Grow Your Hair Fast | Scalp Massage

everybody it scares me and welcome back to my channel so today's video is gonna be a quickly I'm going to show you how I do my scalp massages to promote Vance hair bro I recently had some setbacks and had to get a trim so I'm going to be adding scalp massages back into my routine this has helped me a lot in the past to see grow I am going to be using Wild Rose hair oil for my scalp massages you can use any oil of your choice and I recommend warming it a bit you can do this in the microwave or you can sit it in a cup of hot water whatever or you use I suggest using a squeeze bottle with a nozzle because it gets the oil directly onto your scalp where you need it to be so go ahead and just take your fingers and massage your scalp this process throughout your entire head you can go ahead and section it if you need to to make it a little bit easier this got massage and sectioning might be a little ideal so you'll know which part of the scalp you have done and which part you have [Applause] I would induce Scout massages for more than five minutes so you can also take a paddle brush or detangle a brush and do this process as well it works the same or even better if you are going to use a brush you just want to lightly move it in a circular motion at the scalp I think I'm gonna get one of those shampoo brushes for this and they are super cheap in the stores now I'm just lightly detangling my hair and I'm going to braid it as usual to put it up before bed so this is pretty much it thank you guys so much for watching and if you decide to try this process or have any questions leave it down in the comment section below make sure you like subscribe and also hit the bell down below to know when I upload a new video
