Trying On Unicorn Wigs! | Rockstar Wigs Unicorn Collection Wig Review

Hey guys today, we are going to be reviewing a brand new collection from Rockstar. Wigs and I am super super excited because I feel like it's just been a really long time since Rockstar has put out a new line like a new collection. It'S been a while any when they finally dropped a new line. It is a unicorn wig line so perfect. For me, it's perfect for me, it's perfect for you guys, probably so I'm super super excited to show you guys these. Today'S full disclosure, if you are new here, I do work with Rockstar wigs. I have modeled for them for about six years, probably a long time, and I do iron Commission when you use my eyelid this one here, but that is not going to affect how I review these wigs. Have I look at them my thoughts and opinions on them? You could buy them or not. You could use my code or you can skip it. You can use one of my friends, codes, hope, ease code. I don't care what you do. I don't care if you buy them. I just wanted to show them to you because I feel like they may be of interest to my fellow cutesy pastel audience you guys also with unicorn, wigs or any quakes that have anything built in like ears or horns or anything like that. I always want to see a review first to make sure that they will indeed stand up on their own or if you have to pull any weird like bobby, pin business to make it work. So I wanted to show you guys what these are like in real life. My boo is squished it. So today we're gon na take a closer look at the new Rockstar wigs unicorn. Are they just called unicorn hold on? I should know this. I should know this. Yes, they are literally just called unicorns Rockstar, wigs unicorn, all right, so normally I would start with the packaging, but that is kind of a unique situation to me and my job with Rockstar wigs is that I shoot the packaging. So when I get these wigs like months in advance, they don't come in the boxes that you guys get because they don't exist yet they don't exist without my face. But I assume that these wigs would come in these same boxes that all of the other wigs come in. Let me show you why hold on this is what the boxes usually look like. They have a picture on the front of whatever the wig is, but then it has the name up on the top alternate picture and it back view and then the back side has a window that you can see the wig through. That'S what the boxes look like. So I don't know for sure, but I'm assuming that it comes in the same box. I would be surprised if they have special packaging just for the Unicorn wigs de novo, so the Unicorn that collection it looks like on their website. They have released three colors when I shot these wigs for the packaging. I shot five colors, so I think I don't know um if they're gon na be releasing more colors of this or if they just scratch them all. Together, I have no like. I don't do any part of that with Rockstar wigs. I don't make the rules, they are $ 60, each that could be discounted with my code, though, which I think right now is 10 %, but I would imagine that code will bump up for the holidays. You want to like risk waiting until Black Friday, we'll probably have a code. Christmas see we'll probably have a code, but I guess we'll start with these three that are out now, which is the pastel layer, rainbow layer and pastel mix. Okay, this one is my favorite. It is the pastel mix, and this one has been on display up on my shelf of cute things, since I got it because these colors are just like they super fit in with my room and with my aesthetic. So it's like perfect for me, but let's get in to the details of the unicorn wicks. So here is the length and style of the wigs it's nice and long. It has all of these layers that, like flip out, they have little pushes at the end. I love all of these layers down here, but this shortest layer, I'm not super into. It, feels like it's just a little bit too short like. If it was like that long, I think it would go into these little swooshes a lot better. I just feel like this: top layer is a little bit too short. The blend out of these colors I feel like, is totally perfect. It'S like a very cotton candy wig, you can have your blues and you have your Pink's, but then you also have the purple that is blending them together. So it's not like a harsh looking blend or anything that and then the horn. Of course, let me show you what it looks like inside, so even when the wig is completely hollow, like I'm not supporting this in any way, the horn still sticks up the ears still stick up like it sticks up better when it has your head, like filling It out, but even without that, it's like these absolutely do stand up on their own, which was one thing I was super nervous about when I first heard that unicorn wigs were coming our way, I was like. I really hope that these do stand up by their side, their selves themselves, and they absolutely do in these ears they're, so cute, and these ears, I feel like are perfect. Ears are another place that you can go wrong really easily, but these are like filled and they're, poofy and they're really really cute. You can see how thick they are and they're like squishy they're like little pillows, so they just look really really cute because they're not just flat like when you wear like a headband that has horns and ears and a lot of times they're. Just like little. You know pieces of paper or something these are like filled out. Poofy ears like you, would find on a stuffed animal and the horn is the same way. It'S like it's squishy, like a stuffed animal. The ribbon that goes around it comes out of the top of the horn, and then it goes back under to the bottom. I think it's sewed in place along the seam on the back side. So while it can move around a little bit, it's not going to like completely roll all the way up to the top or all the way down to the bottom, because it is attached in place on the back. The inside of the cap is really not that much different than all of their other wigs. It has like a circular cap, and this is where the horn is supported, and I can't even really tell inside the cap where the ears are. I can feel them. One of them is right here, but there's not any like clear indication on the inside where the ears are attached. Oh also, the ears, the fabric of the ears and the horn are like a super glittery silver. I know the word is not a holographic, but I love to say it just because it makes everyone in the comments so mad. So look at holographic. Basically, the glitter is like rainbow color, depending on how the light hits it. I know it's not called holographic. I just like to do it to make