Realistic Auburn Human Hair Wig Review By Milano

Hello, everybody and welcome back to my youtube channel on the art of alopecia. For those who don't know me, my name is marcy and i have an autoimmune condition called alopecia universalis. Basically, what that means is my immune system mistakenly attacks, my hair follicles, and that is why i am completely bald and balding throughout my body and on this channel we mainly do wig reviews, because it's my favorite thing in the entire world as passionate as i am About you know embracing the bald. I also love to accessorize at the different wakes um, but on this channel we also do a lot of tips, tricks, tutorials q, a's. All of that fun stuff. That'S cool too. Wigs are great for everybody. Um but first i wanted to wish you guys all a very merry christmas. I know it was a few days ago. Um, you wouldn't believe the amount of challenges that i faced within the past few weeks in terms of filming this youtube video um. So i had filmed this about a week ago and then my laptop kind of just like cracked, the bed on me um and then my editing software crap, the bed and i lost all of my footage. So this is the second time that i'm filming this video. This was supposed to be posted so long ago, um, but i had some challenges but hopefully um. This is the last time that i have to film it fingers crossed, but i hope you guys all had a very merry christmas and um that you are all still safe and doing great and thriving in life. Unfortunately, that wig washing video that i was supposed to post before this one, i lost all of the content to it, which makes me so sad because i know a lot of you guys were waiting for it, but i promise you next time i wash my wigs. I promise to film it edit it and post it right away, because i know that it can help a lot of people um. But i promise you guys it's not as hard as you think you just put in the sink. You hold the part and then you condition it and shampoo it as if it were your own hair on your head, but instead of you know doing it on your head, you're doing it in a sink or like a bowl um, but i will post it. I promise um, but for today's video guys we have yet another wig review from a company that i love and i adore, and that is milana wigs. If you guys have been following me for a little while um i did post my very first milano wig review. Um a few months ago, um, it was like this gorgeous mid-length dark brown with like light roots, and it was a lace front and it was not roots highlights light brown highlights um, it was so extremely gorgeous and it looked so so natural um so be sure To go check that video out um and check out my instagram post. My follow up instagram post that i made about it such a stunning wig. But this wig is even more stunning because it is literally a wig that i've been dreaming about for years and years and years, a color and the length that i wanted to try as a duo set um. So i can't wait to show you guys ono wigs. I love so much um. They just create the most amazing, wigs and um beginner. Wigs too, like these two wigs um, the first wig that i review and uh the first wig that i reviewed and this wig that i'm gon na be reviewing like they are such easy, throw on wigs. You don't have to worry about gluing it down or taping. It down you literally just throw it on, and the silicone hugs your scalp and you have perfect hair in seconds. It'S just not oh. I just love them so much, but anyway, let's get into the video okay. I have all of my specs on my laptop. So if i'm looking down i'm looking at my laptop giving you guys the right information um, but i got this wig about, i want to say a month and a half ago, maybe sooner maybe later i don't know this wig. I have worn it so much. It'S been so hard to keep it from you, guys, um, so i'm so happy. I can finally post this youtube video, because i'm obsessed with it, i actually um, went to a call back for the leading lady in a show um, and i was so sick that day i could not. I could barely even sing really or hit the notes and somehow this wig did its magic and i ended up getting the lead role. I'Ll tell you guys more about it when i can um but yeah. Okay, let's get into the video you guys want to hear about this wig that i keep talking phenomenally about okay, so, okay, introducing i don't have a name for her yet um, i'm gon na i'm gon na give you guys the specs and i'm gon na try It on so she is the dream: copper auburn blend. She is such a natural, vibrant color. Actually, i called her like about a month ago and she's still kind of wavy, which is great um, so her specs, she is um a victoria cap, so at milano they have different names for their different cat construction. So this is a victoria um she's, a victoria overall length, 13 inches um. She has top layers of 10 inches. I don't know if i'm saying this right, i hope i am she's a medium density. Aha, i know that one medium density with premium processed hair um. She is a skin top lace front and closed wefts at the back um. She has face framing layers done by patrick okay. Now i can stop looking at my computer screen and actually talk to you guys, i'm so sorry if those specs made no sense. I promise to put them in an organized and tidy matter in the description box down below, so that you guys can have all the information right at your fingertips, and i will also post the link um the direct link to this wig um. So you will notice when you click on that link, it's not going to give you the same color um, so this wig actually started as a much lighter auburn and they colored it um to make it more rich. I want to say a more rich auburn, more kind of orangey, i want to say, but it's not orangey, it's actually quite beautiful. It'S like the best color ever um, but anyway, let's talk about the cap construction because it's so great, okay, so here's the wig. So you have a few inches of lace, which is great um. You have silicone throughout the entire wig, which just screams for security uh. I promise you this wig is not going anywhere once you have all of the silicone, so there's silicone right below the lace. There'S silicone on the ear tabs to make sure that those don't fly away. There'S silicone at the very top to really hold that center part of your head and then there's silicone at the back, where your nape sits um and it is wefted at the back. There'S also adjustment straps, so i better put this