Last time i put makeup on people said that they really enjoyed watching me. Do it so i'm actually gon na do like a little skincare routine and i'm gon na do my makeup. At the same time, i'm by no means a guru in these things. I just dabble, but i want to share the experiments is basically how that goes. Uh, so don't consider me an expert on any of this stuff. Oh, oh! No, oh dear something about facebook, i'm going to try to go live again, see if it does that. My treasure software is being weird yeah every so often we'll get these little notifications pop up on our uh live stream software and every so often there's a maybe that did it. I hope i would like our facebook friends to be able to hang out with us. It looks like it looks like it's still hooked up over um on the main page. So if you're watching this in the affiliate program, you know - maybe i know they probably don't see me saying this, but it's it's still on the main channel uh and it's are on the cysterwigs 2 channel on youtube and also on the main um profile. Not the main page on facebook, i keep forgetting what their terminology is, because i don't i don't use it that often feed wall. I don't know yeah when it comes to social media. I try to make sure i i have something where you know we're available for people even on platforms. I don't use much. I try to be where the people are. I want to be where the people are. You know that sort of thing - um, yes um. I am doing a whole little routine. I want to tell you some of the stuff that i'm using um, so i already washed my face. I got these for my dermatologist. These are zoe skin health by zion, oh body. I don't know but they're, like glycolic acid pads. I used one on my face um. I also spritzed with a little bit of this stuff, which is clinique, moisture surge. It'S nice um, my skin was feeling really really dry cause. We had the fan on last night, so i'm gon na moisturize a little bit more everybody. I know i like having the fan on, but it was just for some reason. My skin was really dry this morning, oh yeah, so i know what you made. Mine was as well, i also used this earlier. This is an egg cream mask um from too cool for school. I love these things, even though they're slimy, my skin, feels really nice afterwards um - and this is let's see what was this. This is tatcha the dewy skin cream. This is really nice and it doesn't seem to make my makeup uh pill up or anything which is kind of cool. You know, i don't like it when you wear moisturizer. Sometimes, if it's got like oil in it, it can break up your foundation like that uh, don't worry! I'Ve got all of these uh skincare products listed on uh little banners which i'll be putting down at the bottom of the screen in a little bit, but uh we'll get to that shortly. Um shelly says yes windy. Here too, my wind charms are going crazy. Oh ours are just all over the bloody place. Barry says i wish i could double half as well at night with you. It just takes practice and, frankly, don't be afraid to fail, like i've had plenty of failures and i even have photographic evidence of all of it. But that's all right. I mean that's half the fun, but we've burned the negatives. No, no they're still kidding no dude they're still up on the website in a lot of cases. No, i know i know it's all digital yeah i mean i, i i don't go back and delete that stuff later on, like in fact, i even have all my old videos from when i was bigger. On this thing, it reminds me of the little things that you would get as a little kid except bigger size, um, and i can barely read this with my contact lenses on because i become instantly farsighted, um. You'Re amazing, uh, oh and i also spritz some of this stuff, which is just a jean paul gautier uh perfume classic. I'Ve got that down here as well. Yes, and it's turning browner. I'Ve had this for like three years, so it kind of oxidizes and it i actually like the smell better. It'S a little bit more mellow, it's very, very pretty. I, like spicy scents, a lot uh like one of my favorites is dior addict and it was one of the ladies at selfridges yeah in uh torquay torquay. Yes, i i went in there and i mean she. She was a was a you know. Somebody who's probably closer to my mom's age. You know what i mean like late 50s, early 60s, but so chic looking. She looked amazing and she had like the scarf and she had a hat. I mean she worked in like the perfume and accessories. So you could tell she was like wearing the the outfit, but she looked fantastic and she had like a short little bob. So i knew she had good taste and i asked her. I was like what what do you recommend? She said this is my favorite and she put, and it was like she gave me the whole history of it and i completely forgot, but it was, it was it's an older scent uh like it's been around a really long time, but your addict is really really Good, if