Hey girlfriends, it's me Bianca Renee and you're, watching Bianca Renee today and today, I'm finally going to tell you about the new color that I added to my hair. You look how beautiful this color is. It'S like a really pretty light golden brown highlight and it just really makes your curls pop. Now I actually got my hair dyed last year back in October 2016, and I had Claire all professionals dye, my hair, because I got this amazing opportunity to collab with both Clairol and Essence magazine. That'S right! You can find me inside the February issue of Essence magazine on the cover. That'S ava, duvernay, Oprah and storm Reid and Oprah is definitely one of my idols. So the fact that I'm just two pages away from her is amazing. This was such an awesome opportunity and then you'll see my full page with Claire all professionals color talking about how much I love my curls and my new highlights. So if you guys this magazine stores make sure you pick one up, take a photo and tag me. So I could see who got one now. The hair dye that was used on my hair is actually a box dye. This is part of the Claire all professionals line, and this is their textures and tones brand. Not only is the textures in cosine 100 percent ammonia free. It also contains jojoba oil, which is an amazing oil for hair and 5 botanical extracts that are going to help protect and nourish our hair. Who would have thought that your hair could actually be more moisturized? After coloring it, I know that many of you guys want to experiment with color but you're afraid of damaging your hair, which is possible if you're, using things that have bleach or really harsh chemicals. But the textures and tones Lyon was actually designed for women of color and designed by african-american stylist for relaxed or natural hair, and they knew that we always worry about dryness and damage, so they made this line, particularly so that we could be stress-free and just enjoy Our new beautiful color, the Clairol professionals, textures and tones line, is a permanent and moisture rich line and there's 16 different intermix Abul colors to choose from in today's video. I'M gon na show you how you can apply the professionals Clairol textures and tones dye to your hair at home. This is definitely an easy box dye that can be found at pretty much any drugstore or beauty supply store and it's really affordable. I'M talking like six dollars affordable. So for a couple bucks you could have a whole new look. Cinci, textures and tones brand is a permanent color and it has very vibrant colors that are anti fade. My color still looks pretty fabulous, but my hair has definitely grown out, so I wanted to add some more color at my roots at the top and a little bit more here in the front area, so you can really see it. So that's what I'm going to show you today, so you could apply this dye at home in your bathroom I'll, be using the color 6g honey blonde, and inside this color and conditioning system you will get step 1, which is the moisture rich, hair, color step 2. The color activating cream, which is already inside the applicator, bottle step 3, the Clara professional intensive moisturizing conditioner. You also get some professional colors clubs and, of course, the instructions. You also will find a booster packet which is going to help lifting the existing color and give it some extra lifting power, especially if you have darker hair going lighter. Let'S get started starting with number two: the color activator cream, I'm first going to add in my booster packet cuz. I do have darker hair and I want to get some more golden undertones, so you pour the entire packet in there seal it up and then give it a good shake. Then we grab step number one, which is our ammonia, free, hair, color, and you pour this entire bottle into step to seal it up and give it a good shake. You really want all of it to mix together evenly alright, let's get started. This is my day to hair, so I will probably deep conditioned it the day before. But, as you can see, my roots are very dark and that's where I really want to add some more color. The back looks really pretty still, but I just want to get these inner route that I've definitely grown out, as you can see here. So first I'm going to do part and section my hair, so I could dye my hair one section at a time and you could just put your hair up in a way either by using clips or scrunchies. The gloves are on. So let's do this. I'M gon na be grabbing my applicator bottle and I'm basically gon na. Do a curl by curl painting technique almost like pintura highlights at home, since I'm not doing a full head of color. I'M just gon na grab the darker pieces that I want to look a little bit lighter, especially at the roots, so I'm just going to find any darker curls that I want and rub in the color I'm going to continue this process throughout my whole head. Looking for any darker pieces that need a little bit of blonde in their life, fun fact about the Clara Professionals, textures and tones line. This is now the third time I've used this brand to like my hair, the very first time I've ever gotten highlights was also with the textures and tones line, so I can 100 % vouch for how amazing this line is. As you can see from my curls, I've never experienced any color damage, so the textures and tones line is a hundred percent. Bianca renee approved seems like I'm just about finished, I'm now going to let this sit in my hair for 20 minutes, and then I'm gon na come back and rinse it out 20 minutes later. Here are my roots. Now, before I rinsed it, I didn't see like too much of a change, so I was wondering I'd should keep it in longer, but I quickly learned that once you rinse it out with your shampoo and conditioner, you see where the color really is. So after my shampoo, I grab the deep conditioner that comes in the box and had some amazing slip, and I really made my hair feel very moisturized after I applied a really good amount of the conditioner. I wanted to let it soak into my hair, really rejuvenate everything make sure I don't get any damage, so I put it up and away and put it under a shower cap and let it sit for 20 minutes, and here my results fresh out the shower. Do you see those pretty undertone little bit the lighter brown really starting to pop out, especially under the light? I absolutely love it and look how moisturized and shiny my curls are. You would never think that I just finished dyeing my hair, oh so shiny, so defined. Now I want to put my hair up into a ponytail or a pineapple. You could see that my roots have some more color and doesn't look as grown out and tada. Here are the final results. Let me give you a little close-up of my roots. Now you could see a little bit more of the brown color that I wanted. I didn't want to go too crazy so that when my hair does continue to grow out, you don't see like a really distinctive line, but I wanted just to add a little bit more of the brown, so everything blend it in a little bit nicer. I also added some more of this color here to the front, and this getting highlights just really makes your curls standout. So, although I did not go too crazy this time with my touch-ups every time I add some more color, I always end up wanting more like I'm really obsessed with this light color and now I'm thinking about maybe doing my entire head we'll see, people do always Say once you get color, you become like obsessed with changing your color all the time, because it really is fun to get a new look. There'S no reason why you should live your entire life with the same hair, so there you have it. That is how I got my beautiful new highlights using the Clairol professionals, textures and tones line. I love that it's affordable, it has great ingredients and it's not going to damage our hair. Aly Transformations: I love this hair dye!! I don’t use the conditioner that it comes w/ bc of the silicone that is in it (I am a super silicone nazi). I did a oil mask after rinsing the color out then washed it as I do w/ my normal hair routine (I use a mild soap and moisturizing conditioner). This cures the dryness issues from after dying your hair. Hope this helps anyone!! ❤️
