Estetica Color Comparison R6/28F And Rth6/28- Brunette Wigs With Auburn Mixed In

Wig colors are extremely difficult to deal with. Color codes are definitely helpful to have, but they only tell a small part of the story. I hope that this comparison will help you if you are a brunette who likes auburn and struggles like I do!

Hey everyone - I am here today to do a color spotlight of two similar coated, Aesthetica colors, so that I can show you what the difference is. So this video is going to feature. The color are 628 F, which is on Wren, which is on my head and rth 628. Let'S see if I can do this, so you can see those color have the same numbers and I'm just some different letters. So I wanted to give you guys a chance to see this because for me this is one of the hardest parts of wig-wearing is figuring out the color, and when you see something like this, it's just like what in the heck? How are these different? So I'm gon na show you so I have on my head right now. Ren and that again is in the color are 628 F, which is one has been one of my favorite Aesthetica colors. I love this color and I have multiple wigs in this color and then contrast that to Avalon, which is in the are th 628. So right away, can you see immediately? You can see the difference in darkness. This one is much darker. This one is much lighter. So let me tell you what I was able to find online make sure you actually got a good look at this. I am trying to make sure sometimes, when you've got a wig on your head and you're holding one, it can be really hard. They just come across a little different with the light. Alright, so let me tell you guys phone online. So, first of all, if you there's a lot of color charts out there, if you just google, like a brand name, color chart best, let's see name brand. Wigs is one that has a great color chart that I go to a lot. Aesthetica does have a color chart on their website. That'S Aesthetica designs, best wig outlet also has a color chart so and sometimes you'll find slight differences. So I will often look up colors in multiple color charts and then I also then go to youtube and try to find people who've done a color spotlight, so it can take some research until you get some colors figured out. So when I went online and I looked first of all - I found that when there's an F in an aesthetic of color, which is the case with this one, this is our 628 F make sure I got that right. I did. Um F means 80 % base. Color frosted was 20 % highlight so the base. Color is the six that's the first color code, normally the first number and the color code is the base color. So this is a six. That'S a that's a darker brown, it's kind of a medium dark brown. You know Browns go to four six eight and then the 28 is the highlight, which is an Auburn color, and so that's only 20 %. So that's one of the reasons why this one looks so much darker than the other one, because 80 % of it is a six which is a dark brown. When I look up the description of this particular color are 628 F. I get chestnut brown with red frost so and that's sort of like this is the oven or the red that they're talking about. It'S like it's frosted into the color, and that makes a lot of sense and they have quite a bit of it at the front. Here but it is kind of streaked all throughout. Let me just show you all around. I don't even know what the back of this I pulled ran out of the box for this. I have yet to review run and I have never worn this run so stay tuned for a review of Wren at some point in the future. Alright, so compare that or contrast that to the rth 28, which is what I have a Valon in, and I do have a review of Avalon, and this is another one that I just pulled out of the box. This Avalon has been worn a few times. Alright, so I'm gon na put Wren on the weight head and then I'm gon na hold her up next to this one, it's a little bit easier to show when you've got it on a wig head versus just the hair. In your hand, I am finding alright. So here we go see so much lighter. So when I looked up this color, I have a lot of light on me. So if it's looking shiny - hopefully it's not too washed out. I don't think it is alright. So when I look this one up, the rth 20, I'm sorry rth, 6/20 8. This one says chestnut brown, so that's the same with subtle, Auburn highlights and Auburn tipped ends, so we've got just a lot more, so the ends are actually really kind of light. It'S not a super ombre. Look though it's it's pretty subtle. So let's take a look at this one on all sides, so this one is just a lot lighter. Overall, it definitely Auburn it's it's actually very well, blended. It'S not super streaky high light. It'S definitely not stripy. It'S it's very well, blended, not routed. So what's a girl to do well, if you like, dark brown and you struggle with lighter colors, you might, but you can do highlights or you want to get yourself used to doing some highlights. I would consider that are 628 F, the one that I have Renan, because overall, this one is a lot darker and then she's got the Auburn highlights in her, but they're not extreme, except for up here, they're pretty pronounced at the hairline, which helps make the lace. Look more realistic and I got to tell you guys: the hairline is hand tied, lace, features, monofilament features they're, always hand tied, so how the distribution of this highlight may not be exactly the same on the one that you get just like. The curls may not be exactly the same, so we do have to keep that in mind. You may get something with a little bit of a different distribution. If, on the other hand, you find that that six brunette is when it's heavy, when it's the main part of the color that it's just a bit too dark for you or you're looking to go lighter for the summer, or something like that, then this color could Be really good for you because it is so well blended. It is quite a bit lighter, but it's still a brunette. I would consider this a medium dark, auburn brown, it's not too dark. It'S not too light. I really love this color. When I first got it. I was, I was a little bit surprised by how a burn it is given that I was so used to the are 628 F. So that's why I wanted to do this color spotlight to show that to you guys, alright, so I'll get outside, so that you can see both of these colors outside. But let me know if you have any questions, I'm happy to answer them. I'Ve been meaning to do this video for so long I'm so to finally do it. Alright, thanks for watching, stick around for the outside. Look alright guys! Here we are outside, give you the outside look. We have very filtered light through clouds. This is Avalon and rth. 628 - and this is our 628 F on Ren, so you can see just how different so much lighter because of the base. Now, when you look at it from the front and have to cover the face here, because the white makes my camera want to change, it's not so dramatic in the front, because the light highlight is all right here. But when it comes to the side view, it's varied, this one is very much darker, but one thing I did notice, there's quite a lot of highlighting in the back there's a lot of highlighting up here, and so when I take the back and compare it, it's Not that different, because there's a lot more highlighting here that matches the overall tone of this one. It'S really, though, on the side and more toward the front that you get all of this dark color. So, at the end of the day, it just depends on how light you want to be versus how much more of the base six you want to have this one's much more blended, the sixth and the 28th are very much blended, giving it more of a light Appearance, whereas this one it's more highlighted and you get a lot more of the six get up see if I can all right. Hopefully that worked. It'S a lot trickier when you pull in another wig into the whole mixture. Well, let me know if you guys have any questions thanks so much for watching you

