How To Get The Wet N Wavy Look Tutorial Ft. Wiggins Hair

Hey guys welcome back to my channel. I know it's a little bit loud right now, but my mom decided to clean while I'm filming a video so guys today, I'm gon na be reviewing another wig and it's by Oh Wiggins, hair guys. So this hair company, they sent me Brazilian hair and it is 22 inches long. I'M gon na show you guys the hair, but I just wanted to show you all what came in the packaging, because I love some consideration. Okay, so they gave me a scarf to tie it on my hair and y'all. I'M really in love with this, because I find that silk scarfs like these. They really help your hair to like oh label. They really help your hair to like really lay better when you're sleeping in it y'all I'm finding that I can sleep in my wigs and they come out looking really late and melted. It also came with this really nice bag, so you could put your wig in after, like you take it off. I really like that, because y'all I'd rather have a little bag than a box coz about the boxes, take up just so much space and they gave me a wig cap and a wig band, just in case you needed that extra security, so yeah. I just wanted to show you guys quickly what came in the in the packaging, because I really appreciate good pack. So this is the beautiful hair, she's she's she's in there she's long um, it's a Brazilian body, wave 22 inches 13 by 6 parting space, cuz y'all. Already know that's how it goes and I'm really enjoying her. All I did so far was just bleach the knots because it didn't come bleached some of the knots didn't bleach properly. I realized that, like I don't know, some of them were just really stubborn and I I don't have that much patience and energy like you're, not a child anyways. So I'm just gon na put this on right today, I'm going for like a wet wavy style, because I always do like sleek middle part or side part, but like today, I to just be like waves just wet. I look like it. Just came out the shower kind of look, so this is how my wig is looking right now. This one really doesn't remind me of the Ali Pearl hair that I reviewed on my channel. To be honest, one thing I realized off. That is that this wig is very spacious. It has a lot of room and that's one thing I really like, because y'all already know your girls needs the room, but what I'm gon na start with you guys already know how I do my wigs now. So I'm gon na just peel back the layers. This is really just to show you guys how I'm gon na style this wig all right boom. I already know what I'm going to do. I really got ta say anything cuz, you guys already know you're intelligent, and you always want to do that because it helps your wig in the glue to stay longer. Look it's like. If you put tape on an oily surface, it's just not gon na work. So you got to clean the surface off with some alcohol and for this part, I'm gon na do it in sections pattycake pattycake Baker's man, and what is wrong with me. I don't know uh-huh all right, yeah. Let me just be serious for a second. What I'm gon na do is I'm just gon na keep putting the glue until it dries cuz. I don't want to waste y'all time. I know y'all got things to do today, so I'll be right back when it's time to lay the lace down, because I don't want my camera to die on me also - and I don't want this video to go too long, but I just want to show you Guys how I style this hairs all right, I'm gon na quickly lay this down like I always do and let's see what happens all right, so I didn't glue the sides down as yet, but before I do that, I'm going to cut the air flaps because they're In the way - and I need to hear what you guys are saying y'all - I just got a whole bunch of hair and that's not a bad thing. I mean everyone's head is made differently, so you really just have to cut and construct based on your head and, as you guys can see more room. That'S the goal, so I'm just gon na do the same thing on this side and I'll be right back. Alright guys so I cut the lace off and all I did was put a little bit of glue and pin the sides up just so that they could dry, while I'm doing that, so I'm just gon na go on this side with a little bit of glue. You guys could do this in parts or you can do it in whole. It really just depends on what works for you guys I like to do it. However, I like so usually, I would do every I'll put the glue on every part and then lay it down, but today I felt like doing it in parts. It'S really what works best for you. If you like, cutting the lace first, you can do that. I usually cut the lace first, but now I'm realizing that I like this way a little bit better, because it gives me a lot more room to make it look realistic. I don't know I just like how I could put the scarf on and have it like melt, and it's just better. I'Ve been missing out, so I'm just going to let the side dry a little and I'll be right back when I'm laying it down alright y'all. So I'm gon na try and put this side down. Let'S see how it's looking pushed and press, as you guys, can see right here. Just looking really nice like thank God, I like cut the sides off first but push and press. So this is how this islands, looking so far and I'm just gon na, go in on this side. So, as you guys can see, the wig is a little bit more laid and we're not done. We do have a lot more to do, but for right