Review: Revlon Color Silk Auburn Brown Hair Color

Hey everybody today, I'm going to be doing a review and demo of the Revlon color silk beautiful color box dye in the 4900 ROM, so it's kind of a reddish brown. More of this is I'm hoping my color will come out too and sorry. My camera is not focusing so much on me right in the box on me anyway, um so inside the box. I came with the developer, which I've already mixed. The ammonia, free, colorant packard loves instructions as well as this after color conditioner, which is pretty nice, because not a lot of box size that I've come across come with a conditioner in them. So it's kind of night, so they take that extra step. So putos are long. It'S got a multi-dimensional color that looks naturally righthand. It'S got apple extract in the um conditioner, which is next kind of like the smell of apples. It'S ammonia free trying to think of what else I can tell you here. Apparently, 100 % gray coverage so for us, older women me um, that's good and it's me too pretty much. It'S a rebel on 3d color technology for natural, rich color, so I'm gon na go ahead and get started um. You can't see down here, but I've got a whole plethora, how things going so the instructions day to section off your hair in section again steps off your hair into four sections and start kind of working. Your way through that I'm not gon na do that. I normally don't some to start with a root and kind of just work. My way in I've done this before so I'm just gon na start going through, and you know I'll check back with you guys again. She did one and ESCO whoo hold up any gloves. Is this what's throwing the loves so excited you telling you guys it a little bit of a leak, never work with erudite without clothes, Oh applied, everything will very liberally through my hair, I kind of just saturated it. My method for doing it is I've been dying. My hair for years, so, while the instructions say section it all, do it section by section: do it how you want it to it? I find that going through my roots parting, to taking the applicator tip and kind of going through this way and then gets getting in my roots in my my crown area done and then going through and pulling it all through and then saturating the ends separating the Middle getting all done, that's just fine. The quickest and best method from my hair, but everybody's hair is different, so I'm done with it now I'm going to let it sit for 20 minutes. Let me the taillight says this um. I want to talk a little bit about the product there. We go um the product itself. If the color seems to be very pigmented and it's saturating really well um, I will say that they give you a lot of product. I mean I got my hair. There'S a lot of product in my hair right now and I still have probably a quarter left of this um. So that's a pretty good deal for you know box. I I know a lot of people like a lot of youtubers that have other ones. I'Ve read. I'M just different box size in general is that they are afraid they're going to run out, especially for people that have thick hair. Now I have a very unique here where it's curly it's thick, but it's also fine and thin um. I just have a lot of it, so it's very fine. I have a lot of it, though um, so I always afraid that I'm gon na kind of run out too, but this one I wasn't afraid at all. In fact I was like today in did I really get everything, so it's a good and a bad thing. So let this sit and then I'm going to rinse my hair out we're using the piss water, obviously, and then I'm going to use the after color shampoo or conditioner, and then I will come back and show to you what as well as that, I will dry It show I left it in for half-hour rinsed it out, put the after colors conditioner in and did everything, and this is what it looks like what so you can kind of tell by the other, with the light and everything with the redness. But does it look like this color? I don't think so um I will say before I blow dryer that one's like okay look here. It was really right, but that's just it's like um when I was rinsing it out. A lot of dye came out like more than usual for me, um I've used different boxes, I've used Dollar Tree box eyes and not that much dye came out. I mean this just got bleeding lean red and red and either I put too much or it's the dye or I don't know um so we'll see it looks like I said right now. It just looks dark because my hair is wet, so I'm gon na blow drying it straighten it, and I will be back to show you the final product Thanks so now my ear is done, straightened um over all right now. Maybe it's this lighting in here. That'S kind of bad, but I guess when the light shines on it looks kind of red, but in general that's like huh, hey hair doesn't look that different. Maybe I forgot the Sun and different lighting Missy, but so overall review of this product um, I would say you get a good amount for what you're paying for whether it's three dollars, six dollars, seven dollars a dollar, whatever you get for him. What are you into paying for it on your sale? You get a good amount of product. Again, I didn't use all the product, but should I have maybe, but I went with best of my hair um, the after color conditioner was. I actually would recommend that I wish Revlon sold that separately um. I did not wash my hair after rinsing. I just put the after color conditioner in it in my hair is right now super super soft. Now I put a little bit of this Garnier Fructis um marvelous oil stuff in my hair, just to kind of helps kind of shine. My hair soften my hair and help dry quicker and it just really works kind of soaks up and gives my heart of the nutrients. It needs um, but the smell of the conditioner. I can smell the apples um, so the Apple extra edge is a. I can't really smell die anymore, which is good um. I couldn't really smell begin with, because it wasn't one your free uh, I guess the color must ago. So this is a okay product. What I use it again, maybe if I was touching up this color in a few weeks, if I design a tab liking it then, yes, I would use it again um I, what I use is Branigan Revlon. Yes, of course, maybe just you know a shade darker in the red that I want in order to get them more saturated, look and you're looking at it in this light and the light looks awesome, but I'm like the mirror, doesn't look so well so um. That'S my review on this product. So basically, what am I saying? It'S? Okay, um, what I recommend it? Probably as an okay product. I'Ve had better products used in my hair box eye products; obviously um Garnier L'Oreal, those really look Garnier. Actually, my favorite, I should've gone with that one. I say the bright ones out this one. Is that good either way I've actually used the dollar store brand as well? That have worked really well in my hair, so bottom line the product is good. It was good for the money that I spent on it um it didn't take that long and overall my hair doesn't look dried out. Wait chapter box dies, I'm always a word up. It actually looks kinda nice. I think that's or Auburn Brom this does come out. Does it come out this kind of deep? Basically, what I would have loved for it to come out is how it's looking right now in this color. This kind of burgundy is red. That'S what I kind of wanted to come out of it and that's what the Box kind of represented it would be, but there are some reddish tones of Auburn tones in there.
