I just want to show you guys the packaging and gifts that came inside of my box. I did get a wig cap, an adjustable elastic band, some wig combs - and this is the wig. This is their 13x4 highlighted 24 inch wig. It is 180 density and it is a 13x4. I did go ahead and pluck the hairline and bleach the knots offline. So, jumping right in you want to go ahead and detangle the hair and we're going to go in and pluck out the unnecessary hair that we don't need y'all of well, you know people who follow me been following me. You already know this process. So what we're going to do first, is you want to clean your hairline with some alcohol or some witch hazel, whichever one you prefer, make sure you get all your makeup and stuff off and then next i'm going to go ahead and start pulling out all the Excess hair that i do not need, i have a little forehead, so, as you guys can see like some of the hair, um and lace was just laying completely on my forehead, which is unneeded so here i am just going in parting out with my rat tail Comb and pulling out the excess hair that i do not need y'all. This is a key key step in laying your wig, and this is easy to do for beginners or experienced people like i said just take your time and you want to have, like you said, a rat tail comb, a good light, make sure you can see, and Just pull out any excess hair or excess lace that you do not need like. So me now to get all the hair out my face. I'M just going to use this pressing oil and just put that on the perimeter of my hairline and then we're going to go in with the hot comb. You can use this or a wax stick. I would suggest using a wax stick. Then the pressing oil pressing oil is more for professionals or people who know what they're doing, because a little can go a long way and you can make your hair looking real, real, stiff and icky and oily. If you put too much so yeah, i'm going in with my hair comb, hair comb, hot comb and we're just going to press out make sure everything is flat. Nice and neat before we get ready to cut the lace off and install cutting off my excess lace. I will be going in with some cuticle scissors and i will be cutting in a zigzag motion. You do not want to cut going straight across because you will see a line of demarcation from where your lace starts and where um your skin is so yeah like. I said you just want to go in with some scissors or some cuticle scissors and cut off the excess lace and zigzags. Now i'm just going to go in and use my got to be free spray to lay down my lace and my blow dryer. I have my blow dryer set on a high cool setting like i have a cool button. I just press it and i have my uh air coming out full blast and i'm just going to repeat this process until i feel like the lace is melted enough. You can use the got to be glue gel or the got to be glued hairspray, whichever one you prefer. I always go in between the yellow bottle and then my yellow freeze spray so to each his own. Do what you like honey just make sure that lace is melted. Now i'm just going to take some foundation powder or makeup powder, the same color as my skin and just go back in and buff out where i need to put some powder just where it was a little too light for my um liking and yeah. You want to repeat the same process on the other side, cut off your excess lace, glue it down or spray it down, then go in and use your powder to make everything all nice and even and then we're going to get into styling me my styling, i'm Going to go in and do me a side part like i said this is a 13x4, so i didn't have as much parting space as i would usually like. I do prefer 13x6 units or full lace wigs, but you know we're going to make it work sis. So once i get my desired part in i'm just going in and pulling out the baby hairs, i want and then we're going to go right back in with the pressing oil and define our part with our hot comb and our rat tail comb. You want to um make sure everything is slick, nice and sleek and flat. You don't want your wig looking too lumpy or bumpy at all, because that is not the move size. Okay, once your hairline is flat enough to your liking, we're going to go ahead and get ready to lay the baby hairs. I'M just going to pull out a couple strands of thin baby hairs around the hairline and then go in with my cuticle scissors and cut at an angle. Again, you don't want to cut straight across because it'll make your baby hairs, look weird or like too long and that's not cute either so yeah, i'm gon na go in with my got to be glued in the yellow bottle. Of course, and, like i said, i'm just taking out thin layers of some baby hairs and going in and cutting with my cuticle scissors and then swooping we're not doing nothing too too crazy. And i kind of like skim through this process because those of you who watch my videos know that, like i go in detail every time so yeah you catch, my drift says just watch and learn. After doing your baby hairs, i'm going to go in and set my hairline with the got to be free spray again and then this time we're going to take my silicone wig grip or silic rubber band, whatever you want to call it elastic silk head scarf, whatever You want to use that and tie your hair up and then we're going to get into styling. This is what i feel like melts the lace completely and just finished the deal, so we're going to take that off, and this is what everything is looking like. Y'All cannot tell me that lace is not laid says like getting to it now we're going to go in and do some curls, i'm using my babyliss pro titanium straightener. Of course those of you who've been following me know. This is my go-to for my curls and when i do um like body waves, look big, voluptuous, curls and etc, but yeah i'm just gon na show. You guys me curling one side and then i'm just gon na speed through to the finished product, because there's like 50 million curling tutorials on my youtube channel, as well as everything else so yeah. I just wanted to show you tell you guys that before i forgot and i combed them out using a wide tooth comb, never never ever ever ever comb your curls out with like a fine-tooth comb or like a brush, because it's just gon na like mess up Everything that you just worked hard for sis, so yeah comb, your curls out with a wide tooth comb like so or you can finger comb them out, whichever one, if you know what you're doing have fun with it.
