Hey everybody welcome back to taz's weight closet at wig studio, one i'm here to present a brand new style by noriko. This is called emery in the color melted marshmallow. All the details on this new style coming up emery is a short voluminous. A-Line bob style cut brand new for noriko for 2020.. It'S in the color melted marshmallow. I purchased this style with my own buns from wig studio, one. We invite you to shop at wig studio, one. If you expand the description box below the video you'll find a link so that you can check out more details and pricing on this style. If you have any question for us contact support at wigstudio1.com, melted marshmallows starts with a light sandy brown. It'S pretty easy to see all of that beautiful sandy brown shade in there it's heavily highlighted with an ash, platinum and so that ash platinum is blended all throughout, but it does culminate in a solid platinum tip, and so it does appear kind of like an ombre Color, because what you're going to see is that that medium brown root is very long, so the transition from that medium brown into that light, sandy brown and then those solid ash, platinum tips, kind of make it look like an ombre, and it's really. It really is neutral, leaning, cool in tone, beautiful color. You really have to love a long dark brown long medium to dark brown root to love it on this style, because you're going to part this and there's a little bit of longer fringe and it's kind of straight, so that transition is very obvious on a style Like this, so emery has a seven inch front piece here, so i'm about six and a half inches from the hairline to my chin. So that should stretch just past my chin and then in the back about a 6.3 inch crown. I argue that a little bit and i'm going to talk to you a little bit about the kind of the general structure of this style in a moment where that comes into play. Uh there's some layering here on the sides and then there is a two and a half inch nape. I think the nape is ample length to cover up most hairlines and all of that layering just kind of sweeps forward to really punctuate this angle. So this also has a lace front and a left monofilament side part. Let'S get up close, it's a feature that we all want to know about and for the money we want to know that it's something that we're going to like and enjoy so on this lace front i give it meaty, i give it a medium grade. Okay, so the things that i don't like about it are that it's a thick material, it's kind of crunchy to the touch. It'S not soft and pliable. It'S a bit shiny. Looking when you look at it from underneath and the knots that they use are fairly thick and then that uh, that monofilament lace runs all the way back to the crown, delivers a nice natural, looking part line there and that's about an inch to an inch and A half parting space, so i think that it's it's nice, but it's not as nice as some other brands that i can think of so maybe noriko will start improving their lace fronts a bit you're going to find a lot of thick heavy pillowy permatease all around That lace in the back very little at the nape and a modest amount there at the at the ear tab. So most of it's going to be there at the top. Just around that lace, that's going to be able to give you the option of creating some really voluminous looks. So, let's talk about other similar styles for a moment, because when i put when i first put this on, i thought. Oh, this looks like jon renau's ignite and it really does from the front uh jon renau has about an eight inch piece. This is seven um, but it hangs the same way and has the lace front and so forth and then, rather than having a longer crown and a beveling in the back, is just a straight taper it'll taper down all the way to the nape. Now to me that can give you kind of a flat back look taking all that into consideration. I would now compare this style to something like the gabor sheer elegance. If you have never seen that style, i think i have a review on it um, but it has that longer front, but the back is more similar to the sheer elegance and maybe even the logan style by tony of beverly than it is the ignite. If you like ignite, this would be an amazing sister style for ignite and ignite. Just has a lace front, no monofilament lace part. So this would give you that extra added realism right there at the part, here's an inside look at the cap for noriko's emery. There'S that monofilament lace feature single unit runs temple to temple, but does not extend back into the ear tab seamlessly back into a left. Monofilament lace part. There'S a nice wide mouth there for parting. You will notice that the grid is a little bit thicker than some and the knots are a little bit thicker as well. It'S it's a very scratchy material and ever so slightly shiny. There'S a velvet covered ear tab. Nice amount of fiber spliced in some sturdy stays an extended velvet nape with bra strap type adjusters. Now this is average size right out of the box. I believe it could be adjusted to fit a petite average up to average large, so this style is right out of the box. I gave it a shake, i applied it and i really did some picking and fluffing and that permatease, just to kind of set these fibers free. I did do a little bit of heat from my hand, maneuver to keep that out of the eyes this particular style likes to swoop in over the eyes, with those that longer kind of a curtain fringe effect there. So you'll probably want to either use some styling or some training to keep that out of the eyes my reader glasses fit nicely between the ear and the ears have on this style. I think there's just a modest amount of permatease in that area. Um and i'm getting a secure fit between the ear and the ear tab, so i think i'll play around this with this style. Just to give you some ideas for it: styling for emery and work with those lace features a little bit. Everybody have a wonderful day, we'll see you next time on taz's wig closet at wig studio, one, you

Jennifer Steele: Great review! Thank you for going into so much detail and giving your honest opinions instead of giving every wig a rave review. Your honesty and candor is appreciated so much!

Brenda Baum: Thank you for the detailed and truthful review. I love some Noriko styles that have been workhorses in my wig life like Sky and Reese, however it’s my opinion that Noriko needs to work on their lace fronts. Combining those fibers that never seem to wear out with the current demands for lace fronts and mono parts had resulted in a beautiful wig that’s a pass for me.

Sheri Palmer: Really appreciate your honest review. I hope Noriko will watch this and make some adjustments. I think you speak for many of us.

allykatt1849: Thanks for your review, Taz! I love the color and the contrast with the dark root but the overall style just looks too poofy, helmet like, and just plain wiggy for my taste.

