Hi good morning, how are we all? Are we all doing all right? I was just thinking every time i come on camera these days. I always look like crap. Don'T i i've always got a bare face, all natural, no makeup and i'm supposed to be a a beauty, um and beauty enthusiast and it's like yeah, but you always cut my camera. Looking like crap anyway, how are you all doing? How are you getting on with your black friday shopping? Are you all doing all right um? I must admit i've been looking at lots of different things: lots of the beauty sites like elf i've looked at beauty bay, um, look, look fantastic, fenty gosh! I looked at anastasia, beverly hills. I looked at quite a few sites actually, but you know what i haven't been tempted by anything. The only things i've bought um from the black friday sale, nothing to do with beauty. I bought a shark vacuum cleaner because the one i've got is starting to die. It'S making a hell of a lot of noise and by the time i try and find someone to repair it. I could just buy a new one and you know rather than getting a refurbished one and what else? Oh, i bought myself a new pair of glasses because i needed them yeah. So so i mean that alone is like 600 quid i've spent. So i don't really have much more money to spend on beauty things really, but i've got a lot of stuff coming in my american beauty boxes when they arrive probably around the second week of december, a lot of stuff coming and a lot of those things. I will be using for christmas presents and for my little december surprise, which i am planning i haven't quite got my head around what i'm going to be doing yet, but i idea is formulating i'm getting a plan together anyway. So, as you can see, i'm doing my hair, i'm gon na be putting in um new crochet braids yeah crochet braids. You all know what i'm talking about. I know some of you might not so so, obviously, for those of you who don't know, you sometimes see me with my hair in its natural state as it is now the last couple of weeks, i've been talking about sort of washing my hair using those lush Products which i really really love, just don't like the price, but i really love the products and so i've, given my hair two weeks break before i put it in braids and braids are the things i you know when i normally have those different extensions in my Hair, that's what it is. It'S crochet braids um i've bought some new ones. They came today. I normally wash them, but i think i'm gon na risk it and put them in my hair without washing them. These ones are. Oh, i thought they were. These are supposed to be shorter ones, but they still look quite long and they're cool passion twists got them from amazon usual because i can order them and they come the next day um. I ordered some hair dye because i really wanted to dye all my grey bits, particularly in the front um, but the hair dye hasn't arrived just yet just which will teach me, because i ordered it from where i will do it from. I ordered it from boots and it hasn't arrived this year and i wanted it to come before, putting the crochet braids in, but they haven't arrived as yet um, because obviously you'll know that i've got all this gray hair in the front, which i shouldn't really complain About because that's one of the main things i want to talk to you guys about really so just to make sure that you get access to these products before the the sale, the black friday bargains end. You know i always go on about anna kate loss. You know it's a brand that um i got introduced to god, it's probably nearly 18 months ago now in one of the beauty boxes that was launched, which is no longer with us um, and they had this product in there from anna kaylos, and it was this, Make sure i've got the right thing here here we are. It was this remember this, the ultimate hair growth serum this stuff - i use this stuff religiously, i probably don't use it as often as i should. You really should use it probably three times four times a week, but i don't um, i sort of use it maybe once or twice a week, but i need to go back to using it. So what is this if i'm going to talk about it? Let'S talk about it um. What is it so? It normally costs. How much does it normally cost? It normally costs. I think it's 24 pounds. I could never remember. No. It normally costs 30 pounds if you buy the bottle um. I have bought a couple before everybody says i want to get it free of charge. I have bought it because it is something that i use regularly and how i use it. I put it in my scalp, usually after a wash day, i put it in my scalp, particularly around my edges, this area here and around the front front of my hair, the fitting edges and it's a growth serum as the name implies. So, basically, let me just make sure i get all the information here. It helps with hair thinning hair loss and specific types of types of alopecia um. It will help with. Basically, it helps to regenerate the hair growth back again, it sort of stimulates the scalp and it just helps your hair to grow back, so it's suitable for men and women. I should say it's not just birmingham, it is for men and women and it just helps your hair to grow back basically to grow back it'll grow back your hair, thicker and fuller and healthier. This is what i've been using because again, if you, if you know me from sort of two years ago, you know that side of my hair, i had no hair here at all and i literally just used to cover it with wigs. I just wear wigs all the time and so just to cover all of this, because i i couldn't use crochet braids, because there was nothing for me to attach the braids to so. Hair has started to grow back. Yes, it's grown back gray, but it has grown back and i can't complain. It still looks thinner compared to the rest of my hair, but then that doesn't help because the rest of my hair has actually got thicker as well. So it's grown back, it's grown back gray, but i've got hair here now and that is literally because of this product here, when you put it in it does tingle a little bit, but not a lot. It just tingles a little bit and it literally is just a product to stimulate your scalp back um. I should probably say why i've had such bad hair loss um. I used to wear wheeze way back we're talking about 15 years ago. I stopped wearing weaves about 15 years ago to be honest and i've been just wearing wigs and that's it just to cover all of that sort of big stick. So the wheeze did not help. It really did not help, but the main reason why i uh started going to bees was because again, if you've been watching my channel for a while, you know that i've got rheumatoid arthritis and i take a series of drugs called um. I think they call them biologics biologics, i can never say it properly, but in that concoction, so i've got sulfur salisine i've got hydroxychloroquine, i've got methotrexate, which is like a a mild chemotherapy drug which i have to take once a week. Don'T take steroids anymore. Thankfully came off that i take vitamin d, which is a must to help with the bones and building up the proteins and calcium in your body. Um. I take iron tablets um, i take vitamin c as a supplement, but that's not something. That'S part of my biologics. What is