. So I want to make sure they really get the red pigmentation out as much as possible. So I'm just going to get more product, and this is just going to be like an overall make sure I get all the roots and stuff which isn't too bad. But try to get this as wet as possible. That'S what he said all right next side, the same thing! Yes, he I'm almost done the first bottle. So if you have thicker longer hair, she bottles is probably going to be the only way you'll be able to finish it, because right now is on the top, and it tops whether I carry most of my hair. It'S right on the crown of my head. So alright, so since I generally brought my hair in the middle, I'm just gon na do it this way and it splits down. Even though my roots, I don't have any color right now and a nicer up here, because I can see worms brain and I'm going to work this into my hair, really rub it into my scalp, make sure there's no little hairs that don't get it covered. I apologize in advance if I'm talking too much um. I just want to make sure that I give you guys all the information that I possibly can, because all the videos that I found for these they didn't actually show the girls putting it on. It was only like the before-and-after kind of thing, so I really wanted to make sure that, if anybody's looking for this kind of Savior, Savior they'd be able to get all the information for one video. Just because I feel like sometimes some videos are really just like talking about the product, but not really how to use it and stuff, and I feel like it's really important to know how to use a product properly in order for it to come out nice. So I'm just gon na try to give you guys as much information as I possibly can. I'M just saying you know where you're getting yourself into before you do it

Vicki Takacs: I have read a tremendous amount of reviews and how-to's on Color Oops and unless I missed it, no one here on YouTube seems to be explaining the most important part of all. You HAVE to wash and rinse your hair continuously for 30 minutes and not quit a minute sooner. I know what a pain but I swear everyone says when they do it correctly it does look lighter but then the next day it looks even lighter. If you do not wash it that long then the next day it goes back darker but I guess not all the way where it started. I tried the vitamin C ground up and mixed with shampoo twice and it's still not light enough and actually looks like it just took the red off, so Color Oops is next.

Beck: This video saved my life! I had almost the same color red as your hair -- permanent, faded red as well, with my roots growing out. It was horrible and I had no idea how I was going to get rid of it but as soon as I finished watching this video I literally drove to the store and bought some Color Oops. I didn't expect to have as great of a result as you did but it came out almost exactly the same, I'm SO happy. I'm going to do again once more just to get a little bit more red out and then I'll be able to either bleach or dye it, since a light ash blonde was in the direction I was headed. Thank you so much for uploading this video!!

Sarah Jung: Oh man I cannot thank you enough for this video! And thank you for taking the time to also record when you were actually putting the product in. You're naturally gorgeous! (=

taylor nevin: gorgeous!! this helped me so much because my hair was a medium brown with red pigment and I watched this, tried it out, and it worked perfectly!

Jennifer Magarinos: This was seriously super helpful! I have red hair (garnia garnet red) and I was stressing about how to change it, this video really helped me figure out what to do. Thank you!

Rachel: This video was so helpful thank you. Seriously. I always used bleach, and after watching this I thought I'd finally try color oops. Thanks for the heads up. It's so so so watery. The smell...omg, I thought you were exaggerating. It's like dried vomit. I checked the box. There's a fragrance added. Surely this isn't what they intended. Dear God, what kind of sick fuck would intentionally have their product smell this bad. I don't think you mentioned this, but someone else's comment talked about the rinse time. It's intense. Rinse, shampoo, then rinse for TWENTY minutes. You'll get bored, you'll examine your life, you'll check the timer, it's been five minutes. You'll sit, maybe try to relax, nope. Fuck it, you'll do some squats. Ugh working out sucks. Was this really a better decision compared to bleach? Your arms are tired. You'd have been done and in bed already. Your hair can take the damage. Orange isn't such a bad color, Halloween is tomorrow, people will think it's festive. Your hair feels like chalk and smells like death, but finally it's time for the next step (s) : shampoo and rinse for five mintues now.... but do it three times. You'll start to notice after the first 5 minute round that the water is getting hella cold, even though you've been standing in warm water this whole time, trying to ration that precious hot water. You'll start round 2 and oh man you might get half way through before that water is ice. You start thinking, I'm glad water is included in rent cuz this shower is a commitment. My ex would be terrified. You bail on round two cuz you didn't sign up for cold showers. So you sit like a lump in your tub waiting for the hot water heater to regenerate. And wonder, How do I kill time? You leave a comment on YouTube hoping some other poor schmuck is out there right now reading this with smelly, chalk hair and knowing that they aren't alone.