Maranda Rock: I just love watching you. I think u flatter not only the style, but the time you take to really dig into a style brings it to life for me! Based on ur reviews, I can now choose a style based on how it fits you, and of course ur awesome explanation about its features. Ur worth more than a million in by book Taz!!! Recently saw EW brand wig “Dance” on a European site, have you seen or heard of this style? Do you know if it’s new? It really reminds me of a shorter version of January and with less cap features. I’d like to request a review from you if you have an opportunity, with ur thoughts on it. It looks pretty but haven’t seen any reviews on it. Thanks again!

Holly Kurtz: You look beautiful as always. I wish that Noriko had made this a standard wig since the lace front isn’t a good one. I love the color and style on you! Thanks so much Taz!

Judy Bennett: I appreciate your honest assessment of this flattering wig. The dark root is a bit long and would have considered getting this wig but would be more attractive with blond highlights closer to the face. If Noriko wants to stay in this competitive market, they need to pay more attention to the details and quality especially when the consumer has similar wig choices. Just sayin'.

Patty Carosi: Very pretty on you Taz! The dark root seems to me just a little to long but still very pretty wig. Always love your honesty about the wigs. This cap I agree with you looks to be a little scratchy in the front. Thank you Taz

Front Porch Wig Chat: I was hoping you would review Emery! Reminds me of Ignite (writing as the video starts so you may say that). Cute!! The lace front sure gives me pause, of course. ~Cyn

AJ Row: Cute style! Emery looks like Reese! I’ve been wondering what the Melted Marshmallow looked like. Thanks Taz!

Amy Rutherford-Close: Love the cut-prefer a smoother transition from the rooted area.Love the sweater your wearing outside - brand?

Billie Fox: I really like this one. I think it is one I will buy. I always liked my bio hair cut like this.

Dede Vaughn: That color makes it look more natural. Thats how your hair does when you keep it colored. The ends get inevitably lighter!

Jennifer S: A very honest review. Thank you! Very pretty on you. Love the color too! The bump on the crown of the Noriko wigs (I have Jackson and another one I can't remember the name of) is not flattering on me at all. They fibers are very nice I think though.

Sharon L: Love you and love your reviews, Taz. This wig not so much I think Nima is much more stylish and pretty.

Sandi Peiffer: Oh Taz! A)you said my name again. and B) I LOOOOOVE that color (and style) on you!!! I love that it has some brunette but your usual color going down.

Sandra G. McAlister: Good morning Taz, really cute wig i especially love this beautiful color. Just purchased a wig a few days ago, haven't received it yet and now I'm looking at this one, lol.... I'm guessing i could stop eating and wearing clothes, right? Lol...just kidding. But this one is so cute....thanks Taz for sharing these beautiful wigs with us!! Have a great day!!

10TOES: I think if a piece is going to have a mono part & with the added expense we want to see the part, on this wig you can’t and the lace front is a thumbs down. Noriko could’ve just made this with a basic cap. The melted marshmallow is a beautiful color but I love it better on longer hair.

C G: Love this color on other styles. Maybe cutting bangs on this one might help. I agree with other comments that the front isn’t appealing as is.

Valli S: This is a cute, no-fuss style. I like it! (Cute itty-bitty gray boots, too! lol)

Lisa LePage Lewis: Hi Taz,, love this style. Exrtra cute on you. I am a bit of a lace front snob. I am really trying for an angled cut with a stacking effect. Would love to find a wavy and straight sister wig team lol. Thanks for the lace front info on this. If I decide to try it I won't expect a great lace front.

swineinny1: This is the longest root on a wig I’ve ever seen! Looks lovely on you, Taz, but I’d categorize this one as a “fashion” choice. Honestly, the closeups of the front & part don’t look so great. Sorry.

Valerie Noyes: Sadly, from the moment you started filming, I couldn't get over how wiggy this is and how awful the lace front is. Hard pass.

Connect With Your Deck: Im' thinking looking at her that you can't even tell she has a mono top! The lace front front doesn't look that great - to me Noriko Cameron is a better buy - get her with a nice root like in nutmeg r or creamy toffee r and you'll have something very similar for half the price (I actually like the Cameron cut better there are more layers in the front.

Dede Vaughn: I wish hairdo had those beautiful colors. This wig isn't too far off their bob. It's a super cute cut, but I don't like the colors they have available. I guess they want you to pony up and buy a more expensive Raquel Welch or Gabor!

Debbie Perkins: Hi Taz, do you know of a sister wig to Noriko Jackson but with a lace front and possibly a hand tied mono top? I love all my RW & JR. But Jackson is Me. Thanks so much. Stay safe and I hope your son is doing well

Susan Petersen: Hi! I just saw an ad by Crown Wig Studio on Facebook for a Henry Margu with your video. Are you endorsing this store?

megan ryan: ❤️

TeaTime: Not liking the weird dark hairline in the front. Maybe the other colors are better.

Barb Raw - Back to Eden: True love style but not lace front not realistic enough.

Vivian Polner: Sorry, I think the front hairline looks wiggy.

Elliej11 J: Nice style but It really screams WIG

Suz: I like the style and the colour but don't like the way it sits at the front, at the parting but that's just my opinion, it does look scratchy, that would annoy me lol....It does look great on you though Taz but then again, what doesn't?! .....Love n hugs, xoxo

Uwe Eick: super haben sie auch Herren Perücken mit freundlichen Gruß aus Deutschland bei Düsseldorf
