Weekly Vlog| New Wig Install | Self-Care Ideas + Smart Plate + Ulta Perfume Shopping

Uh [ Applause ], but before we get into the vlog, i of course need to install my hair for this week. This wig right here that i'm going to be installing today comes from af sister wig. You guys know that i'm back working out, so i made sure to choose a wig that would complement that lifestyle. This one right here is from af sister wig straight out the box. This is what it looks like is what it looks like um. This is a body wave texture. This wig is amazing. As far as the hairline, i have been requesting nothing but the natural hair lines because, like what's the purpose of even having the old hair lines where you have to pluck this wig does come with that super pre-plucked hairline, as you guys, can see they lightly bleach. The knots i'm not gon na go back and re-bleach the knots again today, just because i just feel like, like, i don't feel like it. We'Re gon na plop this one, i'm gon na, show you guys how to get like a 10 minute install without having to do anything to your wig. This is going to be very fast. Do the same method that you guys seen earlier this week with the even tinted, lace and also the housables, and you guys you guys, sold that product out like people went to amazon was like it's not here anymore. Look! I'M gon na try to find a link and repost it okay, for now i'm just going to go ahead and spray it inside of this cap, because i am not bleaching the knots on this wig. There is no purpose of me doing that right now, anyways. I have things i have to do today, so i don't have time i have someone tell me that they have a problem where, when they use makeup inside of their wigs when they go to wash their wig never comes out, especially if they make a mistake and Like use the wrong color, which i can understand, makeup is definitely hard to remove, so i would recommend just using the even tinted lace. This is what the knots are. Looking like now, the only problem i find with the even tinted lace is that it can spill over onto the hair. However, i find that as i'm starting to press out the hair with hot comb, it usually go away. I'M going to go ahead and add the silicone strips now, i'm not going to go over this again in today's video because you need to watch my previous video if you have not seen it on how to create this fake scalp. This is so easy and so convenient y'all that all i have to do is just place it in the cap and instantly we're going to have scalp no hard work, no, nothing and bam there. It goes right there, of course, because of the tinted lace. It'S a little ashy looking, but i'm going to fix that once i put on my head so hold on for one second, this is what it looks like [ Applause ]. So now this is a get out the door hairstyle you guys! You guys know if you guys can see, but these are super cute and i ordered me some new training shoes, because my last ones i felt like they was doing too much, but this whole outfit is made by puma. Well, the shirt is separately. Of course, the pants was one i will link them below you guys. These are so freaking cute. Like the only thing about it, i think i lost some weight because right here at the waist area, it's really loose. I'M concerned when i do my squats today that they're gon na slide down, and i don't want that to happen so got my neighbors staring at me. They think something ain't, no catch young getting money now all that they used to bother me be funny. Now, i'm about to cop another pendant with my last bag, how you got all them opinions with no assets, but it's cool. I guess i can be the bad guy cause they eating top ramen. In my pad thai, like gifts. No, i need my books. I thought i told them you got to put that up. Baby, it's okay, go! Take your bath! They'Ll! Take you back. I didn't eat anything before i went to work out and i feel like i feel like. That was a big mistake because i was a little slow today, but my energy was crazy, but i got me like an unsweetened tea and i put splenda in it. I mean zero calories for that sweetener. So it's all right. I'M about to show you guys a plate that i got through the mail because i feel like it's amazing, so you guys got to see it. Oh yeah, here's a better view of what i would have done. These pants are so loose. So when i was working out so you got ta, give you guys a little update. It was loose right here and i got them in a large, so it could be because i'm dropping weight that they are like that, but it still fits here. So i mean it's just this area here that when i was doing my workout i was like okay. I need to keep pulling my pants up like this, but rather than that i love these leggings so much they are super cute yeah. I may need to do a video and show you guys how to shop on amazon for quality items. I got my smart plate through the mail this. I actually found this on instagram you guys and i was like i have to give it a try. I know you guys if you're on instagram, pretty sure you've seen this advertised - maybe maybe