you have the kind of skin that works with that, i i always when people buy me stuff and give it to me as a gift. They always give me stuff that smells kind of like you know, like sweet pea or something like that. You know it smells like really um sweet, floral, sweet floral. Those turn weird on me really quickly. It'S just something about my chemistry but the the like the really like mature sense. I love them. I love them. I think they smell fantastic, i'm not brave enough for shalamar quite yet, but i'm i'm working my way up to it, because i've heard that's fantastic on people who tend to do with well with spices and orientals and stuff. All righty, so there we go which brings us to our drink of the week and today we're doing the recorder leg, strawberry, lime. Let me get that back away. So it's not a recorder league strawberry lime. We tried this recently and it's one of the few um alcoholic ciders or, as we call them in europe ciders that uh that heather finds is not too fizzy, uh to upset her sleeve and not too sour or anything like not too sweet and not too sweet. Yeah and uh we we've tried various few out of uh out of uh their stable of flavors and they're uh was it the mango. Raspberry is quite nice that one hurt my stomach. Oh yeah, i don't know what it was about it, but it just didn't agree with me: yeah. It was nice but as she said that it was a bit acid for her and the parry isn't bad uh. But this is this is our favorite by far simply because it's so nicely balanced yeah. I i really like the strawberry lime there. Thank you, oh uh, do you have a glass you could pour it into? It, helps me aerate it a little bit. I need to get the fizzies out, but i can get one. Thank you. Honey yeah. I usually like do one of those really ridiculous long pours to try to get it to de-fizz a little bit. Otherwise, i'm going to be belching the whole time i'm on camera. Oh goodness, let's see, oh you guys talking about perfume, that's so cool here. Let'S, let's go back to what you guys are saying: uh colleen said aromatics elixir by clinique. I like a good patchouli when it when it's done well. I really really like that stuff um. What'S what's one, that's got patchouli in it? Actually, i use um, it's uh star, star, gazing, meditation or something like that from from bath and body works. I had that a while ago and that had patchouli in it um and i'm trying to think. Is it angel that has patchouli in it? Don'T ask me yeah the only thing i know that has patchouli in it is stinkor the evil master of odors of the universe toy line. Well, you know what one of my one of my favorite perfumes is uh olympia by, i believe it's paco rafan. I think that is i'm not quite sure, though, it's been a while, since i've worn it, but it's uh, it's got ambergris in it, which is disgusting, but it smells fantastic when it mellows and it starts to turn amber colored. So if you've had it like a year and a half it, it starts to take on an amber color and it smells freaking. Fantastic chalamar was my mom's signature scent such a memory. Mine is opium opium opium's, the one i wore on our wedding day and it's the one i wore for our commitment ceremony and i gave it to all my bridesmaids. That is a great choice. It'S got that lovely kind of vanilla thing going on it's so so nice right same for me on perfume yeah. I want to get through some more of these comments. If that's all right, oh you bother me. Okay, where are you left off? Oh thank you! Serena uh, yes, uh sheila, says i love spicy too opium and poison are spicy. Heavier though for winter yeah yeah. Definitely, but i don't know, i still, i still kind of love them, but one of my summer scents is um allure, like chanel allure. To me that smells like lemon loaf. It'S got that really strong lemon bite. It'S so good like um yeah, i'm i'm i'm an aspie, so i i'm really really scent sensitive like ridiculously scent sensitive, and i love perfume very much um. Oh yay. I'M glad! I hope you like it. Oh chloe is beautiful, but it does not work on me at all like it doesn't stay. You know, i know some people who can wear that and it stays all day. But for me it like just wears right off love the deadpool shirt too. Oh sweet. I can't see it on my end. Maximum effort, yeah deadpool of calvin klein obsession. It'S a good one. I have um, oh uh, it's the upset, forbidden obsession or something like that. The one in the purple bottle that one's very good, too uh crazy for anything spicy, citrus yeah, so so good and ginger lemonade body wash. Is that like from philosophy or something because they have all those crazy flavors and i'm always tempted to get them the margarita? One is dope, it is really really good. It smells just like it um, let's see. Oh krista, says i'm a gourmand person. My latest love is tom: ford lost cherry ooh and the much more affordable, knockoffs yeah i love