Butta Lace Unit 18 | Lace Wig Review And Install

Hey youtube: fam. Welcome back to another video in this video. I am going to show you guys the butter lace butter unit 18. This is in the flamboyage chocolate. It is virtually undetectable hd lace um. You can use heat up to 350 to 400, it's 100 premium. Fiber, so not too too much heat. You want to burn it off. Okay, so i already had my old cornrow braids on and now i'm just adding the bald cap. So i can go ahead and use my bold hold liquid gold. So i can glue down my bald cap, so guys remember to cut the your ear holes in your bald cap. I forgot to i'ma remember later though, but yeah so right now, you'll see me using the liquid gold from boldhold. This is new. I got this from the beauty supply store. I'Ve been using it, it's pretty good, pretty good, pretty good, so yeah guys. So when i finally did remember that i needed to cut the ear holes, i had to go ahead and go in with more bold hold liquid gold gel, so yep and my ears got caught onto the bald cap. So so this is how it looks like when it's hard, so it's hardened and it's dried. So now i'm gon na go ahead and remove the excess bobcat. I cut it in sections and then i'm going to use a eyebrow razor to remove the excess, bald cap. So, with the back, i'm not gon na do anything with it again. This is not like it's human hairs. This is not a human hair wig. It'S like just the way that i bought from beauty supply store. Usually, if i'm gon na do it like, like you, keep it on for long, then i would sew the back of the cap, but i'm just gon na leave this on for a week and pretty much it. I just wanted to show you guys how the wig looks like okay, so i am going to use my face powders. I use two different types of face: powders well, two different type of colors um they're, both from ruby kiss, but sometimes i mix them together depending, but i'm just going to use the darker one. This one is how the light lighter one looks on me, but i think that's number 15, ruby kisses number 15. Rl15. Something like that and now i'm going to go ahead and try on the number 16.. The number 16 looks way better right guys. Yeah number 16 looks better, so that's the one i'm going to go ahead and use. I don't worry about the edges of the bald cap because once i add glue it's gon na lay, it's gon na lay really good. Then i'm gon na go ahead and add the powder on my wigs lace in the front, because this is just a lace front wig. So i add the powder so that way it can match up real good okay. So this is the lace after i powder it. This is how it looks like okay, so, with this lace front wig, it says that it is a blends with most skin tones, which i agree. It'S ear to ear lace with a wide five inch deep hand, tied parting area. I don't like the parting area on this wig. I could have made it a little bit wider, but i don't got time for that and then there's pre-plucked with baby hair. It is pre-plucked, but it could have been. I could have plucked it more because it kind of looked a little bit too much um on the hairline. The hairline looks a little bit too much and then i'm just going to go ahead and add the bold hold glue. I don't know if i'm going to do baby hair because i'm not good at baby hair, i might do it off camera, but i'm not really good at baby hair, but i'm using the bold hold glue the bold hole glue. I love this glue. I don't like ghost spawn ghost bun, i don't know for most people, it works for me it doesn't work, it burns, my skin. I don't know if it's too strong for my skin, but the bold hold is really good um. I can even use it like. I could be sweating, this glue holds so good, so i would go with the bold hold the gold spawn. I don't know, has i don't know if anybody had any allergic reactions to go spawn, but i did and it was not fun so yeah. I will add two layers. I use two layers but like if i'm going to keep my wig on for longer, i will use three layers, not ebay. No, not you! I'M doing my youtube, video, i'm recording. I can't do no youtube video, no recording with my daughter or my husband around, because they tend to make so much noise, but i add at least two layers. I do it in sections sometimes, but with this one i just added the glue and then i let it dry clear once it dries clear. I add another layer and then i'll go ahead and add my wig. So this is the reason why i said in the beginning that i'm not worried about the the end part of the gold cap. You could tell as soon as you add that glue it lays it lays really good. It looks like my skin, and here i am adding my second layer of glue and then i'm going to wait for it to clear and then that will be it and i'm gon na go ahead and glue down my wig. So i don't know for everybody. I put my lace on different: everybody puts their their lace on different everybody. Do their own thing, i'm not a professional. I just know how to go down my lace. I do it my way, but just a tip, glue down your wig before the glue, not after the glue. I say so because i made this mistake before and it was a mess. It was a big mess, so just glue your wig before the glue, not after the glue, because then you're gon na have to clean up the glue. So so i cut the excess lace in sections because it works better. For me, that's how i've learned to do it, because, when i used to just cut it off not in sections it just was, it was just it ruined the lace in the front, sometimes for me, so that's why i do it in sections okay. So this is how the lace wig looks like once. I'M done, cutting the excess lace, it's so nice. I really do like the color. The color is so pretty flamboyant chocolate. It'S a mixture of like a little copper dark brown with like an orange tint. It'S so pretty it looks really good. I don't like the middle part of the the parting is just i don't know it's just too thin. I went ahead and did my baby hairs off camera because that would be too painful to watch. I already don't know how to do baby hairs and then to watch it. No, so i did it off camera tied my um, my hairline, and then i went ahead and proceeded to do my makeup. So no guys, i'm not good at makeup either. I love makeup. I play around with makeup: i'm learning i'm still learning. I can at least do my eyebrows, though i don't wear makeup every day. I wear it whenever i'm going out definitely going out today, so don't really do much powder. Eyeliner eyebrow, add my lip gloss. Sometimes i do matte lipstick. I don't do much makeup like that, all the time just once in a while, especially when i'm going out, but then, if it's like a huge event like a wedding or a dinner party, i would definitely book my makeup artist and definitely get my makeup done. Okay guys, so this is the finished look baby hairs on points, the so-called baby hair, but this is the hair. I don't want to put too much heat on it because it's synthetic, i don't want to burn it, so i did already straighten it out a bit, but this is the the finished. Look. It'S really cute. I can put it out in a ponytail if i want put it out in a ponytail. If i want to um it looks good. It looks really good. This hair is really pretty. I like the color. The color is so cute, it's the color. For me. It'S cute, so i'm probably gon na leave this on for like a week and that's it, but the color is so pretty. Oh, my god, i love the color.