not either, which way i'm here to give you guys my honest, unboxing review for this plate, because i was so curious to see. Let me not turn that way. I don't show you guys my address, but this is how it came. Oh god, you're kidding me. I do need the scissors open it up. Let me show you guys a straight out the box, and so one thing i did notice with this plate um. When you go to order it, you basically get the plate for free. However, you have to sign up for a um, so you sign up and you choose your subscription because at first i was a little confused. It comes in a box like this. I haven't opened it yet. So i wanted to open it with you guys because, like i said, i was curious about this place, so i was like. If you guys see me, you probably thought it was a scam or something so i know you probably would want to see everything too. So this is what the smart plate looks like and it's something like if you ever seen my fitness pal. I don't know if you guys ever seen my fitness pal, it's like my fitness pal, but on the plates because it actually, let me show you guys. This is what it looks like in the packaging. Then they have it in a box, so you sign up for the subscription and you have an app to go with the plates and inside of that app you'll be able to measure your food, and it can tell you if you're eating too much on your plate. It'Ll be like flash red all that stuff. So that's what excited me, because a lot of times when you try to plan your meals portion control is everything and even just using the other like app. I use my fitness pal even with them. I love that i'm able to track my calories and when you don't get your portions right, what you end up doing is eating more calories than you think, you're eating. So this plate is like a scale basically and calorie tracker. All in one, you guys can get the unboxing right, quick, okay, so let's unbox it. I love the packaging by the way the packaging is like really really good, so it's magnetic actually quality packaging. Let'S see is that a battery i give you a battery. Keep smart play in sight and within reach for every meal download the smart play app on your phone and connect the name of your device and create an account and set your goals. They have daily recipes. Oh the plate is so lightweight. Okay, let's see you get the top, so if you wanted to, i guess, travel. This is just their car smart plate and then it has instructions, an instruction guide and then the actual plate and as you guys can see they separate, i may have to do an update later and let you guys know how i'm loving this place. I'Ll, probably just come back another in another vlog and show you everything, but this is what the plate looks like and then, of course it is a scale. So the plate goes on top of the scale i'll come back later in this video to show you guys how it works. Everything'S set up as far as downloading the app, and you know, setting up my account uh. That'S what happened. You know it's gon na. Do that 500 calories? I burn a lot of calories in my workout, so basically it's the grilled cobb salad, i'm not going to eat these put those to the side, but the ranch. Let'S see what this is: yeah 300 calories just this ranch packet. Okay, so you have to pay attention to the calories. That'S inside of your sauce yeah, but i'm hungry and i burned off a lot of calories. I may go back and work out again later this evening. Just burn off a few extra because i want to really like really if i eat something big like this honestly, i'm not going to be hungry later yeah. I hope you guys can hear me. Ain'T cutting grass outside so, and i can also cut the calories on this in half by just eating half of the packet. Instead of the whole pack, just little things, you guys little things, grilled chicken, never fry, just grilled guys their ice is everything it's better than sonic ice shaking tomato. So i just remember i'm also taking well. It'S not really it's more like an appetite control. Um peels. The bio x4 i've started taking these probably like three weeks ago, maybe so i'll take it with each meal like a probiotic, and it also controls your appetite. We go, and i probably probably just wear some like boots they're gon na give me a couple of perfumes while i'm in here i think i like the chloe. It actually looks like we are out of that. So is that just the full size over there yeah! That'S just the full size and, what's the other one, she was trying to versace. Oh this one. This is a bright yellow. Sorry, i was probably a little close spraying it this one right. There yeah, i was gon na, say it's about the armani. Yes, it smells so good. I don't know it's either a one or a one point: seven, okay! So this one! I need to see if we're having about 40., so i get in the store, then i end up buying all these perfumes. You guys i spent so much on perfumes. Luckily, i got to save 20, so they did give me. Some free items also got an altar card. I wasn't expecting to do that, but i was like it was like you could say: 20 percent. I