The Ultimate Sza Hair Tutorial! | Ginger Edition Premium Lace Wig

What are you doing this video is for me, you are not supposed to even be here like I planned this without you. Do you understand that, then I make your face get out, I'm so sorry for the interruption, like I literally planned this video on everything. This is like the first no. This is like the second video I've tried to put together without any of bears, help by myself. So definitely comment down below what you guys think, because I think I can film videos without bear. Ok, I mean you know, my lighting is a little weird. Ok, I just want to throw that out there. I do want to let you know that this hair is a lot more gingery and a lot more brighter in person, but because I didn't have fair here to really hook up my lighting. You can't really see the beautiful reddish golden tones that are in this wig, but don't worry, don't worry, I definitely hooked it up when I actually show you guys how to get these curls so stay tuned for that, but I do want to let you know that This video is sponsored by premium lace, wigs just because I do not celebrate Halloween, I don't celebrate Halloween. Ok, I'm not! I was that kid in school who didn't show up on Halloween because her parents didn't believe in that kind of stuff. So I'm still in that person today, but I did want to give you guys a look, oh look that you could go ahead and do for Halloween last minute or since it's wintertime - and this is like the perfect hair color for the holidays. You can also wear this as well. Okay, so this is like a scissor holiday. Slash, glam, look tutorial! You know I need without bears now. In order to get this look, I did do like a mixture of barrel curls. I think that's what you call them and some like one spirally curls, but I really wanted this to come off as as possible. So for you Halloween ease. This is a specific look that I pulled from a photo shoot that sizzurp did will evolve where she wore a cute little jean jacket and a navy blue shirt and, of course, her hair was this color? Maybe a little lighter, maybe maybe - but I did want this - to be a everyday wear for the winter. So I did go a little bit darker, just just a smidge, but it's still relatively the same. Look especially when I get out there under the sunlight, but other than all that let's just go ahead and get into this tutorial, so you can see how I got this luck, yay we're getting started. Okay, so I got this wig from premium lace, wig and they are so flippin awesome because, of course, you've seen the color of the hair. They actually colored it for me, so I had to do nothing, but I really want to show you guys what came in the box. Besides the gorgeous hair, okay, they actually have like a whole like wig kit. In there I got a wig cap that actually came with two lay caps, one I've already lost, and this is the second one, and it also comes with a little instruction book that tells you how to care for your hair and all that good stuff about their Store, yes, I know pretty interesting and what else does it come with, because I can't remember doing this voiceover? Oh a comb, I got a rat tail comb, it's wet and I also got some lashes and what was the other thing? Last but not least, what is it on the floor? Take it up girl, get it together, some bobby pins. I have never seen this kind of stuff in a wig package, but I just had my hair section and all fours and cornrowed down and I'm actually gon na be trying a new wig technique. You know how I install it we're doing a new technique. Now I actually got this technique from are now and are now about this technique from Malia's face. I do not know any of these women, but I watch youtube videos as well, so I'm gon na link those down below, so you can check them out. Okay, you can have references, can't explain it, they can explain a little bit better, but I'm basically gon na. Take this way cap and place it all over my head, including over my ears and over my edges, and I'm going to take my got to be glue and you know just lather it on top okay, now there's got to be glue. A lot of you guys ask: it is not a glue, it's a hair gel. You know how like white dudes. Have that really really spiky hair look well? This is what gets it so spiky and hard. It is not good, but if you want or more what you really don't need all that glue. Okay chat, like no, don't don't put any more. Oh, my god! Chaz do not put any more you're laughing. You think it's cute! You don't need that. Much got to be glue, but it's all good. Now I am gon na be taking my hair blow-dryer or my blow-dryer, and I have it on a cool setting and the cool setting is what's going to make this hair gel tacky. If you put it on a hot setting, it's not gon na get tacky y'all, it's just rules of trade. You need your own cool now, if you want to, I put a shameless plug in here. Follow me on instagram. That is where i'm going to have more pictures of this hair that i throw that in there real quick and on top of that, your girl got a new mirror. It'S like yeah, i mean, but once your glue is tacky, you can go ahead and cut the band off or whatever excess that you have around your edges now. Why I like this technique so much and I chose to do it - is because cutting the band off and laying the glue down on top of the wig cap actually adds from more adhesive for your wig. So you know it doesn't get snatched and when it comes to your hairline of the wig, it gives you a more natural look because look how much of my edges and just the front of my hairline is laying down look how flat