now I'm going to take a little bit of foaming mousse and I'm going to put that on the edges, not where the glue is but like a little bit behind the glue and just just to get Like all the flyaways down, because, as I said before, I want to do like the way I'm styling the hair is like kind of like a wet wavy. Look like I just gave up the shower or something so it needs to be. It needs to have that weird wet look, so I'm just gon na put that there and then brush the hair back, I'm going to I'm going to quickly clip the hair in the back just to tighten it, and then I'm going to put this headscarf on, which Will make all the difference in the world? Actually, I might have to fold it it's too, like sick. Tighten it guys. You don't want, don't be like stingy with this. You have to type it alright, y'all, so um, I let it cure. Let me stop. I let it set for like a few minutes, so I'm just gon na take the scarf off and like cut the lace and just finish finessing my hair trying to do this wet. Look. China see if it'll work - oh okay, halfway there halfway there, as you guys, can see it's really laid into my skin. So let's cut the lace. Let'S cut the lace, there might be some parts that I have to like. Add extra glues like this side, flap right here, but we'll deal with that after and I'm just gon na pin the hair back, because it's literally in the way alright y'all, my camera is die and I'm gon na switch really quickly. So I'm gon na make this really quick. I just switch to my phone and I don't have any storage on my phone, so I'm gon na be really quickly quickly with this quick, okay, all right so y'all, I'm just gon na really cut the lace and try the latest bad boy at that y'all understand What I said, I'm good just try to lay this down. You know I'm gon na cut the lace, off-camera and I'll be back cuz, I'm really anxious, because I don't have that much storage on my phone so I'll be right back and also I cut the lace off and, of course, there's some parts that you take down. Even more so, I'm just gon na take a little bit more of that bolt hold glue. If I didn't tell y'all I'm using bolt hole today, whoa well focus yeah yeah, I'm using bolt-hole today, because she's Bay to like quits, so I'm just gon na go into the little parts that need a little bit more glue. You already know sometimes a because you guys have to remember like as much as we out here are trying to lay these wigs. They are still wigs, so you're going to see the lace and the knots and all that some people out here trying to perform magic. Talk about some no grid, no lace, yl, lace, Swiss slaves, fake cat, fake lace, cap whatever, as long as it's, not your scalp, your skin, you're gon na know like I can look at you from a distance and tell it's a wig like there is just no Way like yeah some of the celebrities out here, the wigs are popping because yeah it looks so real, but trust and believe huh in real life. You'Re looking at their skin, you've got ta see. So what I'm saying is there's just no way that I did like you can get as close as possible. You can, but there is just no way that you can. It can be like, oh, my god, no race whatsoever, and then, if you don't see the lace of course, you're gon na see all those swiftly things. They call baby hairs because that's another way to hide the lace if y'all didn't know get up to speed, because that's what I'm going to do now, because look okay, so another way to hide that lace is to do baby hair and, let's be real. Some of y'all out here are you doing the most natural looking baby here, so y'all just want to y'all just want to give y'all some way. Y'All said just give me the give myself away look, because if we're trying to make it look as real as possible, I don't understand why I'm seeing rocks and bumps and turnleft turnright curls all up in your head. That already told me like it's, not natural. If you look at a human's natural hairline, especially of females, it's some of them are really dense, but majority you can tell like it has like a lot of things. Some people don't have that much of a full hairline and when we do our edges in reality, you could tell like it's your real edges. You know, but when we do edges on wigs y'all take it to another level. Cuz y'all, like I got more room to play, I got more hair to play with, so I'm just gon na go all out and that's just not it okay. So for my people out there who aren't so skilled in doing wigs if y'all know a thing or two about doing baby hairs and laying your edges that will really help y'all when you're doing your wigs, because, let's be real, some of these companies lie to you. You go on the website, you're, looking to get it out a wig and they're like oh, it's medium brown lace. The lace comes in it's white as ever, and I'm over it like. This is really annoying to me when the lace color is off completely like this. One I can finish, I could try and finesse it, but if you're too light you're too dark or you're too olive or you're just gray, I just cannot. I cannot. I cannot. I can't you guys, are playing with me right now. At this point I just it's. It'S a slap in the face. It'S a slap in the face. Stop it you guys are playing I'm over it real quickly off topic. I'M gon na cut this little stragety lace. That'S like right there, because you're not invited to the party. So