Hello, beautiful people, my name is bridget and welcome back to my channel hope, you're having an awesome day and today's video is gon na be fun. It'S gon na be a wig review and i'm not wearing black, which may be suspicious to some of you, because i feel weird i'm wearing black myself. I have a synthetic way here. It is a lace, front wig and today we're going to review it and see what i think of the quality they are sponsoring today's video, but these are my own personal opinions. I'M allowed to give whatever feedback i want on it, and hopefully it's good. I did get it specifically for a little costumey look, so we're posting pictures with this wig on instagram and let's go ahead and get started alright, guys before we try on the wig. If you want to save five dollars off your entire purchase on our website, you can use my code. I will leave a link down top of the description box for you, as well as their website. You can check out now. Wigs are something youtubers get offered a lot at least once a week like at least once a week, i get like requests to review a wig and most the time. Ninety percent of time i say no - or i don't reply, because i feel like a lot of the wig websites - have a lot of the same products on it. I have some really cool, unique options like these right here that i really enjoyed so yeah. I picked out one today that i hadn't seen any other websites and i thought it'd be perfect for this costume. So this is our hair. I haven't unboxed it yet or unbagged it yet. I just want to do it with you, so we can show you like the hairline and everything before we cut the lace in case. You want to look it up on their website. This is the style lysn029 and it is a orangey color. Now i have orange hair, so you may be wondering why i ordered a orangey reddish wig now i have naturally thin hair, so i need some help. My hair is dirty but like i'm gon na put wig on who cares anyways, but i need help and i can never get this full like this fullness with my real hair. So i always like a wig to give myself something i can't naturally achieve which is awesome, so i'm gon na go ahead and put my wig cap on and then we'll get started with trying the wig on okay, we are in thumb mode here with no hair. I mean i still think my makeup looks pretty good today, i'm not gon na lie. I did it pretty like soft for this look, so this is the hair. When you get it undone, it still has the lace attached, like i said we haven't, touched yet, and has this really pretty curl to it. So it's like this nice wave, the top of it, has a little bit of wave too, but it's a little more subtle, which is a lot more natural and i'm very excited about it. Look how pretty and consistent it's so long. I would never ever be able to grow my hair. This long, i've actually heard recently, there's like a length your hair will go to and that's it for everybody. So we have the three at the count with three clips on the inside. We need two adjustable straps. I'M gon na set them to about half away. It'S usually where i set the inside straps to and then i will show you what the hairline looks like, which actually looks pretty good from what i see so far. So here is the inside construction of the cap. You can see, we have lace on the front, we have our clips which go on both sides and the bottom. Oh there's also one on the top, there's, never usually one on top. So we have four clips in here which will help you kind of like stick. It in your actual hair and keep it in place. You have to worry about someone pulling it off and also the adjustable straps to make it. So it's more snug to your head as well - and this is the hairline we have here, which actually looks really nice. Like that looks really nice, it's really sparse in some areas in the front which makes it look more like actual hairline, and then here is the other side, and well i mean i guess it's both same on both sides, but here is the hairline. It looks really nice now you get a ton of lace up here. I both enjoy the satisfaction of cutting lace and also i'm terrified that i'm gon na mess it up and cut too much off. So i'm gon na take little manicure scissors, which i usually use to cut lace and go ahead and start. I do like the nude color of the lace, which is really nice, because it's kind of a medium tone. Some laces are really light and some are kind of on the darker side, this one's a nice, medium color and i'm just going to trim the lace off and then we'll start like trying it on styling and stuff all right. So our lace is cut. Just look at this beautiful way, so pretty like this is a fantasy like princess hair, it's beautiful. It also be a great mermaid too. So this is our hairline. Now that we cut the lace, it looks really nice like it looks really good. I might cut off a little bit too much lace on one side, but let's go ahead and put this on because i think it looks beautiful again. I adjusted the straps we'll see if we adjust them again yeah. I might adjust it too, tight. Okay, that's better! It'S so long i can feel like. Oh my gosh, it's so long. I'M not used to feeling hair like on my back and stuff. Oh it's so much hair. I don't know where i want to part it because, like with these kind of lace fronts, you can kind of part it wherever you want, because you're going to adjust it and style it yourself like that, might be too much on the side. I mean it's really pretty, though. Oh, it's so much hair, i'm not used to having any hair at all okay, so i'm gon na pull a bit forward. Oh, i kind of feel like that. Uh brave girl. You know like the disney princess like this. I don't know if she's, actually a princess or not, she is like an arrow. This is how long it is, which is pretty long. I'M gon na go ahead and brush it down a little bit because it's a little poofy in the front