fragmantica. Oh, i love them. I love the fact that you can have like a little shelf of all the perfumes you own and collect them there. So people can see what kind of scents you like. I love that that's so clever cheryl says she hates carbonated drinks yeah it. You can still see it fizzing, i'm gon na try to be kind of slow with this, but this is less fizzy than a lot of the stuff. That'S out there right now and oh my gosh. We have tried so many of these low sugar drinks and they are vile. Oh, oh look, they're disgusting. Let me tell you something now back when i was 21, which is a lot longer ago than i cared um. I was introduced to woodchuck amber cider and i friggin loved it. It'S made with eating apples and champagne yeast and it's absolutely bloody amazing best best cider i've ever drunk. I think well, they've, come out with a series called 100. It'S like a big box set of 100 variety pack in four different flavors. I think there's like black cherry citrus cran, lime and uh. Was it watermelon and we oh we'll try these this will make for an interesting variety of stuff for the live stream. So we brought it home and we tried it and, oh dear lord, the best one was barely tolerable, the worst one which was watermelon flavor, and i love watermelon flavor more than anything uh drain pour. It was just that bad, so gross. I took one sip heather took one sit, we poured the rest down down the sink. It was just absolutely terrible, which is a complete, not a shame, because i so love everything else that woodchuck cider has produced. You know the granny smith, the perry, the am birds, also the colonial all good stuff, but that 100 variety pack a void, yeah boy. If that's, what all that's what these hard seltzers all these kids today are drinking, then yeah, i keep it ever since my sleeve. I have come to the mindset that if i'm gon na splurge it better be worth it like, it better, be worth the calories. It better be worth the stomach ache because i'm going to get a stomach ache, even if it's just like even light drinks and stuff. Like that make my stomach hurt, sometimes so i mean if it's just alcohol is hard for me sometimes, and you see, nigel has to dilute all of my drinks within an inch of their life um, not only because i'm a lightweight, but also because it just hurts. My stomach yeah yeah - i always do - and that's that's what's good about these they're. Only what um, 4.5 alcohol by volume and they're not very acidy and they're, not very fizzy, so these are just perfect for uh someone who's had. You know like the vertical gastric sleeve surgery, especially if you pour it into a glass and say, like stir it up with a straw or something to deficit even faster, but uh yeah. This is good stuff. Let'S see yes, serena you're, seeing a weeping angel and a boo from super mario brothers, the gag being, is that if you look at either of them, they will cover their eyes and freeze, and these two are going to be locked forever. Like that tina says, i used to wear love's baby soft in high school. I think that smelled very good it's just the ads were creepy. I haven't seen it and going by the sound of what you say and the name i don't think i'll. Yes, they're a little creepy, but the scent was good. No, no, no! No! No, it wasn't. No! I know what that smells more, like uh uh, slightly off-sulfured peaches. No, i know what hairspray smells like. No, this. This was like a perfume. That was just it's one of those things that some people say that uh uh. Oh, it smells like that on some people um like every so often you spray it on and it smells it smells bad, but you leave it for a while and it and the smell mellows out nicely they didn't ever. Isn'T concealer magical concealer is magical, it is made of magic things, and this is a. This is a great combination. I use it all the freaking time. This is the morphe x jaclyn hill brush, i mean it. This is a great brush um. This is the jh08. The everything creamy or everything cream - i use it for my under eye concealer, i just kind of go spackles, buckles back or you know, dab it in then i kind of wiggle to kind of get it in the creases, because i use a cream concealer. This is um the creme brulee the 2.5 by nars, it's a really great match for my skin and so uh yeah. You can definitely tell the difference right. I should probably set that i am going to put some more makeup stuff. Yeah we've got four four little uh banners of heather's makeup products which i will be putting up at various points. So you can see so when, if you check back on the uh uh replay, you can just come down here and look at there and pause and copy it all down, but i think i've managed to get everything copied down uh adequately. Cheryl says i wish drink manufacturers would just offer an unsweetened version and allow people who want to sweep with whatever, yes, absolutely stevia, because