Bryce A Brand New Style & Color From Paula Young Sf 9/613 Maple Sugar + Out Of The "Hair Closet

Hi everyone welcome back to best best hair. I am so happy that you could join me tonight. I am in new surroundings, we'll see how this goes, i'm upstairs in my daughter's bathroom. So i'm beyond excited to show you guys a brand spanking new style bryce and the color is sf9 613 maple sugar, so bryce is inside out. So we're gon na look at her cat first, so she has the mono part. So that is a lace part. So it's gon na look like scalp now. Obviously, if you have hair, it's not maybe wouldn't look like scalp, so you could put that scar tape here or a lot of people will put like a pressed powder if they want it to look like a part. So then, just a little bit of lace right at that mono part. So that is your parting space. Otherwise it's all open, wefted um. Yes, we got a little bendy metal stay extended, nape, of course our velcro closures and she is just a cute curly. Oh look at her. Oh i like this color, so i'm wearing leia. If you guys remember, i reviewed leia, i'm gon na just put the link to her video over here. Isn'T she gorgeous? We have some a wedding to go to this summer, so i am saving leia for that, because she's just so beautiful all right anyways. This one just looks like a cute little mid-length bob, that's probably going to be quite short on me, but curly. So we can compare the color. What did i say it was maple sugar, it's pretty so here's your crisscross and your highlights. Let'S see if you can see on camera, my skin see that that's my finger. That'S that parting space so kind of nice all right. So i'm gon na go get her tags off because of course, i'm keeping her all right i'll be right back and then i'll have her on all right. So here we have bryce and she is cute. So here you can see i'll pull it down a little bit, so you can see that mono lace just right there. So it's a left part. So if you wanted to change the part - and you didn't want the left part, then you wouldn't have the mono. Let'S just put up her stock photo here, and then we will compare i'll, also try to include her measurements on the screen, all right so just to let you know that i got bryce on sale, um with a percentage discount for around 67 and some change. I want to go ahead and spin around so we can see her from all sides. Oh my gosh, those curls are cute. Look at that. So let's talk about this maple sugar color, it looks to me like we've got some pale blond highlights and maybe they're light ash brown, i'm not still 100 comfortable with the color codes, but gosh. I don't know if you can see it in the lighting, but the color is gorgeous um, i'm looking in the mirror over here. To tell you guys, you know, i think this is an ash tone. I would compare this to a buttered toast. Absolutely it is really really a pretty color, really a cute style. I would compare this to my other video, where i was talking about curly bobs and i believe that was tessa, josie, modern beachy and deirdre. I'M just going to include that link here. If you guys want to check out that video to compare and i'll be sure that i have her measurements listed so that you can compare with those, but my goodness isn't she cute so for the cap there is permatease to give us some lift and volume, but The permatease is not in that part, so if we got rid of the crisscross - and we just did our part in that - i don't know if you can see this so that is that lace mono resuming? Can you guys see that? So if that clean part, scalp is important to you, then the mono part is definitely something that you would want to consider. The only thing is it's pretty narrow, it's a pretty narrow band, so you are kind of stuck with that you're married to that part. Yes, i'm trying to bend in the ear tabs a little bit right, so i'm gon na go ahead and i'm gon na mess her up all right. I'Ll give her a good spritz with water scrunch up the curls. Now i'm just gon na start digging into that. Permatease i get in there with my fingernails, i flip the part over. I keep kind of scratching at it to lift the hair fibers up and over the permatease. Now i am just combing my sides. The bio sides there and i'm going to spray with a little bit of the light brown root spray. That is just so that my bio hair can blend with the wig. I opted not to root the wig at this time. There'S a lot of dimension in this color. I am using that wide tooth comb more like a pick, i'm not combing through the pearls. Now, i'm just using a little bit of that paula young luster spray that has that sea salt component just to bounce up those curls. So just spritz and scrunch now i'll add a little bit of poly young hairspray just so that it holds and look at how cute this style is very bouncy, very fun all right. So she is super cute. I did not do any root spray. I did not do any dry shampoo. I used a couple of the paula young products, the luster just to kind of scrunch up the curls and a little hair spray, so um the one thing on her style. It kind of tends to want to do this, and then this part curls forward - and maybe i just have it too too far over - i think i'm beyond that lace. The way i did this um, so i did move it a little bit because i added some of my bio hair up there, so you could probably move some of that back over, but i sprayed it now um. So, oh, my goodness, you guys isn't she cute. So that length i