people mad because it's so easy to make people mad on YouTube. Ok, let me show you how this looks on a human head more specifically about human head. Let'S put it on my glasses, it is so cute. Let me lose these glasses without really doing anything. This horn is standing up. The ears are so adorable. I think the placement of the ears are perfect. They'Re in like just the right spot, as I was saying earlier, I feel like ears can go horribly wrong. These ones are perfect, they're, so thick, I feel like my alpacas would approve of these ears. They'Re cute, the ears and the horn are not detachable, so this is explicitly a unicorn wig. You can't just have this like pastel blend on its own, so it's much better for, like it, cosplay a comic-con type thing rather than like an everyday wig go into the mall, although that's someone who often wears Keigo's out that have things attached to the head, Who Am I to judge you wear whatever you want? If you want to be a unicorn at the mall, you be a unicorn anthem ha! Oh my gosh. This would look so cute in pigtails. I need a hair tie. Oh my gosh, so cute. I didn't think that this could get any cuter. Ok, actually, oh my gosh. I like it even better. Now how cute are these little pigtails with this? It'S okey excited. I haven't put it in pigtails before right now, and it is a hundred times cuter in pigtails. I think it like kind of gets rid of that weird short layer, and it actually just makes it perfect. I just need to put like some pastel little bows over these hair ties and it would just be the cutest little unicorn. I would love to see like your unicorn o'seas. I actually don't know that many unicorn characters like from the shows and movies that I watched. So if you know any characters that are perfect to cosplay with these wigs definitely leave them in the comments and like bounce ideas off of each other, so cute. So this one that I'm wearing is a blend meaning all of these colors are blended together and then they also have to release that are layers so for the layered ones. We have the rainbow layer and the pastel layer and it's kind of weird okay, one of the unreleased ones is a rainbow like this, but blended like this and what's weird about it, is that I prefer the blend over the layers in the pastel one. I think the stacking of the pastel accentuates this short layer and it looks like a hat on top of a pastel wig, but for the rainbow wig I prefer the layered wig to the blended wig, it's easier to see all of the colors. It reads more like an actual rainbow, like you: have your red orange, yellow, green blue, indigo violet, you got your boy G bit, but then in this one you have all of your colors. It looks more just like a brightly colored like skittles wig, rather than like a clear rainbow again now using the horn as a pointer. It clear rainbow this one actually reminds me of hair that I used to have when I had my rainbow hair, which was impossible to keep up kind of a nightmare. Sheree is a saint's. I love using these horns as pointers extensions of my hair. I have much fun with these unicorn horns. I feel like this week was weird in this pastel outfit, but I have just the outfit to go with this wig hold on. Oh my god. I wish I had this shirt when I shot the packaging for this wig. How perfectly adorable is this shirt with this wig? I feel like it's Rainbow. Brite meets unicorn, someone make it happen or like if Rainbow Dash became a unicorn this shirt. This looks adorable. This colorway, I believe, was designed with the idea of wearing it to Prai and literally, could there be a more perfect look to wear to pride? I don't think so. Oh I love it. Oh, let me show you what it looks like from the back. Your neckline. Hey okay, so I will put the mix one on now to you just so. You can see what it looks like in case. They ever do really sit. It is so cute. It is super super cute. This one is so adorable, but if you want this one the skittles blend either I would watch their Instagram they'll, probably post when it comes out - or you know, just keep an eye on the website to see. If this one ever like comes to life as a little rainbow unicorn mix, I can't wait to see what you guys do it alright and we're back to pastel this one. I just don't know I don't really like it. I don't like this blue layer on top. I just this the length of this is so awkward. I feel like this blue layer is the length of when you've cut your hair really short or you like, shaved, your head or whatever, and then you're growing your hair back outs. This is that, like awkward in-between length having the blue, a separate color just like super highlights the weird length of this layer. I don't like it it's weird. I definitely prefer the mix of the pastel, it's okay, okay, so I've discovered why I like the layered rainbow, but not the layered pastel. The pastel needs more colors. The rainbow has like six colors and the pastel. It has half that amount. So the layers are like really obvious and chunky. I would prefer more of a gradient for pastel like if there was like a mint layer, maybe like a pastel yellow, that's my preference, and that is the clear difference between these two to me. This one, I believe, was designed with Mardi Gras in mind, and I can totally see that I think this would be a great Mardi, Gras wig. This is another one of the unreleased ones. I was wondering why I liked this one better than the layered pastel one. I don't like it, but I kind of feel like the layers on this one like this purple layer is definitely not the same length as the blue one. Why I'm so confused right now, this one is like a bob, and this one is like a bowl cut. Why aren't they the same? I don't understand, but I like this one better, I feel like we need some purple lipstick, real, quick. This is like the perfect lip color for this wig. By the way, if you want that information, it is mixes liquid, suede Ain run. The world I like /, you're daydreaming about what I would do like elaborate body paints with these wigs. It would be so cool but yeah, that is the unicorn wig collection. Obviously, this one's not out yet right now the pastel blend, the pastel layered and the rainbow layered yeah are the three that are available on Rockstar Wacom. My code is Alexa, 10, music or don't. My final thoughts are that I love the horn and I love the ears. I think they are perfectly stuffed and squishy ears are like just the right size and just the right place in just the right amount of like plushie. I'M impressed that the horn stands up, not wild about the layers, but I think they look really really cute in pigtails. I think it would be a perfect way to wear to a comic-con.
