How I Apply My Wig 13X6 Hd Wig | What You Need For A Flawless Application | West Kiss Hair

Hey everyone. My name is jocelyn partee and welcome back to my channel. Today we are going to be doing a wig install for west kiss hair, and i got this wig probably like two three days ago and i thought let me install it on camera. Show you guys like how i get my wigs to look like flat and sleek and yeah that's what we're going to do right now. So this is the wig right here. It is hd lace, 26 inches. I have a small cap size and it's 200 percent when it comes to the hair density and so also inside of this bag. They gave me a bonnet a scarf and a wig cap. I don't plan on using the wig cap unless i decide that i'm going to like glue the wig down, which is not happening today so but i thought these were really cute, so yeah i'm excited, let's get into it. So i think this is like a body wave really really pretty wavy hair, and then this is the hairline right out of the box. Let me put that back in so we can see it yeah. So this is the hairline right out of the box. So i put the wig on and then i pulled those baby hairs off. I just ripped them out because i don't like them, i'm not doing nothing with them. I don't care about them. Look i have one clip over here. I have another clip right here. I have the clip in the back as well. This wig is already relatively flat. It is curly, but we will straighten it because i'm not gon na leave it in this, like naturally curly state, even though when it gets wet. I know that's gon na actually be like actually a plus it's gon na, be something that like benefits this wig. So now this is going to be relatively quick guys because i don't need to talk during this part, so the things you're going to need are nairobi. Setting foam, you just need it, you need this foaming lotion, it's blue! I get mine on amazon. You can get yours most places unless you live in another country, then i can't help you, but i get mine on amazon and at the hair store. Okay, so you need that not at the beginning, but toward the end you'll need it. Then you can either choose to have this, but if you don't have this, it really won't matter. So, like you don't need this, but it helps if you use this in conjunction with this, your wig will not move, but if you don't use these together, then you're actually not going to be like you know, sol, because this is the one that you mainly need. This is what i use every single day of my life. I go through at least like one of these every two to three months and it's like five dollars, maybe seven at the most. So this is what you actually need: okay, any really thin kind of like band. This is like ribbon that comes on a box. If you buy something from a store, keep this, because i use my ribbon from netapporte. This is where this is from from laurel piana anytime. You buy something from a store, and you get like a nice ribbon like this. It'S so perfect for laying your wigs down. So let me show you how i do it. The main area that i do put a little bit more of this stuff is over by my ears, and i do that mainly because, whenever i sweat, this is the only part of my wig that lifts. So if i put a little bit extra gel over in this section, i won't have an issue um now. This part, i do add, a bit it's nice to do this when you don't have makeup on, but i wanted to do my makeup first, so i wouldn't have to worry about it later. Don'T get you sleeping, though, don't catch you sleeping honestly, the most stressful part of installing your wig is cutting the lace. That'S the most stressful part, up close and personal. This is what the hairline looks like it looks. I'M not gon na lie, it looks a mess, so what i'm gon na do is take my setting foam, and this is what honestly. This is, what helps me every single time and because you know i just wanted to wear this wig today. I wanted to put it on: i'm not cutting a crazy amount of the lace off. I just made it match my hairline and then, as the weeks go by i'll, like fix it a little bit more as i see fit, i'm just gon na take and comb all of the hair off of my face. I could part the hair at this point, but i'm not even gon na do that and then this is literally what i do like every day. I'M gon na tie this as tight as i can around my head and it is super super tight. Okay. So now it's so tight that i'm like freaking out, but it's so tight to where now i just have to wait, um and then i'm going to go and straighten my hair. While this is on all right. This is the hair, like it's gon na. Take me, like 20, more minutes to get this hair bone straight, but like look, how thick this hair is like that's kind of like insane like it's so thick and that's why it's taken me so long to get this hair like super bone straight. But it's neither here nor there we're about to take this off and get our lives together. Okay, okay, all right guys. So this is what we have. I will tell you the only way like after you lay your wig down after you use that hair glue. If you find that any area of your hair or of the wig is lifting, you need to go back and apply more hair spray blow dry, it more hair gel blow dry it that's what you'll have to do if you notice that you have some areas that Are still lifting apply more hairspray blow dry? That area like comb, it out apply some foundation to it. Perfect you're done the only reason i don't have to do that right now is because i did my makeup ahead. Okay, so i kind of feel like i like this wig without the middle part right now, but i still want to have the option. So i'm going to put a middle part in this wig right now and it does shed a little bit and the nape of the neck. It probably is going to tangle a bit because it is so long, but that's normal, and it doesn't really bother me so yeah. Thank you so much to us kiss for sending me this hair.