that's my little rant about laces and I'm gon na go over the hair again with this scarf, because now, before I put the scarf on y'all, I'm gon na do, as I said, baby hairs, because this lace is cute and all. But you try to fool people, as I said before, so as long as they don't get too close we're good. So, as you guys can see when you take that front piece of the hair out to cover the lace, it looks a little bit more real. You know so. This is why we do the whole baby hair thing, because we want it to look a little bit more real. We want the hair to help us, because, when I put my scarf lon, I kind of need it to wait. We don't really got it at this part. I just wanted to kind of help me separate what I'm gon na put someone. I'M not gon na cut and another thing I got ta say y'all: we need to stop doing baby hairs down to right here. I know we do like little curls in real life, but when it's a week you don't need here is at your air y'all ever seen like soup soup, soup soup soup soup soup, stop stop it over it, I'm literally over it. There'S so many things I see and I'm just like, I'm so over it but y'all. This is what I'm doing right now and if you guys catch my drift catch it because ain't too much explaining on this part, y'all go what I'm doing. I'M trying to lay this hair down and separate the baby hairs, this kind of cute anyways, so I'm just gon na do this for, like I don't know like three minutes so quickly, as you guys can see it's a little bit more separated after taking the scarf Off and now it's time to get to cutting you know so now that the hair is separated, you can see better what you want to cut, so I'm just gon na shake this down and please try to like get the hair is like uneven and short as Possible you don't want really long baby hairs, it's gon na get in the way of what you're trying to do a really long hair. It doesn't work telling you so just try to get them a little bit shorter than not too short. Where, like your baby, hairs, look like they're premature, but you want it to be. Oh girl, I see you lift in how did you okay now that what most of it is cut, you all know the next step get a little bit of foaming mousse, and then you get your little edge brush and we're just gon na start. Creating you guys have to kind of play around there just something that it's never gon na, be a 100 % perfect or look 100 % natural. In my opinion, for me, but it's something I got ta play around with and y'all to tell y'all how good these on scarfs are like. However, i do my baby here. The first time is how it stays for, like the whole time that I wearing my wig like the last week I was wearing. I wore it from for like seven days straight, I didn't like reglue or anything like and didn't need that, because I feel like that. Scarf really helped it to lay down and stay. So now that that's done, I'm going to put some moves on the rest of my hair because, as I said before, I do want it to look like carefree, wet and wavy. So that's why my hair is out going back all right, so I'm gon na quickly go through the hair just to detangle it. As I said, it's 22 inches long. So it's at my waist, so I'm just trying to show y'all the hair. The cap says, is pretty decent, it's not too small. I believe it's a 22 inch size, not too small. I just hate when my wig is too small and then, like my eyebrows, are lifting up and if I laugh too hard it's over for me, because all my secrets are total, give it that look okay. So while this side is wet, I'm gon na put a little bit of mousse in it. I don't like to put products in my wigs guys, but today I'll make an exception cuz. This is gon na give it that, like carefree, wet look all day, you know what I'm saying y'all catch my drift with this wedding. Wavy look. I think it deserves a little bit of highlight, so I'm going to be using the Finn. Tea highlighter in hustler baby anywhere Felix. What are you doing like a wet Loki? You need a lot of highlighter. This is how my hair is looking right now so yeah, I'm kind of liking, how it's looking right now and, as you guys can see. As I was saying before the edges, they really give it that, like natural effect, because it's kind of covering up that lace that was kind of protruding and showing off girl you too flat for you huh me yeah just came up the shower. Oh yeah yeah yeah, yeah anyways guys. Thank you so much for watching this video. Okay, so make sure you're not letting moisture into your hair. I know y'all are all like. I sweat too much. I you know when you shower all that guys when you shower all that see, you want to make sure you put the scarf over your ear and then put a bonnet on over that tie. Everything in yellow and then put it put a shower cap over that. Okay, you guys do not want any moisture in your hair. Okay, so I'm just giving you some tests of wisdom, so your weight can stay on longer. Y'All my wigs be left lasting over a week. If I let it and y'all know, I don't even like to keep my wigs on that long. So for me, that's like a lot as much as I review wigs. I wear wigs, like majority of my life like pretty much every day, but I don't like to sleep in them. So if you follow my tips and if you're someone who wants to keep it on for a month straight, I mean you're gon na have to reapply like there's just unless y'all, don't like your edges, anyways.
