So thankful to James for removing my blue hair dye whilst really caring for my hair. I spent 7 hours at the salon getting my hair back back to a neutral colour and I'm so pleased with the results. I documented the whole process and have tried to pop as much information within this video as possible. I hope you enjoy it!

Hi everyone and welcome back to my channel. I hope you all super well so excited today, because I am going black blonde, I'm about to head to my local salon to see my hairdresser James and he is gon na. Take me back blonde. He is gon na be touching up my roots and bleaching them he's gon na be getting rid of this blue. So if you've been watching my weekly vlog, then you would have seen that I've been using a color remover. So I have used the color remover twice. So my hair previously was a streak of blue at the front, then a streak of purple and then it was all blue at the back, so it was kind of like three sections to my hair and I've managed to kind of get it all. Just looking this kind of minty bluey, green and yeah, I'm gon na be in there for quite a while today, probably six or seven hours or something because he likes to kind of lighten my hair very, very slowly and he uses olaplex as well. But yeah. I'M gon na head to the salon. Now I'm gon na be filming the whole process yep. So I'm going to film the whole process, I'm going to try and put little snippets on the screen or I might do a voiceover, I'm not really sure, but to kind of like tell you what is going on and the treatments and everything so I'm going to Try and write everything down to remember and be yeah. I really hope you enjoy this video. I thought it'd be super interesting to show you guys how to get rid of blue hair dye. Obviously, at a salon I have obviously started the process at home, but yeah. I mean I'm gon na go to the salon for them to properly do it and care for my hair at the same time, because I don't want to get any breakage or anything like that and then afterwards, I'm going to show you the finished. Look things crossed; it is what I hope for, and also I'm gon na talk to you about a couple of products that I'm going to be using to care for my hair at home after having it bleached, because I know that would interest you guys as well. So keep watching guys. Oh my god, I am so pleased with my hair. James did such an amazing job. I'M pretty much white, there's still a few little bits of blue trying to creep in. It'S mainly just these front bits weirdly just like here and here, but like the rest of it, it looks amazing, like I love it, I'm so happy, I'm so grateful to James for doing this. To my hair and spending the time I mean it took how long I think I went in there for nine and I came out just after four o'clock, so quite a while, but it was well worth it. I mean my hair went through a lot today. I was in and out of that Basin, putting so many treatments on my hair and so many toners and dyes and bleach, and yet it went through a lot. I have picked a little kind of text bits over the treatments and the processes, so you guys can see everything that my hair went through. I tried to make notes and write down everything and the names of products and the brands and all the treatments and everything that James did. So you guys can fully see what I have to go through to get my hair back blonde because it doesn't happen overnight. It takes a while my hair goes through a lot at one point. My hair was feeling a little bit gritty. It'S never felt like that before now it is soft, but it does feel just a little bit, not I wouldn't say dry, but it just feels different to what it normally feels like, so I'm actually booked in for another olaplex treatment next week and I'm gon na Try and not wash my hair for a couple of days and then actually want to chat to you guys quickly. I thought the products that I'm going to be using to care for my hair moving forwards so olaplex. Now there are seven stages of olaplex part, one and two you do in a salon which, obviously you saw me, go through those processes. In my hair dye today and and then yep step, three is the at-home treatment. So I've got all of these early Plex products from cult, Beauty, up up, link below and so yeah. This repairs and strengthens all hair types. So it says, use one per week or for really damaged hair two to three times per week and you apply on towel-dried hair and I actually sometimes sleep with this in overnight. I just put my hair back into a ponytail or a bun, or something and just coat it in this stuff, and I knew or you leave on for a minimum of 10 minutes and he just rinse your hair, shampoo and condition as usual, so yeah. I do use this overnight if my hair has just been bleached, so I will be using that very very soon. When I first wash my hair - and I probably using this twice a week - I'm gon na try and do it and leave it overnight. So that's the first product next is shampoo and conditioner. So number four shampoo. So this is an olaplex shampoo and it repair strengthens and hydrates all hair types, and it is basically formulated with appe patented olaplex bond building chemistry. It restores repairs, hydrates and adds incredible shine and manageability. Every time we shampoo using the olaplex system, three four five, which is obviously what I've got so yeah shampoo. They also do a conditioner if you seize both before and honestly. My hair felt amazing afterwards, and it was just repairing my hair and caring for it even after bleaching it because you need to continue that process and build your hair back up. So it's strong again, then they recently launched two new products: number six, which is a leave-in repair, reparative styling cream, so it reduces frizz nourishes and it protects it's just as applied very small amount to damp or dry hair, concentrating products on your mid to length on Your mid length two ends coming through and style as desired. Apparently it speeds up blow-dry time, while smoothing reduces fruits and Flyway to up to 72 hours. I get so many flowers and check for nourishes and moisturizes and oh apply at night for amazing next day here, but whip on the back there. So James actually use all these products on my hair today, which OBC you would have seen if you're watching the versus the video CS, I've got that and I've also got the bonding oil boost, shine, strengthens and repairs and apply small amount to tamp or dry hair. Yeah and oh yes, so when James actually applied this, he actually mixed number six and seven together and put it on my hair when it was damp. So that is probably what I'm gon na do moving forwards, it's at every torture, hair I'll put those in afterwards and then it's ready to buy dry and see ya, so they own the products i'll pop links below. If you want to check out OPEX, you can't go over Plex in hair salons. You can go to James to can get your hair done. If you want I'll pop a link below to its instagram is amazing: um yeah. What do we think of my hair? So so pleased I mean it's not fully like a white blond, but it is as close as we were going to get because blue hair dye is so freakin hard to get out. James did so well and I'm so grateful and it looks fabulous and I'm so excited to go and show off my new hair. Now, please, let me know what you think of this video guys give it a thumbs up if you enjoyed it, don't forget to subscribe to my channel, if you not already, and yet all Explo before anything important in this video that you want to know about and Yeah, that's it for me: peace out,

Jessica Holden-Cook: Cream Lighter is Bleach. It’s just a different formula.