it hydrochlorine, methotrexate, sulfur, salicyline or i take tram adult as well, which is not a great drug. It really isn't it's an anti-inflammatory pain relief, but i have to take it to control my pain, um, i'm probably addicted to it. I don't know because i know when i haven't taken it for if i miss a dose, i know because the pain starts within a couple of hours, so i probably am addicted to it. I can't manage without it, but i had to take it. I take it. Four times a day, so it's just one of those things but the combination of all those drugs, particularly the methotrexate and the hydroxychloroquine, which also messes up your eyes or can mess up your eyes um it. It doesn't work favorably with your hair, so combination of medication is messed up, my hair, so my hair became very thin, very straggly and it was just falling out in literally handfuls. I had nothing on my hair um and you know what it's like. As a woman. Your hair is your crowning glory. It'S a way of self identifying yourself. We spend a lot of time on our hair. Don'T we spend a lot of money on our hair and it's really distressing when you lose your hair, really really really distressing um and i just found taking this product, i mean i took it when i first got it. I was taking it regularly um for four to six weeks and i noticed the difference pretty much within a few weeks. I think they say that people start seeing difference within eight weeks, but i know i saw the difference within four to six weeks. Just little. Follicles of hair starting to grow up on my sides. I know you're looking at you sort of think it would just look that great. But if you saw what it was like before honestly and the rest of my hair has just got thicker thicker thicker thicker, i i love this product so as since then i've just been using it non-stop. I'Ve always got a bottle. I'Ve got this bottle here, which is half filled. You can see me using it there, it's half filled. I'Ve got another full bottle upstairs so yeah, so there's that product and along with that product um, because after i used it - and i think i like to try this product as well. So they sent me this, and this is the scalp optimizer. So it's like a hair balm. This is what it looks like. This is a product i would say, is more suitable for people with textured hair. So i say type 3 type, 4 hair. It is a bomb, it's an oil-free! It'S an oil-based balm. It is weightless. It'S very light and when you put it in your scalp, it literally stimulates your scalp and your follicles, but i would say it's more suitable for people with type 3 type 4 hair for people with sort of type 1 type, 2, hair caucasian style hair. There is another product, they did send me a sample of it and i must admit i actually prefer using it, because, especially when i've got the braids in, i can just let you put that in so i'm leaving this last little bit here, for when i put The braids in because then i can use it then. So this is a very similar product. It'S they call me a scalp optimizing tonic. This is a sample. Would you call it a prototype of the product when you, if you do buy when you get it, it will come in a bottle like this, but just that style, nice dispensing style. So it's easy just to put it in your scalp um scalp, optimizing tonic and that's also in a black friday sale as well, and that is a lighter product. Much much lighter and it's more suitable for people with dry scalp straight hair, because it's not going to make your hair oily. Literally no oil in it at all. And it's very weightless, as well, so for people with dry scalp and for people with oily scalp as well. It'S just really really good for just conditioning your scalp. It really will condition your scalp and again. These two products are my maintenance products. I use sort of during the week really so when i say my products, these are the products i tend to use, but i've got my braids in i tend to use the tonic more. I should give some prices, so the um, the serum, it's normally 30 pounds, but on a black friday, it's going to be costing for the black friday weekend and the sale ends on tuesday. Pardon me, which is the first of december, i think tuesday. I think it's the first of december: it's gone down from 30 from 30 pounds to 21 pounds for this, the scalp optimizer. So this product um, is normally 16 pounds and it's going down to 12 pound 50. yeah, the stimulating toner. This is normally 16 pounds. I'Ll put a picture of what it currently looks like on the screen, because this is the prototype bottle. So the simulating toner is 16 pounds down to 11 pound 20 and you can buy the duo. Definitely within two months. I say: you'll see it before before the two months, but everybody is different. So what do they say about the serum? The serum is um, let's have a read because they did send me. Some information about the products, because i really want to make sure i give you all the information, because, honestly, i think those products are fantastic: ultimate, hair growth, serum peptide and amino acid acid chemistry suitable for all hair types. It stimulates growth, it reduces hair loss. Results vary, but can be physical, build within eight weeks. Yeah um, daily vitamin d supplement, helps to boost results from within. So i take, i have to take vitamin d anyway. That'S part of my my medication, but get a vitamin d supplement. It'S good for you anyway, especially during winter, you should be taking vitamin d and vitamin c supplements anyway, um suitable for pregnant and breastfeeding mothers, it's great for use to thicken, brows and beards, not suitable, for use on lashes. So there you go um and it says: target customers are women: men, cancer patients, alopecia sufferers, which is androgenetic, alopecia, um, hair loss due to medication, stress, etc and traction alopecia attraction. Alopecia is usually when you have you put braids or weaves in, and your hair is grabbed too tightly and it just pulls the follicles out of your hair and then they don't grow. They don't come back. The toner extra notes here. It says that the aids penetration of hair growth, serum actives, it exfoliates the scalp. It helps to eliminate dandruff itching build up hydrating refreshing. It can be used in between washes, which is how i use it excellent as a pre-shampoo treatment. I'Ve never tried it as a pre shampoo for added cleanliness and freshness it's cooling. It is because it's got that kind of tingling sensation you know like when you have peppermint and it kind of tingles and stuff. It'S that kind of feel on your scalp. It'S cooling, instant, itchy, scalp, really suitable for all hair types, and this scalp optimizer said the balm i'm suitable for dry, hair, scalp and textured hair, and that's as that's why i was saying it's more suitable for people with type 3 type, 4 hair. It'S nourishing it's moisturizing, excellent replacement for typical sort of for typical sort of hair products that we tend to use for our scalp um, and that's it basically, i just think they're great products. So what i'm going to be doing now? I'M just prepping my hair literally um, for putting in the crochet braids, and i will show you the results at the end yeah but yeah.
