Hello, my name is jen. Welcome to my channel. This is my very first wig review, because it is my very first wig um. I have been dealing with hair loss since i've been 12 since i've been. I can talk proper english. I have been dealing with hair loss since i was 12 years old. It was a gradual loss. I am now in my mid-40s. It just has continuously um gotten, thinner and thinner as i've gotten older. So i guess i was diagnosed with androgenic alopecia, which is they say, a hereditary hair loss. However, no one in my hair, no one in my family is bald, so there you go even my grandfather's had their hair, so i think it is associated with later on. I was diagnosed with the hashimoto's disease, so it's uh an autoimmune condition. Usually a lot of them are related. If you have one, you are prone to have others, and that is just my story, so this is pretty much my everyday look. I, thankfully i look cute in a baseball hat, so thank you for that um, because this is pretty much how i live. If i do not have to, i usually only wear my wigs or toppers. If i'm going out - or you know, i have to be at an event or something with my job, otherwise this is usually how i roll or i'm just in the house, with the with the scrunchie on my head. Okay, so i'm going to show you how i put it on so since i cut out the ear tabs, i do pull out like my sides of my hair, to say this is nothing against hasidic jews. But i'm like this is my hasidic jew look um because they have - and i i mean total respect to them, but it's just what it reminds me of so um. I pull out the sides and then i do like a super low pony in the back, and i just twist it like this and i normally stick. Oh, i have one here so let's take it in so i just do like a little curly cue in the back like a little pink tail, and then i stick the bobby pin in just like on the side kind of like you know like if you were To twist your hair and stick chopsticks in it, that's kind of what i did and then what i do is. I would definitely recommend you get a milano wig grip. So this is their wig grip and i totally didn't understand it at first and it in the when i first put it on with the wig. It did feel like a lot because i used to just wear a topper that was just attached to my scalp. So now i'm adding this on and then i'm adding the wig on, and it did feel a little bulky to me in the beginning. But i got used to it so um, but this just helps hold the wig on where you don't have to use the clips, which i did notice when i did use the clips. Since my hair is so thin. It was giving me a headache like a tension. Headache, so this is much better and it's um more gentler to your scalp and your hair, so i just put it on where it's just like slightly snug, not too tight, and then what i do is i just pull down. If i have any little my own baby hairs here, and so since this is a silk top wig, you don't have to like have this would be if you're wearing a lace top where you'd want to line that up. Okay. So then, what i do is i just kind of hold it in the back and i put my head down, i put the comb under my hair in the back and then i just like move it back right where my hairline is okay. So now you can see this gorgeous. I don't girl. Think i'm looking around to see if i have a comb, but i don't so. I just curled it a little bit yesterday, but isn't this color amazing so i'll come like closer up, so you can see like so i mean i could make it look a little more nut. These are like my baby hairs right here, but um. You know like you, could pull like some of the hair right in front of the lace and make your own little baby hairs if you'd like to but um. I usually wear this. I don't and milano recommends you don't put glue on here, but i mean i'll. Be honest with you, i did do that a couple of times like when i went out um, because this is my first time wearing a full wig and in the past i always had my own hairline in the front of my topper, and it just made me Feel i don't know like it was um it was it molded to my head a little bit better, but for the most part it doesn't like it does not lift up, and i think it looks pretty pretty good um yeah. So that is my review of this milano. I just love it. I'M gon na show you some angles um of how it looks in different lighting, but if you have any questions just let me know again. This is the milano ponytail, it's 22 inches long. So you can kind of see how long it is. They do have a longer one. I believe, 26 inches. You can get. Oh i'll show you how the ponytail thing works. So, oh, that's the last customization i did so. The layers are long and i'm used to like face framing so i did do kind of my own. I did kind of trim it around the sides to do some face framing, but i am not a hair stylist, so my layers are not very um yeah. So this is meant it looks so cute in a ponytail because of the layers you see how the pony, just like it just looks like the best pony if you've ever had so here's how it looks in the back. So if you, if this does not match your hair color, so what i have done is when i have worn it up, is i i've taken out some of my natural hair to put over it, so it just doesn't kind of lift up, but there are wires Back here to mold to your scalp, so it will bend down to your scalp, but if your hair matches, i mean we all love a little extra security. I just kind of put my hair over it, but you could just let me put it back in a pony, so you can see um, don't mind me if i i did shave my armpits yesterday, so i did make a mistake in a reel the other day, Where i did not shave my armpits, so i had to be creative with sticker placement. Okay, so you can see like how the hair comes up and it looks pretty natural there on the i'm making sure and i'll just turn around. So you can see so and it's it's like this wig is a lower density than their other wigs. So it does not feel like a lot of hair in this pony in the back i'll just turn around all the way. So there you go, so i think what else i want to do and you can see this is my own hair right here, because i did cut out those ear tabs. So i feel, like it just looks a little more natural right there. So i think, with the other customization i do want to do is i would like to get it professionally face framed and then it'll be totally perfect, but i love without the ear tabs. It'S so easy to put your hair behind your ears um. It'S just very light um. I usually just wear it down because i just have never had hair like this, so i just feel like. Why should i because my with my topper, i always wore my hair back, because your bio hair has to always really match your topper hair or it separates weird, and things like that, so i just always felt self-conscious and i always had it back in a pony, But so with this i just love it down. I could do cute hairstyles like with it like half up which i've done um, it's just so gorgeous so anyway. Thank you so much for watching this video again. This is my very first wig review. So please be kind if i did not cover certain things or say the right things, but we're friends right welcome to my bedroom. This is where i will do all my reviews. ArmindaHeart: Hi! I found your video while researching Milano wigs! Nice to meet you. I actually own a Milano with European hair (with balayage) but it only lasted maybe 4 months before the wefting started to come undone and it became a horrible mess at the back over the rest of the year before I ordered from another company. The hair also tangled quite a bit at the nape. Like you, I’ve been wearing wigs since I was a child, 8 to be exact, and I’m 38 now. I’ve been wearing high quality human hair wigs for over 30 years. I loved all the options and ease of buying from Milano and had such high hopes for my first wig! The color job is beautiful! And I love their silicone cap because it grips to my completely bald scalp. I want to try another wig from them but I’m so worried about it falling apart again and I’d have to spend money on another wig. I can make my wigs last a couple years usually, wearing one one at a time. Maybe I should buy two to help longevity? Annnyyywaaay! Lol! How do you like your Milano? Is it holding up? How long have you had it? How’s the hair quality, etc? Would love for you to make more reviews on your Milanos in the future! I had a consult with a Follea wig salesperson and was told the wig I want is $6600! Uhhhh what?! Lol! Take care ✌️
