♡ Affordable Color Series | Balayage Auburn Flip Over ! | Unicehair

Hey everybody, it's ivy, so today we're going to be doing another hair video and i kind of wanted to start a series on my channel called like color series um. I am since it's the summer months i'm going to be trying to do more color on my channel. You guys know how much i love black hair, but i do want to incorporate some color some nice summer style, something that's um. You know colors that us brownies can wear and it looks just good and we feel confident and all that good stuff, so um today i am going to be featuring some color. This unit is from eunice hair. If you like it, i will have it linked below. I really like this wig because one it's affordable and two it already came. Colored like it came colored it came. Pre-Plucked like this install was so easy, very beginner friendly. I didn't use glue and it's not too full. It'S like the perfect density y'all. I love it. This is definitely going to be my weekend. Wig. If you guys want to see me um install it style it and all that good stuff keep on watching. Okay, you guys so here's the up close view of the unit. This is kind of like a um wavy texture, as you guys can see, the hair does come pre-color. It comes like this. I don't know how to explain this color. I guess i would say it's like a um, maybe like an auburn color or like um, a honey blonde. I really like that. It came pre-plugged because that's very important to me um, i don't like to have to do a whole lot of plucking and when you're ordering wigs what i like to pay attention to now, the more the smaller the knot, the more natural it'll look and also the Smaller the knot um the better it will bleach and lift so typically, what i like, i like a wig, that's like single knots in the front and double in the back. Okay. I prefer honestly all single knots, because the wig looks better. This is a hd lace. Um it's going to match so good. I know this is going to be so cute. What i want to eventually do with this wig is come back and probably color it like red or something like that. I'M not sure what color exactly i want. Maybe a a true auburn, orangey color, i don't know the waves and stuff aren't popping, because i have to go back in and redefine it, but now we're just going to go ahead and install our wig. Today, i'm gon na do like a little lazy, fake ball. Cap um, i'm just i'm not gon na. Do it too much not too much, not too much and um you guys. Might wan na know what powder i use. I use the cover fx. It'S called um golden 90. So that's the color i use honestly. You can use any powder you have, but it's a little bit light and it's very neutral. So i like to use it as like my scalp, color, okay and make sure i have some on the sides. I don't really worry about. I do put it down here, but i'm really worried about that area, because i don't know you really can't see it if you're gon na you know be wearing your hair up, then focus on that area. This is the unit inside of the unit. It'S your standard lace, frontal, wig, um tracks in the back lace, closure, lace, frontal in the top, your elastic band, to make your wigs tight and it came with combs. First of all, i just want to say like how every time eunice wigs just like they, they slay like they just they have like really great quality units they always fit. My head beautifully like this wig fits great, i'm just adjusting it onto my head. You just want to make sure everything is lined up even properly and i'm going to cut right here, first, okay, so because i didn't go in and pluck this unit, i am gon na take a little bit of the hair off just right here in the front, Because it's kind of down low, i'm gon na lift this up and then i'm gon na take my got to be and spray it rub it and then we're gon na just let that lace lay right. On top of that, take your blow dryer and dry. Now, here on my sides, i'm gon na use my liquid gold, because the liquid gold has like a little bit of a stronger hold and i'm going to show you guys exactly how i use that as well. I need to take a small amount and then, when i go in and do my size, you want to stretch your wig okay stretch it, and now you want to go in with your blow dryer. Now i'm going to take my scissors and actually cut the lace and um you just want to peel it backwards and literally cut okay guys. So once you're done installing it, you can take some got to be and like the line of demarcation, you just want to go around the edges of the unit and it's just going to help everything just melt in and get that line on, see and dry. It. Okay, guys so now, i'm gon na separate the hairs for like my baby, hair, okay guys so for this unit. I am going to do kind of like i want to. I want to try like longer baby hairs, because i always do like the short ones, but i think i want to do like the the longer the longer like curl ones, and i just want like a really nice one like right here and um the hair. I am going to go ahead and wet it down and then, after that, i'm going to do my baby hair and you guys will see exactly what i do. I am going to use my hot comb just to press the hair back in the direction i want it going. This water feels so good y'all, because it's hot today in chicago it's like 91., it's hot okay. So then you just want to put your diffuser on. Like when it looks like this, mine is a gbp pro, i got it from sally's and you literally just want to sit the hair inside of the little thing and cut it on. So our hair is diffused and dry. Now i'm gon na um go in and do our baby hair. Like i said i want it kind of like longer long baby hairs, so i'm going to take my little fly. Irons, if you guys are interested in these, i will have them linked below they're super tiny and they get really hot and they work really good. So you just want to give us a curl and then you're going to be left with that. So what i want to do is take my edge brush and just i'm just going to brush it and then i'll kind of see where i want to cut it. Now i'm going to take my got to be spray and my brush, i'm just going to spray a little bit on my brush and then we're going to like swoop our hair. Okay, you guys so we're done with the hair um. I think it came out really cute. I really feel like with this unit. You don't need to like style it up a lot because it is color like it has the highlights and everything going on. You really don't need a lot um. This is the perfect like little summer style. It is so cute. Um y'all know how much i love black hair. When i have color it is so like it's it's nice. It'S like a different look. It'S refreshing for this to be like a really affordable wig. I think you can get some good usage um out of this wig like it feels really nice. I am getting some shedding, which is obviously like the you're gon na get shedding. It doesn't tangle. The hair feels nice and soft uh. This is a, i believe. It'S a 20 inch or, like a 22 inch, the density on this wig - i don't know, but i love the density. The frontal is great. The color is really cute, it's not like choppy. It definitely matches like a dark skin tone and i love it. Y'All, like it is super super cute.