it is. I mean. Yes, that's flippin ridiculous, but just a little FYI, our little tip. You see how I'm like low-key, like it looks like I'm about to cut my hedges off. If you want to bypass my struggle, okay, go ahead and pull your wig cap a little more onto your forehead, and that will prevent that. Alright, now I'm gon na be taking the wig this gorgeous gingery, wig and flipping that on to my head now, the glue is still tacky, but you have enough time to kind of work with it. It really only takes a minute of blow-drying it on that cool setting to really get it tacky, it's still a little wet. As you can see, I could kind of pull the wig cap up and it looks a little juicy, but it's enough time, because you're gon na place, your wig on and you're gon na want to take all these little hairs that are underneath your wig. I love now. This is my own rat tail comb, but I love to get my rat tail comb and pull those hairs out and just look how flat everything is, and, of course you know, my heavy-handed self just felt like I needed some more glue. That'S up to you, if you want to do that, I just I don't know why I just have to use so much product, it's ridiculous, but I actually put it all around my hairline and then I pulled the edges of the wig down. You see I'm doing and pressing my hair down and just pulling the edges. I'M doing that, so I can go ahead with this blow-dryer and get in there a second time now. It only takes me about a minute again on the cool setting for it to kind of feel you know slow key stuck low key stuck, but it it you could go a little bit longer if you wanted to. But what I'm gon na do is go ahead and take a little wrap place that onto my hairline and my edges, just to give it some more push. If you know what I mean and in the meantime, I am going to brush out all of the texture in this way, because it is a kinky way brush it out. We want that blown out. Sizzle look now, as you can see, I kind of got it blown out, but I'm gon na go ahead and take the headband off only about like maybe two or three minutes has elapsed, but I'm gon na go ahead in with my blow dryer on the cool Setting again, if you use the hot setting, you're just gon na melt, the glue or the hair gel so go in there with the cool setting, and I think I said maybe I did that for maybe another minute and I'm good to go. I'M parting, my hair right now because for the curls and the style that we're going for we're going to want to part your hair down the middle, and I didn't get a chance to show you guys. But I also trimmed this hair just in the front, because scissor has those bangs. So if you can see on the right side, you know you're right. I have like that blunt end, that's just from giving myself a little bankage for scissors style now, like I said before, I need that texture out, so I'm just gon na be taking a flat iron and smoothing that through to get rid of the waves just because The photo that I'm basing this look off of is from a photo shoot that she did would bow the one where her hair was popping. The color was poppin, it was a blue background. She had on a little denim jacket. Yes, that was the one. It was late, so we're gon na curl our hair based off of that photo. Now, as you can see, I have my thumb on the bottom of the curling iron and I'm going to twist the curling iron going toward my face. You see how I'm twisting it toward my face every single time and kind of just Len just going with the flow just just go with the flow when you twist it. Okay, that's the key is the twist now what's super cool about. This is the aesthetic of that photo or that photo shoot is the hair. The hair just frames the face so beautifully. She has those little spirally curls coming out. The hair is just everything and her face is everything so you're gon na want to curl the hair going towards you see how I have that second barrel curl going towards my face. If I have it going outward, it's just not gon na frame the face and look as visually pleasing as we wanted to okay, so thumb on the bottom of the little curler grip and curl it going toward the face. Alright, you will know if you're doing it wrong, because if you curl it going the outer way, it's not gon na curl as smooth, because you have that bottom little mouth, thingy and the way and is just gon na, feel really stupid and really dumb. If you flip your curling iron around and you start curling it toward the face and it's a smooth easy process, then BAM you've done it right, but I want to do it if you more times just so, you know the difference and where you're going okay. So don't worry, I'm gon na leave you high and dry, with just a few three curls that I done curled on camera. I'M gon na give you the whole shebang: okay, cuz! I really want you guys to get this right. I love scissors hair. I would wear it on a regular basis or more so her more toned down Styles on a regular basis, just because it's so cute and it's so okay, so I'm gon na walk you through the steps. That'S what I'm here for hmmm, but okay, we're just gon na! Do this last curl right here on this side. Just so, you really can see what I mean by where you need to place your curler or your flat iron okay. So here's me with my finger on top little clasping thing. That'S completely wrong! You want your thumb on the back, alright and then we're just going to curl going forward. Okay! Yes, there we go. You bet a curl girl. My way, if you haven't already go ahead and like this video cuz, I feel like I'm giving good instructions. What do you think? Okay, nube instructions? Please