Kim_m D: Your hair turned out a beautiful color. I've died my hair so many different variations of red. Getting ready to use it. Hope it turns out good.

Choose life: Great video I dyed my hair red on Tuesday it was awful bought the color oops and it worked great thank you so much!!! Subscribed :)

AC: Make-up is FLAWLESS!!! Do you happen to have a tutorial on this look by any chance?

Destiny Beltran: I tried the vidal sassoon runway red and it was such a big upkeep and i want to go back to blonde. I have been researching all the different color removers and i was skeptical about removing the red because most videos remove black hair dye but I love your video and makes me feel better that you used the vidal sassoon color as well! I am going to try this and I hope i get good results!

Jamie Danielle: I'm trying this in the morning! I bought this product to try to get rid of the unnatural red in my hair. Thank you much for this instructional video! Best one I have found about this product!

Silvia Roses: thank you for this video because of watching you i did this last night and it worked just like yours I'm really happy from the results

Kadybug82: Do I wash my hair with shampoo AND conditioner the day before? How long do you wait to use color oops after washing your hair?

Gghfhg: Your hair looks so good love ❤️

Nataly Alvarez: Would it work if I had dyed it red , then bleached it to a blonde ombre, then back to red ? Because I now have it all sorts of shades of red, including orange due to the blonde returning. Would this strategy make my hair go back to its original color (dark brown)? would I have to re-dye it to my original color after to achieve my desired light brown color?

321Octavia: I used color oops as well on permanent red hair, i'm naturally red like a dark ginergy blond i guess... the first time it worked just fine a few years ago...now i did it again after having the same color of red again and now my hair is orange... like fugly orange :D but the color oopps isnt like the best thing for your hair... would you recommend just doing it again? or is there anything else i could try

Madison Davies: I did exactly what you did. I had my hair dark brown then I did ombre but then I did highlights. After a year I died it red and now it just looks horrible. I was looking for a light brown hair color and this one looks perfect! Thank you, but what color is it exactly?

Maiv Vaj: Wow! I just used color oops on my red dyed hair and I must say it was like magic! I highly recommend this product. 100% guaranteed! I'm so happy and THANK YOU FOR sharing.

Maria Moreno: Thank You so much for uploading this. It helped alot! Subscribed!:)

DeAnaElizabeth: So I am originally a strawberry blonde, I dyed my hair to a dark red, and now it is brownish red. I want my strawberry blonde back.. will color oops do that? Or just lighten it? How close to strawberry blonde will it look? Please reply asap.. I want to do this tonight if possible. Also, what pharmacy could I find it at? Thanks for the video! Glad you showed the process!

Eve Macias: Awesome this was very helpful !!

jacquelinee martinez: Quick question before I dyed my hair deep red I had my roots coming in redish hair and ombre blonde tips . I dyed my hair like 2 days ago to a deep red now heres the question if I use color oops will I 1) damage my hair 2) will my hair be blonde or blindish ?

BreezyGirl: Make up on fleek! Your beautiful

Jenny Lynn: A few years ago I dyed my hair from dark brown to black and used the color remover after. My hair turned the exact color yours did so I don't think it has anything to do with bleach being in red hair dye. Just a heads up for anyone that might read this!!

Crystal Tanger: Very informational, thank you!

Angel Denise: Did you feel any burn on scalp? Any itching on your body or head ? Reason I'm asking I did a red dye and I got a allergic reaction to PPD from the permanent color and I need to remove the color but I'm scared and my doctor said remove it immediately with shampoo or anything you can do !! Better safe to ask then be sorry later !

Chloejacobsnz: Such a great video gorgeous xo

iDalisMediaTV: it looks great!