RubyRazzie: This was very helpful, Denise. You know how I have been struggling with colors, and I’ve been looking at the Estetica 12/26 combos, of which there are no less than FIVE! I finally broke down and ordered color rings yesterday. I’m not sure how helpful they will be with the distribution of colors, but we’ll see. It would certainly be helpful if all manufacturers would give the ratio (like the 80/20 split in the R6/28F you reviewed). That would at least give a sense of how light or dark the wig might appear. Thanks for all you do! Jill in SoCal

Debera Crabb: I love the fact that you review brunette colors that’s what I wear....thank you so much for making this video

Gee: Denise, I just love you! Thanks so much for all the effort you put in and your beautiful sunny disposition. You honestly lift my spirits just watching you do your thang here. Thank you!

Binger Singer: Denise, great research! That is a lot of work for this video. I love researching thus my Graduate School Top Researcher Award! (Skills that serve me well in my PhD program ) Deep diving in these colors is valuable and you nailed it. Thanks for hitting my fav colors❤️

Karen Lynn: I think Avalon's length and color is so pretty on you. Thank you for the color spotlight!!

Melissa M: Thank you so much for this! I had debated between these two colors. Now I can make an informed decision.

Keli Gestal Zas: Hi gorgeous! I do love red shades, I've got JR 27MB which I find the perfect strawberry blonde and it looks very natural. I've got the rth6/28 in mind as I think it's quite light but just worried about the knots of the lace front, are they too dark? thanks for all your wonderful videos :)

Brenda: You look beautiful in the first wig you have on! Love the curl pattern.