which is to be expected, it wasn't a bag. You know, should i part it more on this or on this side. So i'm gon na try to push this one curl, that's kind of like over here. Just off my face. It looks cuter in my face, but it's gon na mess with my lash, so i'm gon na take this like wave and kind of tuck it back. I don't need all this hair in the front. I guess it's a it's a lot like if you're going for, like a costume look, this is gon na be great. You can also thin it out. You can take some shears and just kind of thin out. Some of the inner layers of it - if you don't want so much hair, but it's better to have more hair than not enough. You know, so this is our hair right now. What i'm going to do is i'm going to adjust the hairline right here just so it looks a little more natural, it's a little full right now, which honestly i could leave like this and be perfectly fine, because i am doing a costumey look, but i'm just Going to add, like i'm, going to plug a few pieces of hair right out of this little section right here, where it kind of parts itself, i'm going to take a few pieces out of there and then we're going to add some concealer to make it look More like there's a scalp there. I guess so. I only plucked a few pieces out of here just to kind of open that up a little bit. I think the lace is not like the perfect match for my skin tone. I'M kind of pale just a little bit, but i think for most people the lace color is actually going to work out pretty well. I'M going to do now is take some concealer. I picked the pretty fresh um from colourpop because it's really easy to blend out on like a little flat brush. This is a performance brush. I don't really even know where this came from. To be honest and take a little bit of that, i'm going to tuck it right here where i put out a little bit of hair. A little bit is going to get in your hair, but you can just use your finger and kind of blot it out. All right now that we have a little bit of a hairline going, you can actually see a little bit of my actual roots coming through, which is unfortunate, but i don't want to push it forward anymore. So i think it looks pretty good right here with my forehead, my large forehead, but, as you can see, we have a little bit more of an opening here. It looks more like a hairline you're sitting back. You can kind of tell where my part would be. Naturally, so i want to do now, like the hair, actually feels really nice. I really like how thick it is without being like super heavy, and it's not really hot inside this wig, it's hotter inside the shape where i'm wearing, so i'm going to take some dry shampoo. Now this is the igk first class dry shampoo. You can use any cheap dry shampoo. Honestly, you don't use a fancy one. I don't have any cheap dry shampoo right now and you can also use like baby powders and stuff just lightly coat the hair. If you want to get a little bit of shine like less shine to it, especially if you're wearing like a really fun color, the shine's gon na be probably a little more obvious. I'M just gon na lightly coat it just a little bit. I don't really care about the back of it. I'M just gon na like do the front where it's gon na be photographed. Now that you have the dry shampoo, then just rub it in, like you, would your regular hair. I have a lot of experience with dry shampoo, it's kind of a lifesaver honestly with most dry shampoos, though, once you feel it not cold anymore, it's good and it's also helping it spread it throughout the hair. So, as you can tell, this looks a little more ashy than like the shiny back here. This is so much fun. This is so cute. Oh, it's so long! It'S way longer than i expected i've never seen the pictures of it and stuff. I knew what i was getting into with this hair, but it is just so full and long all right. How good do we look? Okay, so i have like two options. I just want to accessorize it while we're like trying out the wig and stuff. I have like a little soft one with the clip and i have a big one with a clip. So let's try, i don't know which side is supposed to go on technically. She doesn't have a no. That is not happening all right so that didn't work. Let'S try the little soft one i can actually kind of. If you didn't have like a good clip, you could probably stick it in the mesh of the hair. Honestly, oh that's kind of cute. I feel like a prehistoric island girl for some reason. Okay, so let's talk about the hair while we have it on because it's not just about the whole look it's about the quality of the hair. I really like the hair. I feel like if you have a slightly darker skin tone to myself. This would be a perfect like mesh color in the lace for you i feel like it was an easy time, plucking some of the hairs out to open it up. I feel, like you get a ton of hair in here, you can kind of style it. Whichever way you want to, and it's really full. So if you want to part it a different way you can, which is nice. I, like the curl, i feel like the curl, even though i brushed it out, the curls still stayed really cute, like look at it in the back, where i didn't curl it it's so springy and pretty, and then what i did it just kind of went loose And kind of beachy and you get a ton of hair like a ton of hair. So whatever look you wanted to do with this, you could thin it out. If you wanted to, you could keep it nice and full, and i feel like with halloween coming up is the perfect time to like get a wig for that moment or for your instagram, if you're not going out for halloween, because we don't know what's going on Yet but overall i think the hair looks really nice. I feel like it feels really nice, it's nice and bouncy, it's nice and cute and i feel adorable in this anyways. Thank you guys so much for watching today's video. I hope you enjoyed it. Please.