really like, oh my gosh, it's fun, it is really really cute, reminds me very much of a josie which has been discontinued, so it's kind of nice to know that you can find one. That'S very similar, she's also very similar to a deer dress. She is not heat friendly. This is not a rooted color, but i did not root spray it. I just think the dimension of the color just does it for itself, but super super super super cute. I have just been loving the curly styles lately i have been wearing mariah, so um. Some of you have probably seen me over on the polygon fan page talking about coming out of the hair closet. So i have got a super funny. Wig story coming out of the hair closet. I have my grandson colton and his friend at the community center and they were swimming. We got done swimming, they were at the snack bar and then they wanted to do rock climbing because they have this huge rock climbing wall. And so i'm filling out the waivers, and there was an older gal behind the counter. Maybe i shouldn't say older, but older than me and colton was like grandma grandma and she's like you, can't be grandma you're too young to be a grandma you're, his mom. I thought you were his mom and so then i said to colton. Remember he's seven and i said: hey colton. She thinks i'm your mom and he's like no she's, my grandma and he goes and then she says well. She looks too young to be your grandma and he goes. You just think that, because she wears wigs and mind you, this is public. There'S other people behind the counter. There'S other people waiting to check in and then she's like, oh you're, wearing a wig. Are you really? I should wear a wig, oh my god and colton's like yeah, my mom's a lot younger than her too i'm just like okay, honey and then he goes and my mom's a lot skinnier too. Okay, we've had enough truth serum for today. No more true serum from the kid. Oh, my god, i just lost so hard, i'm like well! Here we go so, but you know what i was fine with it. I was not embarrassed. I just laughed about it and the lady was super nice and she just kept complimenting me and it was so funny. Maybe she felt awkward for starting it, but um. So it's okay. I feel fine about it and so now at work. More and more people are finding out because they say something about my hair and then i tell them and i'm so excited to just be completely free to wear whatever i want. I see so many beautiful wig sisters, they wear red hair one day and they wear brunette the next and blonde. The next and paint the next, and so i just want to have the freedom to be able to do that. If i want to, i mean i do have a public job, so i do need to wear professional hair colors. I don't know if i could wear pink to my office, but that's just my office. A lot of people have the freedom to be able to do that so anyways. That was just my funny story because after all, this is my hair journey. So i just wanted to share that with you. So if you are a new wig, wearer and you're afraid and you're afraid, if people will notice, nobody has been mean, nobody has been snarky, nobody has been nosy, it's all been a compliment on my hair and shock when they find out it's a wig. So i just want you to know it's okay and i know how you feel, because i've been wearing wigs since september of 2020., so i mean i, this has been my journey for you know over a year now, where i'm finally, okay, that people know all right. So i think that we could do a couple cute styles with her, so let's go ahead and let's style her up i'll start with my animal print headband to match my shirt and my nails. How cute and i'm gon na do a little scrunchie that i picked up at the dollar tree just to do a little ponytail in the back leave some of the bottom out, pull out some tendrils on the side just play with it until you feel comfortable. But that's super cute now, let's put it up with that big claw clip just twist: it kind of catch, a weft as you put that clip in tug down on the bottom of the wig, pull out some tendrils super easy super cute. Let'S add a little flower for pizzazz: oh that's fun! Now i'll, just take half the hair on top and i'll grab, one of those big barrettes that snaps and that is cute. Now, obviously, i'm doing things quickly here i would fix it a little bit neater for my work day here, i'm twisting on one side adding a few hairs to the twist. As i go, let's pull a few out to disguise that wig line at the front put that little barrette in and catch a weft when you do that same with the other side. Oh my gosh, i love this with the barrettes that looks darling and my glasses. Go in so perfectly easy. How fun is that all right? I was saying that i thought it was rather ash, but actually i do think, there's warm tones in there, so i don't think it's maybe as warm as honey, but i don't think it's as ash as butter toast. But if you're looking for another color, that's similar. This is just beautiful. I really love it. I hope they keep this color and i hope that they make it or offer it in more styles, because wow, it's really pretty the highlights, are just gorgeous super cute super flirty super fun. Oh my gosh, i'm just so excited because i have new hair. I really think is that these highlights run all the way through, and it definitely is an ash tone like buttered toast, and it is just beautiful - i'm truly hoping that they offer this in more styles, because it's really a pretty color.
