Wiggins Hair Review | Natural Wave Wig | *Spoiler* It Didn’T Fit!

Oh get out of my mouth. Okay, it's gone, i think ah gotcha beach, i'm not even wearing lashes, not everyday lashes, though hi welcome back to my channel so today, for you, i've got kind of saw a hair review a little bit, not really long story short. The wig didn't fit my head. I know i know, but i thought you know what i'll follow through on it, because there are some things about the wig that i want to say. There are some points to be made so i'll insert the clip of me unboxing. The wig and you can watch all of that fun fact. I just want to say this in buying this wig. I realized that i am a control freak. Usually i buy bundles and i make the wig myself so i made this wig myself um. So, usually, that's what i like to do, because i like to control how many bundles are going to go in how thick it's going to be placement xyz like i want to control it to a t, and i always think to myself. If i make it - and i don't like it, then it's me: that's taking the l like i made it, it was a crap wig, okay, whatever versus i've outsourced it, and i don't like it that irks my soul more than anything. So this is the first like human hair, pre-made wig i've ever bought, and i remember i was just scanning the site: analyzing, like okay, i'm gon na measure, my head: is it gon na fit? Is it this okay? What, if it's not this thick and did it and it really was a stretch and also it worked out cheaper to buy the wig then to buy the bundles and make it myself. So i thought you know what into your life josephine release the control and let the weave come made for you. Oh my god. If my lipstick dry in this, i apologize. I literally just go out. Well, i've been up for a while, but i literally physically just got out of bed, but don't worry i'll brush my teeth and everything i'm not gross like that, but i was lying in bed and just got out of bed to film this intro i'm gon na Get into it, i will link down below there's the stats. The stats of the wig i bought a 30 inch. 20 250 density is done, a percentage, a 250 density, natural wave, curly wig, and i got that from wiggins hair. It came yesterday and i i can't lie. I know i've called this an unboxing, but i have actually already opened it, but i wanted to open it now again on camera and go through what i think like first impressions, blah blah blah so that you guys can see it and if you are looking to Buy a new wig, hopefully this does help some way it came in just even with it came in like your standard, dhl bag. I think about a week and a half to two-ish weeks to come, which is not the slowest in the world, but it's not the quickest, like it's kind of an average amount of time. It comes in this really nice, like satiny red bag. I kind of was expecting a box, but you know what we can't have it all in this life. So it came in this really nice satiny red bag, which i like, because you have somewhere to store the wig inside the bag. You get. Obviously the wig comes in just a plastic bag and also inside you get, i got some wig caps, which i might use. Can you see i feel like it might be a bit dark? Maybe i try and use like lighter colors on my scalp. Actually, no that might work yeah thanks williams, that will come in handy dandy, an additional elastic band, i'm guessing to like help. You know set down your frontal. A lot of people use elastic bands, as opposed to like a satin scarf. I'Ve recently started doing that, and that does that is, that is a handy tip, and i also got you get to pick this free gift, but i've got some lashes which usually they give you like the individual lashes in that little box, that you know you'll, never Use in your life, but these are actually quite cute. I might actually use these we'll see, watch this space i'm getting into the wig. It notes at the bottom, where it is so 30 inch medium cap, size, 250 density. This is how it comes. It is quite long, i so anyone that knows me and, like my wig, my wigs and hair situation, i honestly don't wear anything shorter than 28 inch. I haven't, since i was like 19.. I just really like long hair, either really long or like really short. So if you look on my instagram every so often i have about really short hair um. That'S just my thing. I don't really like mid-length hair. I don't know, i think, maybe it's short girl syndrome, i'm not even that short, though, on average height i know there are a couple people watching this. I better disagree so inside the wig you just have like plastic. No, that's paper more styrofoam. You also get the option to select. If you want. Oh hello, motorbike, you also get an option to select if you want an adjustable band, so this is what it is and at first i was like hold on. I didn't pay the extra three pound 90 for it to not be attached to the wig, but when you flip the wig inside out, you can see that it has these little clippy bits. I don't know if you can see on both there's your one on both sides, and so this attaches to it, and you can make your wig as tight. I probably would need to clip two together, so you get this bit and then you can clip one clip. The other that's really handy dandy, because you yeah everyone's head is different and you might not need the same length adjustable band. So this way you can pick it so looking at the wig, oh, it's got nice curls to it and it is quite light. It'S really soft to top. I might wash it if i put it in my head on my head rather um, i always wash bundles before i put them into a wig or on my head or anything because again control freak issues coming in and also i just think it's the sanitary thing To do you don't know where? Oh sorry fly just because you don't know where that wig has been, i'm not saying it's been anywhere dodgy, but just watch it. It also go max the construction of the wig. It'S a frontal, it's a 340! So sorry, 13 by 4 inch frontal yeah, 13x4 and as well as those clips for the adjustable band, you've got regular clips. So you've got one two three. It also comes with the adjustable bands that you typically get inside a wig. So if you can see it here, ah here from both sides, the lace is my standard lace color. So if your skin is not this color, i don't know yeah you're gon na have to color it. The knots have not been bleached, but i don't really mind that because i don't um so like for this week, i didn't bleach the knots on it. I just got so what some people use, and i decided to try - is that sally henson hanson something spray i'll link it down below in deep glow. Although i might try and see if there's a darker one and basically you just flip the wig inside out and you spray it all on it and wait for it to dry pat it in a bit and it looks like you've bleached the knots and slightly tints The lace just ever so slightly um without doing much