one back on and yeah. So that is the cat construction. It is such a fantastic cat construction. It is very natural um, so you will see that the transition is so painless, um, so usually a lot of wig companies. That is the biggest thing that they struggle with is like how to really disguise the lace up to kind of like the silk um, but milano wigs kill it every single time. They kill it. Every single time like it's undetectable and even if you are super super picky like i am um milano, has like this like wig concealer um that comes with a really thin brush that i'm actually gon na do a video on, because i think it's very, very beneficial. Um, all you do, is you just like lightly put it on the part, and then it just makes your part so natural anyway. I know you guys want me to throw it on so i'm gon na throw it on okay, so just observe how easy it is to throw on this wig. This is like my favorite wig right now, like my favorite, my favorite, my favorite wig, just because of the color and the length and the cap construction. Everything about it is just so perfect and ever since i've started the art of alopecia, i've been so fortunate to be able to review. So many wigs for you guys, because i know how overwhelming it can be to choose your first wig or to choose a wig in general, because there's just so many options out there and i wish. When i was a kid i had found milano or there was someone like milano who made these seamless wigs that you could just easily put on and like out the door you go, i'm telling you guys. This is a work of art anyway, so here so it's a middle part um, they did add in some face framing layers um, nothing too too much, because i didn't want anything, i'm too crazy, because i always like to go when i receive a new wig. I like to go very little in terms of like styling and cutting um, because you can always cut more, but you can't, you know, like the hair doesn't grow right so anyway, let me show you guys um this lace, so there's a bunch of baby hairs here To disguise that part, so, as you can tell there's a little bit of darkness right there, which again the milano cream, um or the concealer or whatever you want to call it, i will also link that product down below, because i think it will help a lot Of people um, you can just put a little bit on there and then you're freaking solid um, but you don't even have to because i'm really up close to the camera right now. But no one would be able to notice that unless they are looking at you that close um, so the ear tabs also have baby hair. So if you wanted to do like a half up, half down, which is what i've been doing, um, you can easily just bring down those face, framing layers and those baby hairs, and you are all set to go and just let me let me show you how Secure it is it's not going anywhere and it's so easy to put on i'm so sorry. This video is like all over the place. I haven't done a wig review in so long and i'm just so happy and i'm so happy with this wig, and i love this sweater that i got for christmas and it just works perfectly anyway, um so yeah. She is so stunning so secure. She is premium processed human hair, but you wouldn't even believe that it's processed human hair, because of how soft it is um, i feel like processed human hair, has come a long way since i started um wearing premium processed human hair um. It has definitely gotten a lot softer. I don't know where they're sourcing, their hair from where milana sources their hair from um, but wherever they are, the hair is freaking, amazing, um, it's so soft, so natural the color is phenomenal. It'S actually quite comfortable. You wouldn't think that silicone would be comfortable because it's kind of like a plasticky material um, but i've been surprised and it actually adds a lot of comfort um, and this is probably like a small extra small cap and it fits so snug on my head i'll Find out more information about the cap size, i have a 20 inch head circumference and it fits like a glove. There is no extra wefts at the back. That'S what i love about milano. Is they actually have a lot to offer in terms of like um, wigs for small-headed people? Like me, um, it's so hard to find, like a true size, small extra small at a lot of wig wig companies and wig salons um, because they just don't make them. And it just frustrates me because there's so many of us that have small heads that need small, wigs um, but no. This fits absolutely perfectly so in terms of what you can do with it and when you what you can't do with it. So obviously it's human hair um so treat it as if it was you know the hair growing out of your head um and treat it with extra care. You know use that heat protectant when you're curling it or straightening it um, but yeah you can curl it. You can straighten it. You put hot rollers in it um in terms of things that you can do for styling. You can do a hop up. Half down, you could probably do braids going up. The only thing that you can't do is you can't put it into a full ponytail. Just due to the wefts at the back, the cap construction. You could probably do like a half up, half down ponytail um and just leave some hair at the back. That'S what i've been doing um, so there are a lot of things that you can do with this wig um and the length is just absolutely perfect. It'S so easy to deal with um, and it is so adorable short hair is so in copper. Hair is so in. I truly have nothing bad to say about this wig um and you guys know that in my wig reviews, i i stayed at all full disclosure, my thoughts, i would never partner with a company um who tells me what to say and what not to say whenever. I partner with the company, i'm always my full, authentic self. I give honest reviews and i can tell you guys that this is my favorite um and yeah. I have nothing bad to say about it other than the fact that you can't put your hair in a full pony, um, which, again you run into that issue, a lot with wigs um, especially wigs that are wefted. You need basically like full lace, wigs to do that: yeah, full disclosure, full honesty, my honest opinion - i am in love with this wig and i have never filmed a wig review where i feel this giddy about talking about the wig and how it just just goes To show how happy i am about this um and i would highly recommend getting yourself an auburn short hair wig, because i promise you it will change your freaking life um.