Lindsay Drawn: I put medium brown temporary die in my hair. I washed it out right after and it turned to dark red. 2 days later purpleish. Now my hair is back to my original color medium brown. Except the top part of my head is a light pink!(my bangs and ect..) I've tried all the home remedies and things at Sally's besides bleach. My hair doesn't want to let go of the color! Would this work?

Baby Tk: thank you!!! for actually showin how to!!! great video!!

Zaidee M Diaz Gracia: Hiii! How many boxes did you used? I have long hair like yours

Ruby Torres: I had my hair red for a few months and i decided to go back to DARK brown, it wasn't too faded yet it was still pretty red & I dyed it yesterday with a dark brown that is 2 shades lighter than black, & my hair is a mess! There is red all over, and the rest looks black! If i buy this, and then RE dye my hair with a dark brown will it even out??

Ann Lynn: Your lipstick is amazing!

paige kaufmann: If you're trying to get rid of color, use vitamin c tablets, anti dandruff shampoo and dish detergent together a few times before using this product. Works incredibly well!

Ciri Hime: I had my hair dyed bright red then to get my current job I had to tone it down so I used dark brown and now my hair is redish brown (red is brighter ontop then ends) I wanna go blonde now as its been months since I dyed the shade of brown will this just tske out the brown or will it the red also? I don't wanna fry my hair with bleach but I wanna go medium blonde

sankhulani: Great video. Thanks!!

Jac: Hello mam I have a question. I haven't died my hair in a long time and I decided to get a light red brown color from sallys. unfortunately it came out a lot redder than I thought. I thought it would be more brown, with just a hint of red. but its Pretty red, and I cant seem to get used to it or like it for that matter. do you think it's better to use the color oops or just dye over it, and will color oops damage your hair? Please reply.

Jasmin Flores: Recently dyed my hair red like 4 days ago and I just got dress coded and I have like 2 weeks to dye my hair back to light brown ANY TIPSS?

Yanbing Poh: what is the dye u use for the red hair? :)

Desiree Sandoval Williams: my hair color is actually that red right now, I'm totally gona do it

Lovely Shrew: I want your exact hair color but right now I'm platinum blonde!

Hannah Adams: can you dye over the blonde that it makes your hair?

Cassie Kat: how long did you leave it on for?

Kylee M: THANK YOU!!!

Fancy Nancy: I have auburn hair and use demi reddish color (similar to natural) just to brighten. What happens if I use a medium blonde demi perm?? Will it turn bright orange?? THANK YOU!

Frankie B: My problem isn't the exact same as this video, but I have ombre hair, red on the top and highlights on the bottom. I really want to get rid of it now, but I'm stuck as to how! Some people say use a brown with red in it for the highlights, but use a brown ash for the red, and both say don't use an ash colour on highlights. I'm stuck as to how I'm suppossed to dye it so it all looks the same colour! Please help! :-)

Elizabeth DiBucci: I used this product tonight and had the same results... Just a warning though...if you have any jewelry on TAKE IT OFF! I ruined the first ring my boyfriend ever gave me because I didn't take it off and it ruined the gold. It turned an ugly brown and blue in spots, I didn't think about it so just a warning if you use this product...everyone else is probably smart enough to know that...

Dd singh: My hair is black and brownish. If i wanted my whole head light brown, do you think its best to go to a salon rather than at home?

MICHELE GMITROWSKI: Great video :)

Sully Wully: That colour is really pretty

Cindy N A: I actually like the color that you have on darker red

Renee L. Marks: With any permanent hair color "the developer contains peroxide" So you are bleaching your hair. I used this, thank God. My natural color is auburn and I wanted it more brown and it look like merot! I had to get it out. I've made color mistakes before and this Oops is the only color remover that did not harm my hair at all. I was amazed.

Bailey O’Connor: what eyeshadows did you use?

Shania Roberts: Your hair is so pretty

jasmine hurtado: How many boxes did you use for it to cover your hair?

Jessica Kellems: Would this work on brown hair?

Sisu Leigh: do you know how to get the smell out of your hair?

QueTe Importeichions: I used oops on my black dyed hair and it turned my hair dark brown but in the sun it looks red. My natural hair color is a natural black. I don't know if a blonde hair dye will work on the red/dark brown hair I have now.

