Wash Day Routine For Length Retention On 4C Hair Ft. Gold Series New Lengths

Hey what's up everyone, it is ty east hair. So today's video is in partnership with the gold series by pantene and i will be walking you through my entire wash day routine, using the new lens collection on my natural hair. So the first step in my wash day routine, is to cleanse my hair and i am using the new lens root. Stimulating shampoo. So, even though the shampoo is clear and consistency, i find that it is very moisturizing and it also cleans my hair and scalp really well. It has a nice tangle to it on the scalp due to all of these stimulated ingredients such as menthol in there, and i just want you guys to know that this entire line is created by black scientists. That knows how to infuse the products with great ingredients that nourishes the natural hair. So some of the nourishing ingredients that this entire line contains is apricot oil and green tea. Okay, so the shampoo feels very, very soothing on my scalp: it's a nice tingle sensation and it just supplies very good. I love that it lathers so well on the first cleanse, even though i haven't washed my hair in over two weeks, so it's been almost three weeks since i last washed my hair and it's a great lather after cleansing my hair. I cannot forget to condition it, so i am following up with the root rejuvenating conditioner to further soften my hair and infuse it with moisture that will last throughout the week so upon applying this conditioner. It feels so good it instantly softens. My hair makes it super super manageable instantly and my hair definitely feels moisturized and the moisture definitely lasts throughout the week until my next wash day after using this conditioner. So since my natural hair is very thick, i use a lot of that rejuvenating conditioner on my hair, so that i can ensure that each and every single strand is saturated. So while i'm applying this conditioner, my hair feels instantly soft instant slip like look at how easily i can just run my fingers through my hair. As soon as i apply it, that's what i love about the rejuvenating conditioner, this conditioner a little definitely goes a long way, but i do use a generous amount on my kinky hair just to make sure that each and every section receives enough of that conditioner. So what i love about this conditioner is that it just instantly softens my hair, like i can literally instantly detangle with this conditioner, like look at how my fingers just run through my hair. Just upon applying that conditioner i haven't even let it sit for more than two minutes yet i just applied this and it definitely delivers so well great moisture in the hair as well. So this is how easily my hair detangles with the new lens root, rejuvenating conditioner, the comb just slides through my hair, so detangling is never a problem and i get these results consistently. So that's one of the um problems i have with my natural hair is that you know sometimes detangling can take a very long time, especially with certain conditioners or we're using the wrong conditioner, but with this conditioner detangling is just knocked out so fast. I can detangle my whole hair in only 10 minutes after using this conditioner every single time. So after renting out my conditioner, i am moving on to nourishing my scalp, so this is a step in my wash day routine that i didn't know. I was missing until i tried the scalp revitalizing treatment, so this treatment works so great on my scalp, so i start by parting, my hair, so that i can have direct access to my scalp when i spray it. So this is a spray water based product and it has a very, very strong tingle on the scalp. I definitely feel how stimulating it is, and i don't suffer from as much itchiness and flakiness in between my wash day when i use this treatment. So it is absolutely my favorite product in the line so far, so now, i'm moving on to nourishing the length of my hair with the anti-breakage defense serum. So this serum does exactly what it states. It helps to strengthen my hair so that it doesn't break as easily while i'm styling it, while i'm manipulating it throughout the week after my wash day. So when i apply the anti-breakage defense serum, my hair feels super manageable. I can feel how soft it feels, and it also looks really really vibrant and shiny as well. So this wraps up my wash day routine - and i like to finish up by adding a little bit more of that anti-breakage defense serum to my hair after it is completely dry just to lock in the protection of those strands and to protect it from breakage.