Solis: Thank you so much for doing this. It really helps.

Marti Jo Barrett: THIS. WAS. SOOOO. HELPFUL!!! THANK YOU!

Krista L: This is super-helpful and I'm lovin' Wren!!! These both look amazing on you!

Andrea Pimenta: Thank you for reviewing brunettes!!!! Not everyone wants to be blonde. I've been struggling with this exact color issue!!! I will stalk you religiously from now on. Ty,ty,ty. I wish Estetica had a color comparable to RW 6/30. I like the warmth of it. Do you think a 4/8 mix from Estetica would get me close?

Geri Weyer: They're both really nice, but Avalon looks so pretty on you!

Lisa Kellett: Loving Wren on you! I like the face framing highlights, it really brightens.

Jacie R.: Very helpful review Denise! I have Jamison in R6/28F but think I’m going to put Wren or Sage on my list in RTH6/28! ❤️

Cheryl J: These are both 6/28! Thanks for this breakdown.

Cathy Wright: Great explanation Denise. You are right on how hard it is to get the right color. There are so many combinations. Oh, I love your hanging baskets. Mine are starting to get root bond, and will have to toss before long.

Margaret Tassey: Thank you. Color mistakes are sooo expensive. And these videos are the very best way to see what you might get. And indoor and outdoor colors are VERY different. Thanks again.

Becky S.: Ohhh, so loving both of these! Both colors are gorgeous but wouldn't have realized how different. It's so funny that you ask if we have any questions to leave them here but all the questions I have at the beginning of the video are usually answered by the end. You ALWAYS do such an amazing job reviewing. I can't believe that Wren was out of the box, she looks adorable. I love wigs that are wearable without much fuss. Is there a lot of permatease in these two?

AJ Row: Love the comparison! I find that choosing a color is the hardest!

Lady Torres: So helpful!! Thank you

Cheryl J: They really need to name one “Caramel Corn”!

L S: Great color comparison. I totally agree that color is one of the toughest decisions when purchasing online. I have spent many an hour trying to decipher the color code & description. Then, once I have found a color that I love & wear well, I start all over again once I want to try new colors. I, personally, have found that now I am nearly two years into wig wearing I am more confident when trying new colors. Colors I never would have even considered before. Your reviews are always so helpful. It's nice that you take whatever time you need to explain things so well. Love both styles on you, the highlighting around the face on Wren is especially gorgeous.

Pamela Butler: I love Name Brand wigsand get all my wigs from them...I agree, for me the hardest part is picking the color as some have name like salted caramel and someplaces just show numbers...makes it hard for a 69 year old..and

Robin's Wig Party: I'm so glad you did this comparison! I don't feel scared of the colors now. Yeah, it always takes me a while to decide on a color! You're awesome, thanks!

Truth be Known: You look beautiful in both. I have Avalon in that color & I really wish that the RTH came on more styles. I would own more Estetica wigs if it did. It is such a pretty color! I want Wren but in that color. If you know anyone at Estetica....maybe you could mention? One day...sighhh

Laura Graham: This is very helpful! I have Sage in R6/28f and wouldn't have known how different the two colors are.

Rachel's Mom: Thanks so much was really helpful! You are beautiful <3

Jennifer Martinez: Super helpful, Denise! So...which do you prefer? Wren or Avalon (not based on the color!)?

Doreen Perry: Thank you for reviewing brunettes

Frankie Lee: Just had to comment about how fantastic you look in Avalon. Beautiful!!!! x

KarenAB.: THANK YOU for this!

Pamela Butler: thankyou for your informative videos....my favorite

Mileetn: I really like Wren!!! She has never been on my radar!!!

Brenda: I love that Wren!

Victorious Vikki: Yes I agree ,,,,colors are hard, and blondes have so many shades it is very hard at first.

Mileetn: I use Name brand wigs chart alot.

Billie Fox: Wren is my next one.