Mullika Abdullatif: YOUR HAIR COLOUR IS SO BEAUTIFUL!! and lol you move your hands so much!

Lucia: I have naturally dark brown hair and i dyed it light brown and i wanna go back to dark brown do i use color oops? or a dark brown box dye? And also is color oops suppsed to remove the dye from your hair or supposed to make it lighter??

Delilah Gomes: it damages the hair?

Jillxz: I cant believe she put that dye on her hair without something to protect that white shirt.

harley quinn: my hair is the same as this faded burgundy don't like color oops is so good but make sure you use a protein filler or deep protein treatment before you re color so the color doesn't crap to much because your hair will be really porous afterwards. I have used this 5 times in my life and it ain't that bad

Cassie Kat: wow looks good.

Zelina Ramos: Does this damage your hair ? and if so is it really bad?

themarshrox21: Thank you !!!' Awesome

Saima Lesley: Hi. Where did you get the color oops? And is this available in uk?

Destiny: can you dye your hair after you use the color oops?

Sheree Purkiss: Only use colour oops if u have strong hair I did it a couple of years ago and my hair is fine and alot if it , completely fucked it up and it's took a long process to get it back to to a more healthy feel so be warned.

theflowerhead: You look nice~

Anna Murphy: what dye did she use to get the orange ish color at the beginning

Tiffany Blue17: Good to know thanks

Lani Kawaii: I like that color on you!

KAMY J.: what color did you use?

potato famine: I have naturally red hair, not dyed. Its light red with some mousy brown or grey tones. I cannot find a video on youtube, or any information when I google on what the best way to get my hair light brown is. Assumedly, it would be to bleach it, tone it to remove the brass and then dye it. Can anybody suggest a better method? I enjoy having healthy hair and any time I've bleached it previously it has damaged it immensely. Thanks in advance :)

Kaitlyn H: I like your hair red!

Julianne Vasquez: I have a question, ok so if I used a semi-permanent hair dye it will go back to normal? I used manic panic in a red color I forgot which one but I don't want to bleach my hair. I was just wondering if my hair will go back to normal.

Theresa Garcia: my hair is the same shade of red a very fadded red and i can not get rid of it . is this the only product you used or did you buy a blonde hair dye as well?

M A: so if i dyed my natural hair color bright red then covered it with black does that mean if i use the product OOPs it will be red once again?

Jamie Monroe: you are gorgeous girl

Bee Amazed: I hope yours doesnt darken after a few days like mine did :)

Ruth Armento: What if you didn't bleach your hair but used red Garnier colorant dye

Selena Cabrera: my hair smells so bad its been two days it smells like color oops and ive soaked it and took plenty of showers

Jessica Martinez: is there another product tht does the same ?

Kr Za: Heyy so I had bright red hair (Loreal Hicolor in Magenta & then topped it with Manic Panic Vampire Red), and then this hairstylists I went to messed up my hair. I asked her to do something like this and make me lighter, and instead she put a color on that was almost black, to cover the red. So now I'm trying to get rid of this dark brown color. It has red undertones. If I use this, do you think it will take the dark brown away and make me red again? Or will it make me blondish? Manic Panic is just a stain and everyone has so much trouble removing that so I didn't know if that mattered at all.

Soraya Aranda: I had silver hair and I recently did it red but want to get silver back . Will this help ?

Cieana Gabriella: Was your hair blonde before you dyed it red?

eve e: Where can you get color oops?

Big lala: is the dye permanent?

Christal Barajas: Will it work if i have dark Brown hair

Anu: My hair is black, so i bleached it to get purple. Now its kind of dark red hair. I really want to have light brown any suggestions?

ARANATALIA GUERRERO: y look pretty with out make up

Amanda: So I initially did splat Crimson bleached then dyed... Color didn't last long before getting blah. I ended up using a clairol box dye another YouTube blogger used what would be might be my outcome using color oops???

Patel A: color oops turned my hair orange. I had to use an ash brown dye to make it look normal.

ShrnsHere: I tried color opps and it didn't work. I followed the instructions.
