You know we don't want to be looking crazy out here, but this time you'll see me next time. Y'All see me hey, y'all, welcome back to my channel. My name is chantel. Okay, so we're doing something a little different today i just okay. First of all, i want to preface this by saying i am not a hair guru, i'm not a hair stylist, not a cosmetologist in any way um, but i bought a wig y'all okay, so i got okay. Actually let me be professional about this. I have been searching for a nice curly wig for a minute and i watched all the youtube videos. I texted all my friends trying to figure out the first like i've had a wig before obviously, but i got it made and yeah i didn't buy it from. I like bought the hair from tinashe hair, and then i i let somebody make it for me, so this is my first time buying like a wig pre-made. So i've been told that i see i see - or i i see yeah i see chill out icy hair is the best curly hair, so it came on it. Came today came like this. This is the box um. I got the 22 inch monko mongolian waterway uh. 22 inch, so this is it in this pack: y'all see it y'all see it, and then it came with two wig caps. Apparently um these lashes. These lashes are kind of cute. Actually i might actually wear these, and i was i needed something. It comes with elastic bland if you want to sew that on - and i guess this is how you care for the hair: okay, good for them: okay, cool, um, yeah! So let's open this bad boy up. This is my first time opening it um. I was looking at all the other youtube videos. It was really hard to find um the closure wig. All i kept seeing was the frontal wig. So this is the closure. 5X5 closure. Okay, okay, lymph is here, let's see, but this is what it's looking like. It looks like it's pre-plucked already. This is what those knots look like. I have never bleached um the knots before or pluck because obviously this is my first wig um, so we shall see what's popping um, i really like the curl pattern, but obviously, when i wash it and comb it out, it's going to be. You know a little smoother a little looser you know, but this is what it looks like just straight out: the pack. It'S super cute actually, and i like how long it is um so we'll see about the plucking and the bleaching, i'm a little nervous about bleaching. It just because you know you know i never done this before, so we shall see and also i'm nervous about um doing the baby hairs and not look stupid like i don't want um one. I don't want to look stupid and also i don't like when they're too thick or they look like you know what i mean. You know those baby hairs, so i'll come back after and show y'all what it looks like i'm going to do this glueless. So i have these clips here. There'S sorry, there's one clip in the middle one in the back and then two on each side. Um, i might get a velvet strap to you know so my way won't be flying on i-75 um, but yeah yeah yeah. I'M excited for this. I'M excited next time. Y'All see me next time. Y'All see me i'm about to bleach my knots um. I have the bw2 and this 20 volume developer. So hopefully this goes as well as i expect. There'S the whole pack of that and i'm about to pour in just a little bit of the 20 developer. So it's i watched the video she said it should be a sticky like toothpaste like not too loose or seep down into the wig, so i'm gon na do that now, all right guys. I have to put a mask on because child dad this bleach literally, is the worst, but this is the consistency, it's literally like toothpaste, so i'm about to put it on my closure. So we'll see what i own back the hair, because that's what they told me to do so none of the bleach will get on the um actual hair, but again here's the hair out the pack not wash um yeah. So i'm about to put the bleach on the knots so pray. This goes. Okay, y'all! Let me turn off this fan, because the bleach was really strong, so i had to turn off turn the fan on and open my window, but neither here nor there um. These are the knots bleached. It'S been 20 minutes. I know that little bleach on the hair, but it's gon na be okay. It'S gon na be okay. Okay, i'm about to rinse it out with cold water and i'll come back, but y'all see them, and i rinsed out the bleach. Now i'm using this shimmering light, color. Okay, my mom's screaming at me, i'm so sorry um, the color enhancing conditioner. I didn't get the shampoo because i just feel like i didn't need it. I'M gon na shampoo, the actual hair with regular shampoo. So i'm just hoping this takes out all the the bleach. So i guess we'll see we'll just see not deep condition but um washed with shampoo and put conditioner in this hair. You know it was easy to brush through. I used my easy detangle. If you don't have it easy to detangle, you get it um, it's black! On and yeah that's my little plug on that. I should probably not put that in the bleach powder, so i use it on my actual hair. I needed. I need to get rid of this bleach because it's making me anxious anyway, back to the point. This is how much shedding came out, which is really good for a 22 inch wig girl um, not a lot of tangles, really good, hair um. I really think the closure is cute, so we're going to let that sit there for 30 minutes. I didn't rinse out the conditioner yet so yeah and i use shea moisture curl and shine conditioner olive oil formula, olive oil, smoothing shampoo and i use these on my actual real hair. I bought small bottles of everything from the beauty supply because i am not rich. Like y'all um, i don't have i'm not bleaching a bunch of wigs either like yeah, so i got small things of everything and i still have so much bleach left, i'm literally going to throw away. So i'm glad i didn't buy a big tub and i have literally it's looking like three-fourths of a bottle of this developer left, so i can definitely just buy a pack um a bleach next time. I need a bleach, something because yeah i'm just gon na. You know throw i'm probably gon na throw the bowl away because it only cost one. So i was um trying to put a little foundation on the lace just so it can blend better. I tried to use it with my beauty blender, but it just kind of spotted it up, so i'm trying to blend it out with this little brush but hold on give me one. Second, the foundation i got is the la pro i already had this and i never put on my face because it literally broke me out one time because it's you know you know it'd be cheap, it'd be cheap um, but yeah i'm going to try to spread This out and then i'll show y'all what it looks like once i, okay, here's, what the lace looks like now, um. As you all know, this is my first time doing this, so i got a little makeup on the wig. So what i'm going to do is wet a paper towel and get that right off, but y'all see how the lace is looking um, it's it's get it's getting orange! It'S giving orange i'm gon na fix it, hey y'all. So this is a couple days after um. I washed my hair um. It still has a little of that smell. I was talking about like the factory smell, but overall i really love this hair. I would definitely buy it again. I wet it last night and put mousse on it. So this is what it looks like fully dry after you wash it and everything um. Overall, there wasn't a lot of shedding. I didn't pluck it at all. I might do the baby hairs, but i really don't know how to do it on this closure. If i'm being honest but overall, i really do love this hair, i might dye it. So if i do diet i'll do a video on that, but overall the um lace really matches with my skin. So i you know, we don't want to be looking crazy out here, but overall i really like this wig and i would definitely buy icy hair again, at least for the curly hair, because there is no tangles, it's real soft, real, smooth, barely any shedding.