keep to yourself. I know there's always room for improvement, but you gon na make me cry, and I don't really wan na cry today, so yeah, just just. Hopefully you don't we're gon na move through with this video mm-hmm, but yeah. That'S pretty much how you want to curl it, and I know it looks messy, but we all know scissors hair. Okay, if you're at this video watching you know scissors hair, don't act like you, don't her hair is extremely messy, so it's okay. Now the other side is completely curled. I really want to show you the right side. The same thing applies. You want the little class-b thing in feedback, not in the front. You totally you'll totally understand when you try this hairstyle but you're just going to curl it toward your face. Now almost the same rules apply when you switch to the other side, but I do know that some people will forget and they will try and curl the other side just the same way that they curl the other one. But no just keep in mind that your curling towards your face at all the time. So, however, you need to get that done. Okay, do that because that's what's going to get your hair curled the way that it needs to be curls. For this luck! Oh and look at the curl look at it honestly! If you want to know the truth, this curl didn't come out as silky as the other curl, because with getting this little hot good, well, okay, it kind of for some reason it has like really loose buttons. Like if you look at the button underneath there, that is a portably placed button, so a lot of times I'll film, this video, for you guys, I was accidentally pressing the off button on my curling iron or I was turning down the temperature on the curling iron. So sometimes the curls didn't come out as banging or as popping as they should have just because Loki, the curling iron, sorry, the curling iron was off, and that was my bad. But look at my concentration, I'm so want to do in this video. If you guys do big lists, but one last show, if you kind of do it this way, where you have like your hair, really really long out kind of filling up the length of the curling iron, I do want you guys to know that that's gon na Produce a more longer, barely curl and you might want a more spirally one. It doesn't really matter, but I do want you to know that there is a difference. So yeah you see how that one looks a little bit different. That'S because I had a very huge chunk of a piece that I tried to curl and this one's a little bit smaller, but kind of the same thing. You guys have seen all the other curls that I have done and they're a bit more spiral ace, so BAM. I'M about to take a break at this Kit, Kat real, quick, Chomp, Chomp Chomp. Yes, that junk is sweet. Does anybody else get that little like weird thing on your like neck, when it's too sweet - I don't know me she's me, but it's time to break apart these cards. Yes, all you're gon na do is shake your head. Yes, that's my little symbol for shaking head whip, your hair all around now, I must admit for some reason it doesn't really look like it did much for my hair once I stopped shaking, but I swear to you the three fo times I filmed this video and Tried to do this, look before the shaking really helped, but it doesn't matter you're, just gon na take your hands and comb through your curls, I mean you can use a pic honestly. A pic is a lot better because you can see I kind of frizz up. My hair, a bit which is still okay, but if you use a pic, you will get this outcome. Okay, that's true! Scissor, right there, true scissor! However, I finally found my pic at like around 7 o'clock, and that is not a good filming time. As you can see, all my lighting was gone, but if you take a pic and comb through your curls, you will get that true. Sizzle look right there, so I didn't get to do that because I couldn't find my comb or my freaking pic at this time. So you can have to work with your hair, but I did really want to include that clip just because the hair came out. So pretty so. I ran and got on camera real, real, quick just to show you guys, but for right now, I'm just gon na use my hands to really get that fluffy look and I'm rocking this little Trump comb over. So I'm yeah I'm a big step right there, okay, but I'm just looking. I pulled out my phone, so I can look at a good reference of her hair and the photo and I'll even link the photo below. So you guys can check it out, but I'm just curling the hair back this time, not towards my face but away from it. Just because that's kind of the flip over look that she has and with me combing through my hair, I kind of loosened up the curl a little bit so yeah and just curl spiral. Curl Wong curl, just curl the hair. So you really have that little cute spiral at the end, because when it comes to her little flip over part, her spirals are really really taken like this right here that I'm about to do just to get that little spiral on the end. It'S so flippin cute. Look it look, what flip wait for it, wait for it wait for it BAM. That is the curl of the gods, but that's pretty much it for the hairstyle right now, I'm just gon na throw on my grandmother's denim jacket matter of fact. That'S her shirt too, and that's pretty much it for the look. I really hope you guys like it, alright guys, so that is pretty much it for this look now, like I said I do not celebrate Halloween, so I thought I would give you guys a little. Some something, but it doesn't have to be Halloween II, if you don't want it to cuz honestly, if this wig, I would rock whether it's Halloween or not, I feel like royalty.
