Fake Scalp 3 Part Closure Wig! | Donmily

Hey loves. Welcome back to my channel. I hope you guys are all doing awesome. So today's video is a collaboration with dawn, maylie hair and they were kind enough to send me their three-part closure. So i'm going to show you guys the um construction of the inside later on um, please find how the inside looks right now this is the wig after i took it down um so yeah! That'S why there's all like makeup and glue everywhere, but it's kind of like a fake scalp wig. So you don't get much lace allowance, but you do get like a scalp-like material on the inside to you know, create the illusion of a scalp. Now this unit comes with combs and also an adjustable strap. So, as you can see, this is how much lace allowance you get. It does look like a frontal, but it is not a frontal guys. You can only part this wig in three ways. So the middle part, the left side part and the right side part you can't even like part in between the partings, if that makes sense, as you can see in the video anyways, so it's a one way: type of wig, middle or left or right side, part Which is not a problem i feel like for some people. This is their thing and i love how like companies are diversifying these days and just trying to make those this whole, like frontal closure thing more convenient, um, so yeah. So i went ahead to cut off the lace and you would notice that later on in the video um, especially on the sides, my lace was kind of like lifting and that's because you do not get much lace allowance to like leave edges for the middle part And for like the parting space, actually you can lay it down. The hairline is pretty natural, but for the sides you can't exactly do much about that, so um just to put that out there. This is not a frontal um. You may not enjoy this unit. If you decide to like lay it as a frontal, so just rock it as a middle middle part or like a side part if that makes sense so onto the specs of this unit. Like i mentioned earlier, it's from don millie, hair and um. It'S in 22 inches, and it's also in the body wave texture. This hair is actually 150 density. However, i feel like it's 180 like it, definitely feels very full, and can i just say that i absolutely love how the texture of this hair is like she's, very soft, and she feels like a really good quality as well, and she is super full. So yeah like this unit, i actually really do love it. I'M still trying to figure out the whole three parts closure thing and the fake scalp. Besides that, i really do love this unit, and this unit is currently 250 dollars. Um the exact same length in this video is 250 dollars. Just so you guys know that so after laying her down um the sides weren't lifting at this point, so i didn't even like really notice, so i decided to like part the um hair i wanted to like braid it. So you guys can see the defined part um. It did take a bit of an effort to locate the pot, maybe because my mirror was like really low, so i had to keep looking down but um yeah. You have to be careful where you party, because if you part it the wrong way, you're not gon na find the part, so just be patient with it. Okay, once you get it trust me, it looks amazing, so i decided to go in with my flyaway tamer and also like my hot comb. Just so i could lay the hair properly and then going to our flat twist. The unit do so. As for the baby hairs, i feel like i was a little bit too dramatic, but um yeah, just just ignore that i think she looks cute anyways, so yeah focus on the beauty of this unit um. So after i did that i went to like flat twist and i repeated that on the other side, and then i also decided to go in with my curling wand, because um the unit had like a slight wavy texture to it. But it wasn't like anything defined and i didn't want to straighten it either. I just wanted to like add some like gorgeous beachy waves to her, so i went in with my um one curler. I did go in with a uh what'd. You call it what's this thing called heat protector. First of all, of course you don't want to burn the hair. However, i can say that this hair took to heat very well, like it curled up very beautifully and even after a day like the curls were still like popping. So that's definitely a plus for this unit and i didn't even straighten it first because you guys know how like, if you want your um unit to really curl up. You need to like straighten it and get out all the crinkles and all i didn't do any of that, and the curls were still absolutely gorgeous in terms of having a smell. This unit actually didn't have a smell. Um shipping to africa was also like relatively um fast. It came in, like i think, a week and a half, so that's not so bad. Considering it's like festive period so yeah it came like around christmas period. I know i'm filming so late. Forgive me guys, but yeah i decided to brush out the curls with my fingers and then a wide tooth comb just to like scatter the curls a little bit, and then i went in with foundation just for the middle to um, define the part and voila. That'S literally it guys like this hair is so pretty like she's, so so gorgeous. I love how the curls came out and i love the texture of those curls. So that's basically it guys.
