Hey yo welcome back to the hair I wear for wigs by Patti's pearls calm. I am Lauren and I'm gon na be showing you a wig from genre knows: newest 2019 spring collection. This is kaya and I am so excited to try this piece on I've. Seen so many amazing pictures on Instagram of ladies wearing this wig and looking absolutely beautiful, I will tell you the fibers and the synthetic piece feel so good, there's so much swish eNOS to this piece, and it just looks so natural, even just right out of the Box, I absolutely love the way this is looking. I am showing you color, 12 FS 8, which is one of John Arno's, most popular blonde pieces. It is a rooted piece and it has a warmer kind of honey tone blonde and then it has. These lighter blonde pieces running through it to give you a beautiful natural and dimensional. Look. Alright, let's talk about the measurements of this piece. It has a little bit shorter bang in the front, which is gon na, be great, with all this length, to kind of give it some layer and loosen up any bulk. So this is about a 10 and a half inch bang from the crown down. It is 16 inches, the nape is 16 inches down, the sides are 15 inches and overall, this is a 5 ounce piece which is not bad for all of this hair. It is very long, so 5 ounces is pretty lightweight for this long of a piece. Alright, the top are sorry the cap construction. It has a mono top and a lace front. This is part of John Reno's smart lace series. Now the lace on these types of wigs. They do a special technique when they crisscross the fibers of the lace. They use a special bonding technique at the intersection of those fibers, so if you were to cut it or if it were to be damaged in any way the lace wouldn't unravel like it would with a normal race from so they did a great job on that Lace design: this has a velvet nape with some velcro tabs for adjusting, and then it has velvet ear tabs that are adjustable to get a nice snug fit now the fibers and this are hand tied. So it's gon na give you great movement and a natural look. All right, I'm gon na go get her out, so you can see what she's all about be screen shot ready here are all the details on genre knows: kiya be still my heart. I love you kiya you're, so pretty! Oh, I love this piece. It'S beautiful! Absolutely beautiful, I'm gon na go out on a limb and say I've worn a lot of genre, no pieces, toppers and wigs, and I have never felt their fibers feels so good. Is this piece right here? I don't know if they've changed it up. I don't know if it's the newness of this piece, I don't know what it is, but the fibers on this piece feel absolutely amazing. It'S so soft and squishy. It just feels different than a typical genre, no synthetic piece from what I've seen and worn. So the fibers just no feel amazing on this kiya wig. I absolutely love the density of it. I'Ve worn Zara before and that was one of their they've, been there a longest synthetic piece back three years ago when I was wearing it, and it was definitely bulkier. Like I felt like on the cap, it stood out and felt that kind of gave it like a helmet II look, but this does not give that look at all. This is very natural. There'S no bulk on the sides. It'S just so well done. I just absolutely love and adore this piece. Okay, this color is the 12 FS 8, which is one of their most popular blondes. It is routed and then it has some darker kind of warm blonde running through it, and then it's highlighted with this beautiful light blonde. So it's actually underneath here it's showing up the blondest. I don't know how I feel about that. One light streak kind of running on the bottom out of that's specific to this, the color placement on this piece or, if that's just the way, the 12 FS 8 is going to to turn out in all of the pieces. But it is a little odd how it's really light right here, underneath if I were to put it behind my ear, it blends better. You know if I don't have it behind my ear like that, but just note if you're gon na pull it back, you're gon na see that really light blonde streak. Okay, so these bangs, I played with them a little bit before I started the video I had it parted in the middle and it looked really cute, but I typically wear my part on the left side going to the right. So I move the part over and it just went right over it's falling in my face a little, so you could always generate some heat with your hands and mash it on the knots to kind of train them to go in one direction or, if they're driving. You crazy, you could just get a little bobby, pin and just pin it back. Give you a beautiful look like this. Wig is just really it's really long, but it feels really good. I really like how it gets longer. You know it's not super bulky up top. So as that tapers off in length down here at the bottom, it's not it's not the thickest down here, but because it's not really bulky up top, it doesn't give it an unbalanced look. So I think they did a great job balancing the length from the top down to the ends. Let me show you the lace front here they did a great job, pull it down over my widow's peak. I have a few hairs in there, so it's not the cleanest video of it, but this is where the lace is it's laying flush to my head and the knots are a little darker because it's rooted, but it's not super super noticeable. John Marino does a good job with their knots, so you could train the synthetic piece to kind of go up and away from your face a little bit if you wanted to get some more lift up top and there's lots of styling options, because this is such A long piece you could do a sideways ponytail, you could do straight back. You could do a little twist here in the front and twist it back into a side. Ponytail I mean the options are just limitless with this piece. I just absolutely love it. Okay, let me give you a 360 know where my chair down here. Alright care for her is going to be really easy. Just gently pick through with a wide tooth comb just know that long synthetic pieces do tangle easier than shorter pieces, especially at the neck, where it's going to rub against your shoulders and your neck. So just be aware that it is gon na be a little more tangley and you're gon na have to work through it pry a little more than a shorter piece, but if you're, just gentle with her, she should last you a good long. While all right definitely two thumbs up for kaya, I absolutely adore her all right. If you need her in your life and you do head over two weeks by Patti's pearls, calm the manufacturers genre. Now the style is kaya. I will see you guys next time.

Lori M: Omg!! I’m in LOVE!! I’m currently wearing Robin by Noriko in Almond spice.. I love the “Robin “ so much I have her in 4 different colors.. but seeing this wig Kaia is a must have.. I can’t wait to go look up what colors this comes in!! Great video!! :)

Faith Vogel: You are beautiful in this! To me it looks like a less layered Miranda. Also a gorgeous wig. I can picture this one in Palm springs blonde on you as well. Thank you for doing this review. It's so helpful!

Tami Fischer: So cute and soooo natural looking!

annaiviken: Love your first wig/topper. ❤️

Sarah Wathen: Can you recommend something similar but shorter? I'm looking for a more dense with w/o all of the permatease/bulk in the top but shorter than this. I'm considering getting this one and cutting it? Idk...any recommendations? I love the Jon Renau Palm Springs Blonde so hoping to stay w/the Jon Renau line.

JerseyKanna: I've never worn these higher end wigs. Is it really a noticeable difference to $80 synthetic wigs? I really want one, how is the shine when you're out in natural lighting?

Staci Heart: That is weird about the blonde streaks. I have several Jon Renau wigs in this color and none of them have that.

Lisa Brown: Is Zara the wefted cap version of Kaia? Is there a more inexpensive version of Kaia in Jon Renau?

allykatt1849: Wow!

mrs Fernandez: What is the name of the wig you were using before with the brown color?

Christi Meyer: Is that a topper or a wig?

Debbie ForHim: One thing I always notice with women that review wigs - they tend to play with it and kind of straighten it out in the process and smash it down, possibly not even realizing they are doing that during the video. Anyhoo, I would love to see it fuller, not messed with - to get a sense of the style. The fingers running through it make it very flat, vertical and straight, removing body.

Rachel June: CANT HEAR ANYTHING YOU ARE SAYING