work. There are also like baby hairs at the front, etc. I don't know if you can see them kind of cute um. It does look like it's been somewhat yeah. It'S been somewhat plucked. Um, like you, can see on the side, but i think well, when i put it on i'll, see how it is and i'll probably end up blocking it some more. Let'S be honest, so you have to customize to make sure things actually look nice on your head. I can tell that the frontal they used was probably a 20 inch frontal because it stops about here and the bundles go by here. It does look fairly thick ish, but i feel like once i wash it. It might look even thicker. It does feel quite thick like i can tell that there's a lot of hair on the wig, so i don't have anything to compare it to because i've never bought a wig before so i don't know if you are a wig buyer. Let me know: do you think this looks like 250 density or have or is it a sham? I don't know i'm quite happy with it. I will put this wig on and in the next clip you'll see me wearing it. I had high hopes this week. I really did. I was so excited to order it, but when it came to, like i said, didn't fit my wig didn't fit my wig. Did it fit my head? I could have made it fit if i really wanted to, but especially when dealing with a frontal. You want to make sure that you've got enough. Rooming around rooming. You'Ve got enough space and room around your head so that you can pull down the ear tab like make correct, ear tabs and make sure the wig really does fit. Because i got the wig in a with a medium cap. It would have been better if i got a large and even though that probably would have been too big it's better. You have a wig, that's ever slightly too big than a one. That'S too small, because you just it won't it won't fit correctly. I still had a few positive things to say about the wig irrespective, and i wanted to go through them. I should probably get the wig hold on one second, so for the one of the first things i wanted to mention about this wig, i'm gon na go through the pros and the cons. Despite i mean, let's remove the fact that the wig didn't fit on my head. It is really soft, like the hair is really really really soft, even though i couldn't get on my head, which i'm kind of sad about, because i really did like this wig. The hair is really soft. I again i never washed the hair, so i don't know how it would hold up after you've washed it, whether it's to be soft, because you know a lot of these aliexpress places once you wash the hair once or twice it gets really matted, especially with curly Hair - i don't know for this, but on first impressions, it's it is quite soft. It does, however, shed a bit. I don't know if you can see that i'm trying to not get too close, because, honestly, my nails look shambolic as in not just that they're not done. They are catastrophic, but there are a few a few strands. You can't see it, but i mean it's not major, but god knows how it would go on over time how bad the shedding would be. I'M an optimist. So let's say not that bad. But again i can't comment just running my hand through and yeah i'm picking out more hair, all wigs shed all hair sheds, even your natural hair sheds. So you just have to pick the amount of shedding you're comfortable with i pulled at this hair twice and about this much hair. You really can't see this much hair came up. Let me boil it together and you'll be able to see about that. Much hair came up, i don't think it's the end of the world, but one of the things i wanted to raise about the wig is that it kind of has a fishy smell just a little bit. It'S not overwhelming. So if you're you, if you're the kind of person, that's used to washing your wigs before you do anything with them, washing your bundles, etc, then that won't be a problem, but it does. It does kind of have a smell to it, just a tad. No it's more than a tad, but it's not unbearable and it should go away with your favorite shampoo. So second point i wanted to raise is no we're on number three aren't we third point i wanted to raise is that this hair upon measuring it? I know with curly hair, you have to stretch the the length of the hair to make sure that it is like when you're measuring it you're meant to stretch it. I stretched this hair and measured it. It wasn't quite 30 inch. In fact, it was more of a 26.. I mean this, doesn't look 30 inches, let's be honest with ourselves, so i think true to length, maybe not the best. I'Ve been watching a lot of, annie, draya videos and i was so tempted to be like ring the alarm also um. I mentioned this in the other clip it's meant to be 250 density but, like i said in my in the other clip i'm not i'm not much of a pre-made wig wearer. So you tell me, but yeah customer service wise. Let'S get into some other points, they were really really nice. I in the end decided that i do want to return this wig just because it doesn't fit my head, so i can't wear a wig that doesn't fit my head. Um and they've been really nice about it. I told them look, this is the deal and they said yeah, that's sure, that's fine, just send it back to this address blah blah, blah and they've been really really polite really fast with their communication, so i can't fault them for that. They have been really and i i definitely do look forward to buying something from wiggins again. I may get this again. No, actually, no, i feel like i might get bundles from them and make my own wig. I think, if there's anything sorry if i've been shaking you guys or shaking the camera rather, but i guess you're watching it from this perspective, so you'll be shaking too. I do think i'll buy bundles from them and make a wig just because if there's anything, i've learned i'm too much for control freak to buy a pre-made wig. So i feel like i will be purchasing bundles from wiggins in the future, because this the hair feels really nice. It honestly does feel really nice hair and, like i said, the customer service was really really good. I can't afford the customer service if i had to grade this wig i'd, give it a solid b plus yeah, not quite an a or an a star. Just because i mean it didn't fit my head, but that's maybe i mean i did measure my head to make sure it all would have fit in theory, but i guess it kind of missed the mark. So for that reason alone, and the fact that i do kind of think it is just a bit thin for 250 density, it may look thick on camera, but honestly when it does go on your head, because i could get it on my head, i just couldn't Have placed it properly enough for me to wear it as a frontal correctly yeah once it's on your head, it does feel quite thin. So, for that reason, for those two reasons, rather a a b plus, but that's a solid grade, you know that would be like a two one. If we were talking degrees and a two one, eight bad perspective.