was like okay um, and i was looking at the total for all these perfumes and it was just like a lot. Okay. It was a lot i'm in the store right now i got to get something for dinner, but so many people was buying. Perfumes and perfumes have been really popular right now and i can see why, when i got my jimmy choo, i was like yes, this perfume is everything. So that's what made me go back to ulta and look at the perfumes while i was in there because i was like okay. If i like this one, let me try out some more because normally i'll get mine from bath and body works. I think yeah bath and body works and i love their scents, but i was like i kind of want to step it up a little bit step it up and see what you know if it's any other ones that i really like. So that's what i did and i actually found a few good ones. I did get an eyeshadow palette, it's a holiday palette um! Maybe i can show you guys a little bit of how to create a simple eyeshadow. Look because i'm very simple with my eyeshadow, i'm not out here trying to do a million steps if it gets the job done. That'S all that matters for me. Oh. She got a lot of kids, one, two, three, four, five, six, seven seven. She got seven kids y'all, i'm not doing the talk, but they all look about the same young age range or maybe they should be having like a play date or something. I told you guys, i will show you how i do this um, let's see if i'm listening, so i just download the app and it says to press the wayfood button on your smartplate to connect. So i'm gon na press where's the button who is it? Okay, try again, okay, so it's blinking! So now it says: congratulations! You are the owner of a new smart plate and then enter the name. So i'm just typing you press, okay, so female um, current weight. I'M going to hide this from you guys! Y'All! Don'T need to know all that right now. Oh i'm still embarrassing that it's a smart pleasure, smart plate. Well, that's my friend we're gon na. Let me eat okay, and then it asks for my target weights will just do wash my a little bit on my target way up. So as it says, how often do you exercise no exercise, light exercise, moderate exercise or heavy exercise? I would say moderate because i do about three times a week um, what food per se preference badge. Are you wearing? Okay, vegetarian vegan? Oh let's see i am, i really don't have a preference. It says what are the no-go areas in your diet? If you guys can see that i don't know, if i'll show it um, of course i don't eat no pork, except for pepperoni. Sometimes um. Hmm, it's crazy, because sometimes i do sugar and other times i don't, and sometimes i do beef but other times i don't. I can do no dairy whatever i can do. No dairy um, no alcohol, oh no one, but i'm not gon na put that uh. Okay, let's start there and put next. Are you taking any of the following anti? I mean follow medic medications, um. No. This asks you a lot of personal things, so i'm putting none um, select your program based on your health goals, weight management, custom, micros, bench user or improve performance. Let'S do it um. What is your goal? Muscle gain easy fat loss? Oh my god! This is hard because i want both. I want fat loss and muscle gain with muscle gain the desired weight goal must be greater than your current okay. Then i should do hold on you guys. Let me go back: let's do fat loss, i'm doing fat loss um. So then it asks you basically if you want to lose one point like: what's your goal weekly to lose. This is something like my fitness pal a little bit. I'M gon na do try to do two pounds a week, two pound, basically two pounds a week. Okay step one place your food in the three separate trays like so step, two press the way food button at the center of your device and the smart plate icon at the bottom center of your app until the silhouette appears when the silhouette appears then place the Food on to the base, until it locks in perfectly align the silhouette to the edges of the plate and within just a few seconds, smartplay will automatically tell you all the nutrition information here. We have kiwi breaded, chicken, cutlets and avocado. If it's correct, add to journal and smartplate may give you a warning depending on what your goals are in this case, i have to change my servings to adjust my carbohydrates, so i need to remove some carbs from any section that i like so i'm going to Remove some kiwi i'm going to remove some cutlets until i hit my goal and when i see the green light there you go, my goals have been met and i can add to journal easy fast, accurate, okay, so that was pretty. That basically explained everything in every um. You can include the restoration in your smart plate journal to help it begins here, okay, so yeah. This is what the app looked like. It'S pretty cool, so i'm all set up. So, basically, whenever i started to use this plate, i just take my spark plate set it on a scale, my food in there, and i should be able to measure accurately, like i said when i start to cook and everything them flips.