it's a hurt, yeah. I know it's funny. I wish they'd do that. Some more they they did that with crisps in england, like the original flavor of potato chip in england, was um, uh, smith's uh salt and shake where they would uh give you a bag of cooked potato chips and then include a little blue paper, satchel of salt, That you tear off and salt your crisps to your own delight, so you can have either completely unsalted or salty af and uh that's pretty good stuff, but uh. They could do that with sweetener as well. But that's that's the problem. Um a lot of people. Just don't like that work, so that's probably why they don't do it. Oh my god. It'S so much work to put some sugar or some sweetener in. Thank you think how think how much they could save in packaging and shipping weight if they, if they did that yeah? A number of people are really sensitive to perfumes and colognes yeah, something some it's astonishing. How how um allergies get triggered. Nowadays i mean when i was a kid. It was a huge huge deal when someone was allergic to strawberries. I think that was the first big allergy that started to come around when uh. When i was a kid, oh, he can't be around strawberries. He can't eat strawberries on it. Really why i'm allergic? What does that mean um and then that was swiftly overtaken by peanuts? Oh tina says i mostly use scented body creams now, either b and bw or body ology. That sounds like a stutter audiology. I'Ve been looking into getting something like that um because i wear a lot of lotion. My skin just gets hideously dry because i've been on spironolactone for a decade, um to suppress um, androgens and testosterone, specifically um. Otherwise i grow mustache and other things. So okay mine's still going to be better true um, but it really drives my skin out a ton. So the cystic acne goes away, but i have to moisturize a lot so yeah, i'm always i'm always wearing creams and different stuff. So i might i've been looking into i'm getting some like uh. I used to have lotion for estee lauder beautiful, and i thought that that was very nice. Even that's a floral and i would love to get some from like um like uh, like that jean paul gautier. If they i don't know if they make a lotion, but that would be wonderful, yes favorite. I do that. A lot sharon says hi everyone. We'Ve got all buzzing around us at the moment and they have made a nest, and here is the picture that heather took of the nest. This week we got three little eggs, uh little turquoise eggs in our nest and uh there's a lot of cheaping and chirping and fluttering. It'S very cute. Yes, uh every every so cool here, i'm cheaping and chirping and fluttering at the front door, occasionally scratching the door and uh. We hope that we'll be seeing some little fluffy babies very soon so uh yeah we've got some babies on the way door. Finches all right. I know i put it, i put something on instagram about it too. We you have our deepest sympathies, uh crystal says, perfumes and clones and scented plug-ins. All make me sick. Oh no. I have to use natural unscented lotions or just very lightly scented lotion. Someone'S strong perfume can make me sick for days. Oh that's terrible. I mostly get that problem. If uh, with my exposure to skin like i've, um, i've tried wearing like colognes and uh, aftershaves and stuff like that, and it just plays hell with my skin. So i i've got to wear like ultra ultra sensitive low, scent, deodorants and stuff like that. So i i can sympathize a bit with that, but you know what i usually just wear my perfumes in the house. Most of the time i usually, i usually wear them for my own enjoyment. So if you came over and told me that you were scent sensitive, i obviously wouldn't wear it. Yeah charlie says yay eggs, of course, they're very cute. It really says on the opposite: i don't have a strong sense of smell. So, for me, people can lather the smelly stuff on smelly, good stuff on yeah, exactly i put different colored blue buttons on my deck rail to see if the crows will come and get them. Oh there's a great facebook group. I belong to called uh. Oh they've changed they've changed the name recently um, it's it's! It'S a it's a crow group um, but yeah lots of tips on how to become friends with your local crows and soon you'll. It was a very flashy, very interesting mouse, but unfortunately it like packed in after a year and i'm not a gamer. I don't really like go wild on a mouse. You know just like scroll roll click. You know nothing spectacular. I didn't even use all the buttons. I just got the mouse because it was, you know, inexpensive and look neat and all kinds of light up, color change things when you used it. This is uh the mac dusty rose times. Nine i've had this forever, it still works, so i'm still gon na use. It has not expired as far as i can tell oh, this looks like a good talk.
