Afsister | Diamond 13X6 Fake Scalp Bob Wig! @Shabelstyles (Full Install)

Take over hey girls at Armani be welcome back to my channel. Today, I'm doing a fun collaboration with AB sister wig. I will be reviewing their aging unit. This is one of their diamond, fake, scalp, wigs. It is a lace front. Bob. The lace is 13 by 6, it's 10 inches, the price is 1 $ 24.99. The density is 130 and this is an average cap. So we're gon na go ahead and jump right into styling. As you can see, this is not my hand, but I'll explain that in a bit just keep watching the first product we're gon na use is the Nairobi rapid shine, foaming lotion. This is just gon na keep the flyaways from the bob at bay. While we bleach the knots the products used to bleach, the lace are the Clara BW tube powder, Lightner extra strength and 30 developer. The consistency you're looking for is a very thick and pasty consistency. So when you're mixing it's good to use a one-to-one ratio, but if you feel like you need a little bit more powder, you can always add it in you. Just do not want your bleach to be running, you need it to be thick and pasty, as you can see here. A good way to measure out your cream developer is using your cap. If you don't want to pour too much and just take it slow and use the cap now we're gon na go ahead and mix this up until it's a nice, thick and pasty. Consistency like I said before. You need it to be thick and the reason behind that is because, when you apply it to the lace, you do not want it to seep through the lace and touch the hair. You do not want to over bleach your knots and you also do not want the bleach to get onto the hair and turn it that nasty orange color. Now we're gon na go ahead and apply the bleach to the lace. Very gently. Allow it to sit for about 15 to 20 minutes we're gon na rinse thoroughly with a neutralizing shampoo. Remember to apply very gently. You do not want to stuff the bleach onto the lace, because you do not want it to seep through the lace and get one to the hair. You just want to bleach that lace, not the hair, very light and gentle strokes. You know a more professional way. Would be to use a dye brush to apply your bleach to your lace. We did use a spoon which is a little bit ratchet, but we got the job done, so it doesn't really matter and we know what we're doing so. Here'S a close-up of the lace. You can actually see the stocking cap on the middle part, but we're just bleaching the outer parts where the edges are now after rinsing with the neutralizing shampoo, we're gon na go ahead and apply the wig, and now I can tell you guys about who this is Behind me, I have something new in the works for my channel. I will be working with my dear friend Shania. She is freaking hilarious. I'M gon na go ahead and insert her Instagram profile and her business profile as well. As you can see a few months ago, she was plucking some of the hair on the laced, to give it a more realistic. Look like I mentioned before in the beginning of this video this way does have an already sewn in stocking cap, so I don't even know why we did the ball cap method, but next we're gon na go in with a little bit of this, got to be Ultra blue to invincible, styling gel on the edges, and we are going to apply that lace now we're going in with the blow dryer on a low setting just to get the cap nice and tacky. Honestly. This was a very interesting kind of contraption. I must say it's very different: you don't need to put a stocking cap on your head because there's already a built-in stocking cap, but for the edges you still have to bleach the knots because the lace is not gon na really blend with your skin. So, in all honesty, although we didn't need a stocking cap, we still use the stocking cap method, because you want your edges to look seamless. You want your hairline to look very good. That'S the most important part of your weight. Your hairline now Shanna, is going in with a fine-tooth comb and she's, just rubbing the product into the lace making sure it's nice and stuff down now, she's gon na go in with a little bit of the got to be blasting free spray. It'S so funny to watch this video while I'm editing, because I was so hungry, I was chewing the dear life out of that gum. So I apologize if you have a pet peeve with people chewing gum, while they're getting their hair done. I was messing that gum. My stomach was growling. I was starving now she's going to wrap an elastic band around my lace, just to make sure it's melted, because that's exactly what we want and then she's gon na style, my hair with a flat iron. Because you want to make sure your bob is nice and bumped, and it's looking good and bouncy. You don't want any dents in your hair. You don't want it to look wow, you want it nice and neat and sleek. Look at me like you, can see the hunger on my face. All I'm thinking about is what I was gon na get for lunch so about the hair, because this is a review. The hair was very soft to the touch communication with AB sister wig is always great, because I've worked with them before. Honestly, I could have probably did this wig on my own. You guys know. I usually do simple wigs like this on my own, it's not a very intricate look but um. I was a little bit intimidated by the fake stocking cap, not gon na lie. I wanted to see how it was gon na look and SH, and I was there to help me so yeah big shout out to Shania she's, like the sweetest girl ever don't forget to follow her on Instagram. I was laughing because she is so funny as you can see, we're cutting the lace off and we're gon na get to the portion where we use the elastic band again, because we're gon na style with the baby hair doing a tad bit more plucking. I'M actually gon na do a side part for this look. I never really do side parts if you guys never noticed that you always ask me to do a side part, but I'm like nah. I, like my parts down the middle, but at this time I was feeling different going in with a little bit of holding spray in the hot corn. She is going to define my side part last but not least, we're gon na style, the baby hair. I'M not gon na forget to clip that in and also in my description box below now we're gon na go in with a little bit more of this holding spray right before we applied the elastic band. After applying the elastic band, we are going to cut the baby, hair, lay it down and it's going to be a loop. Obviously, the ends of the bob were a little bit spiky, so she went in with her scissors and she made it a blunt cut. This is a simple, minimal baby hair look so she's using a tad bit of the God to be invincible, styling gel and that's what she's, using to spook my baby hairs. Now that we're done with styling she's gon na go in with a tad bit of concealer. That matches my skin tone and she is going to make the part a little bit more defined. That is it for this look.
