Hey guys, it's me elise and i'm back with another affordable, wig video. Now this wig does come from unis and they're currently available on amazon, prime. I will leave all the information and details below as well as a discount code. Now i've been seeing this style of wig floating around youtube for some time now, and this is called a v part wig or they're called a thin part wig. It reminds me a lot of a u-part wig. However, you don't have to pull out any of your hair in order to cover the band. Now the band is extremely thin to where it looks very natural, as it sits on your own natural part, no matter how long or short your hair is, you can definitely be able to get a very natural looking appearance with this wig. You guys going to see me try this wig out for the first time see how it comes together. I'Ve never had anything like that, but i've been really curious, so yeah i decided to pick it up, but right now, i'm just going in and shampooing conditioning the hair i'm going to go in with my denman brush, just to kind of redefine the curls and kind Of knock out some of those loose shedded hairs shedding was very minimal. I want to say this is all i got like. I only tend to get shedding when i am shampooing the hair and stuff like that, but afterwards i didn't get any additional shedding, but i also wanted to further define the curls. So i'm going to take my meal curling custard and that's what it looks like. It'S kind of like a somewhat like a slimy gel, but it kind of dries like a cream. I don't know, but i'm going to go ahead and apply that all over the hair. And then i just use my denim brush to kind of really go in and redefine the curls, but then later on, i decided to just sort of shingle the hair, because i really wanted the curls to really pop almost like a wash and go so right. Now i'm just shingling the curls, so i can get those curls to pop i'm going to go ahead and do that and i'll see you guys once i'm finished. So this is a couple of days later and the hair is completely dry. This is what it's looking like, just going to fluff out the hair just a little bit in order to break that crunchy cast now. My hair is braided up, and i kind of wanted to see if this type of wig will work with my hair and braids. However, i do not recommend it just because i did struggle, but i'm gon na go ahead and clip those clips. That'S around the v part and anchor it down to my braids, and then i just kind of later on learned that. How am i going to like cover up this little thin part and usually you're supposed to kind of go in with like a rat tooth comb in order to be able to tease your hair just a bit? As you guys see me doing, however, my hair is in braids, so i was literally just ripping through my hair and causing breakage, and i just didn't really think that that was necessary. So for a moment i was just like um, i don't think anyone's gon na notice, but then i thought about i'm like no. This is not going to work. It just doesn't look realistic. It doesn't look good whatsoever, so i went ahead, took the wig off and i'm just going to take down the two braids. That'S around my part, not because i want to pull out some hair because that's definitely not necessary. However, a lot of the videos that i've seen on youtube a lot of the girls have the hair just in a regular ponytail. So that way they were able to kind of pull out just a little bit of hair, not necessarily pulling it out to go over. The v part, but more so just to be able to disguise the small little part, that's along the v part, so i'm decided to go ahead and give that a shot to see if that will work um. So you guys see me going in with my comb and i'm just sort of teasing my roots just so that a little bit of hair can just kind of come out and disguise that parting area, so that it looks a little more realistic, um, um and yeah. Now i'm just gon na go in and just further comb through the hair, just a little bit to add some volume, because i just wanted some really pretty big defined curls. Then i'm gon na go ahead and lay my baby hairs. Now. This wig is definitely very interesting. I truly want to revisit this wig again. However, i want to try something: that's a little more of a natural curly or like a coily curly, something that's closer to my natural hair texture. So that way, i can just go in and pull out a little bit of my hair to make it look really realistic, because i did find that the track that's along the v part isn't as thin as i want it to be, so you probably are going To have to pull out the smallest amount of hair um, but for the most part, this hair is absolutely gorgeous. Ceeblessed Love: You can use a hair crochet needle and pull some of the hair from the wig under the weft at the part and bring it over the top of the weft to disguise it
L8Diva: But I have had bad experiences with those metal combs. They completely ripped my hair out BALD when I used to wear wigs that had them inside at the edge areas. Took me about a year to get decent growth back in the bald spots (front AND back). I prefer to replace them with plastic combs, because the metal cuts into the hair like a knife with friction of movement over time. I learnt the hard way many years ago. I liked the curl prep method tho

Alison Jones…Soldier Of The Ministry Of Mercy: I have a question. You have a beautiful head of hair. Why do you wear wigs or hair pieces? Over the last year my hair has been falling out and I’m also a survivor of domestic violence and had a very large portion of my hair pulled out A little over a year ago. I have been self-conscious of the fact that my hair is so incredibly thin as well as the portions that have been grown out since then being completely obvious and uneven with the rest of my hair. I don’t know a lot about wigs or hair pieces other than the fact that I am having a terrible time trying to match my hair color(s) and I cannot keep braids or cornrows in my hair because of how fine it is so I haven’t even been able to get extensions put in because they fall out. I’m hoping this doesn’t come off as insensitive or sarcastic or any other way but sincere when I ask if there is any particular reason why you choose to wear wigs. If I had hair like yours I would not even bother because you have gorgeous hair.