Joanne Cavallaro: Sophie in 3 weeks: so I know I just spent 7 hours at the salon removing the blue, but I'm gonna dye my hair bluuue!

Sweet Bubblez: I love the way he takes time with you hair and makes sure it stays healthy reminds me of my personal stylist he’s really did a phenomenal job

Agnieszka Galazka: A) your hair is still blue. Not just bits, it's blonde with blue tinge to it allover B) he used bleach so you may want to change title of the video as I did it misleading

makeupbysheduly: You are so pretty Sophie ✨ Keep creating, be happy and stay blessed!! ❤

Lindsey Quinn: I had some green remnants on the ends of my hair from a dark blue dye and my hairdresser tried just bleach, than a color remover, than a warm semi-perm pink to try to neutralize and it didn't budge at all. We ended up throwing a purple on top as a last ditch effort. I will never go blue again lol. My hair is super stubborn though. It doesn't like to lighten much either. Your hairdresser did a bang up job Sophie!

Zoe Stevenson: After years of scalp bleaching eventually I became over sensitised and I guess allergic and one day my face blew up whilst having it done. Watching it be done brings me ptsd and I can feeeel the itching!!

Amanda Burdett: This was soooo helpful thank you!!!!

alexis garcia: looks great! i want blue but i know it’s hard to get rid of, does your hair not get stringy?

Cara Halsey-Cook: Its alot less blue....but you still see blue.... I'd really be interested of the cost of all that..... bloody expensive I'd imagine.....lol Would a silvery-grey work better... might have hidden/covered the remaining blue....maybe...or not. Who knows...lol

Gles: Cream lightener is just bleach as a liquid rather than powder.

Liz S.: Great video- but since I live in NY, some of the products you advertise on here and on Instagram cost a fortune in shipping since they are based in Great Britain... Any chance u can include links to products or services here in US/NYC?

Ruth Ford: Loving your makeup

Escarlata Fernández: What's your lipstick? I absolutely love the colour. And love the hair results!

simply klemicks: Tell me why I had to watch this video 2 times because I was being jealous of her eyeliner the 1st time around ❤

Tanza Nite: After all of that, you still have blue?? The cut looks amazing on you. But he should have been able to remove the blue.

Maylis Cmslst64: Très joli rendu !

Lisbetz García: Si que es decoloración, simplemente se sustituye el amoniaco, se podría aver matizado con naranja, solo hay que saber hacerlo

Southernbelle87 Massey: That joico remover is the best it removed the red from my hair

Rose Labrie: Well damn. You used bleach. That was literally the one thing you weren't supposed to do.

Kelly Tomkinson: what was the colour remover you were using at home?

SA J: Damn bleached it so many times it’s thin paper crips now

karen tonks: the pink conditioner made your hair look whiter ..lots of that process did not need to happen

Kay Lou: Looks lovely Hun and ur hair looks so shiny R u gonna stay blonde 4 a while ?

Katie Brackett: Literally used bleach to get the blue out. Worked well, but the title of this video is misleading. Could have described what he did in a paragraph instead of an 18min video.

Fee theawkward: Blues and greens are so hard to get out of hair. So are reds.

Hanaa Sadallah: What's the toner he used on the roots? It's gorgeous!

lisa gooch: Love it so suits u

Lyzixo: Joico color remover is your best friend ! To remove green /blue hair

Mehan Holl: It's still blue?

Bob Marley: This whole video title was a lie. It’s still blue just faded and he did use bleach

Dee Luther: Lovely Video as usual Beautifully you are MaKeup so cute Happy Sunday U have a bless week ahead

Peťa Horvathova: Wow!

Marilyn Doyle: I miss these brows

Emma-rose Vincent: I love it but I’m really confused I thought this was a while ago xx

Brigitte Garcia: How much would this cost ?

nunya bizz: U thing a little orange would have neutralized the blue remnant?

Kezia Bailey: How much did the day cost? X

Karinwithaneye: So he still used bleach

Sara Strange: You can never completely remove blues and greens ...

Sarah Josefa: 7+ hrs for all of that's!

Vicki Stead: Ngl it looked the same as the start :’(

Desirexxdarkxvon: <33

Karinwithaneye: It's still green

Твоя Подружка: кончики все-равно голубые

Ale Nunez: Why didn’t he properly drape you ??

Silvia: Wow

Bunnie Mae: Good old YouTube clickbait lmfao.

Keelie Duet: Volume developer is bleach

lolimellie: well at least you like it

Sabrina Villarreal: I had jean blue hair which is a heavy blue dye with grey tones. Did a lightening bath..lightener with 20 v peroxide plus shampoo and Lil water..took all the blue out in 30 min was left just a tiny pastel blue tint in the front but was all gone. I'd try that. Cost $20

VE22IE: I'm confused why you would get it back to white after it being blue for so long to then put more blue on it and then ask this poor man to get it out again . Stop putting blue in your hair if your just gonna ask him to get it out after a few weeks . If I were a hair dresser I'd refuse to do your hair because you keep doing the same damn thing over and over

Cantalope Pizza: Someone please tell her stylist that Olaplex isn’t meant to be used in spray form..
