The Best Do Nothing Fake Scalp Wig!! | No Bleaching No Plucking | Royal Me

Hello, my name is chrissy. Welcome, what's up queens, welcome back to my channel, so in today's video i know you like saying chris, you look rough, but trust me by the end of this video. I will look for it, okay, so in today's video i am doing something very, very different. I am applying my first wig ever. I have never worn a unit. I'Ve never won a wig. I'Ve never attempted to wear a wig i've. Never i just i was a weave girl. Okay, i literally was a weave girl. If you know me, you've been following me for a while, then you know um recently, i stopped wearing weaves because i just felt like the tension, the braiding, the threading. It wasn't good for my hair and i've started on this natural hair journey. You guys have been seeing my curly hair and i'm loving it, but sometimes i get bored. I want to switch it up. So today i have the pleasure of working with royal me. Wigs and they sent me this balm wig, it's totally beginner friendly. It is plucked the bleep. The knots are bleached and mind you. I am not an expert in this. I am not a hairstylist okay, i'm not even a diy type of girl. You should go to the shop, but i want to learn how to do this myself. Okay, i i like to master all type of trades and um. I'M just excited to apply this wig. So if you are interested in seeing that it should be fun, it might be a big mess. Okay, this is the box that it came in. Hopefully, you can see that on camera um, this is the box that i came in came with a cute bow across it, but you know i'm so thirsty. I had to open it up and look at the wig before i even did an unboxing on the channel. Um, so when you open up the box box is cute quality, you know we love packaging um. The wig comes in this, like big plastic bag um. Here it is, i'm gon na name her. You know, like everyone names their wigs, i'm gon na name, her um. It has this netting on it. You know, i guess, to protect the wig and now let me remind you, i don't know all the proper terms, i'm gon na do the best that i can. I really should like name this video how to play with for dummies, because i don't know pretty much anything like. I watch look tutorials because i love them, but you know i do that for fun um. So this is a 22 inch weave wig. It was a hundred percent human hair. I think unprocessed um, oh my god, my wig caps look too each other um unprocessed. This is like a natural body wave first impressions of it. It feels so good. Oh my god. It feels so good like i i i am a hair kind of super like i may not know a lot about wigs, but i know hair okay, this hair feels really really good. Honestly, it doesn't feel like it's going to give me any problems. This is a natural brown color um. Also it smells so good. It smells so good, like i've had hair that i've gotten and it just smells like something's weird and i co-wash it, and it smells so good right off the bat okay. Another thing that i note as you can see here, it's fully plugged, thank god because i don't have time for that and the knots are bleached already, which is everything it's plucked here i mean look at that edges, plucked hairline, plucked everything. So i guess let's look inside of the wig. Oh look at me. Okay, so i turn it inside out. This is what it looks like inside out. It does have clips in the back clips on the side and i guess it's to really just secure the way. Again and then it also comes with a band inside this is adjustable. You can also take this out. It has clips here on the side um. Now i've heard that the band is really for like if you want it to be glue, which i would totally be down for. I really don't want to glue this to my head, because i don't want to snatch my edges out um. So if i can't get away with just the band - and it's like real secure on my head and that's what i do, i have a really big head, so it should be pretty tight and pretty secure so um. I guess we're gon na put this on and see what it looks like. I'M not gon na see your hair like y'all, i did my homework. Okay, i watched a couple of videos uh. I forgot her name but i'll tag, her videos down below. Just if you want to see a professional, do it um, so what i saw her do basically is just put it on like this. You put it on like this put the band over her head and then, oh, my god, it's part of my ear, oh and then pull the wig back. I guess! Oh, my god, my head is so big. Okay, now i took the clip under in the back. Okay, i'm having so much fun with this. I can't okay, so um. Now that i'm looking at it, i got ta look in the mirror, real quick. I don't think this is where it's supposed to be, so let me go ahead and just adjust and fix her real, quick, don't mind me just you know um. I think it's supposed to be maybe a little further back on my forehead, maybe about there i'm going to have to ask my roommate she's thinking about this. So far you guys, we need to see the wig is to die. The weight is to die. I, like i'm, looking at it kind of in, like my viewfinder and i'm like this now i don't know if i have this positioned right, i don't know if it's sitting right, my roommate's gon na have to help me with this, but as far as i can See honey, the the part baby, the parts the edges like give it to me, like literally give it to me, i'm living um, i do see where i'm going to have to like, i think, run the pressing comb through the top and kind of like put this Down a little bit because it does have a little natural hump in it, and i saw that before i even put it on and we can't have that. Okay, i mean her laying down to my head, like she grew up out of my head period. I don't know i'm loving this leg, you guys. What are you doing just tell me during the comments. Let me know what you think. Also. Okay, let me give you a review on the band. The band is so secure on my head. I have it on the last bracket. I'Ll tell you, i have a huge head, it runs in my family um. I have a massive head and it's on here. I don't feel like. I need to glue it down. If you guys can see, that's literally going to melt right into my skin and then tomorrow, when i put on makeup, so i'm doing this the day before, because i have a wedding tomorrow. So when i put on makeup i'm going to put a little bit of makeup on the lace just so it melts. You know: look at that ain't. Nobody going to catch me! Slipping period um, but so far so good. I i really love it. I think it looks really good. I think i love the fact that this is like put it on and go and you don't have to do much to it. So now, what i'm going to do is the scariest part for me and cutting the lace now. I know that cutting the lace is like make it or break it, do or die, because if you cut the legs wrong, throw the whole way like it's pretty much done and i've watched videos, but you just never know so. I'M gon na go get my scissors and we gon na cut this lace. Okay, guys we're back part three um. Okay, i'm also cut the lace, i'm terrified. I truly don't know if i should do this on camera or off camera, but i'm pretty sure it's something. I want to show you so i'm gon na try to do it on camera. If it's too hard, then i'm gon na take it off camera, because i'm really trying not to mess this up um by the way. These clips that i'm putting in the hair um that i'm pulling the hair back with did come in the package, which is nice because i didn't have clips like this and um. It didn't come with like a whole lot of extra stuff. Like you know, some places would be like, including eyelashes and all that extra stuff, and i i'm totally fine with that, because i don't wear my eyelashes anyway. Um also didn't come with the wig cap um. I do have the wig cap separately, so i just pulled all the hair in the front back, so i can make sure i don't cut any hair, i'm honestly so nervous. So i've been watching my good sis um, the pisces finance. I'M sure you guys follow her on instagram or youtube she's everything um and she cuts her lace with kitchen scissors but she's also very experienced. Then wigs, melted, honey, okay, but i figure i'm sure i can do it with kitchen scissors. Why not um i've seen people cut their ways, a lot of different ways? I'Ve seen them just start here and just go across i've seen, i think um uh she goes from the middle, but i also think that's when she's like gluing it i'm not gon na glue mine at least not today, or not, that i know of um. I don't know i don't know my plan of attack. I i kind of want to just do it from the middle, because i think it'll give me just the easier time. I also have a natural widow's peek. I have a widow's peak, so i want to make sure that i allow enough lace for that widow's peak. I think the goal is to cut as natural as you can to your own hairline um. So hopefully i'm able to do that. I'M just going to start the middle um listen. I know that you're supposed to leave like a little bit of lace so that i don't know exactly, but i know you're not supposed to cut like all all of it off. If you know what i mean like, i guess you're supposed to leave like maybe like this much um. Okay, let's keep going and i'm just cutting like real slow like baby slow, because i can't okay guys. I think i might have done okay. I do think i still need to trim down the lace a little bit, especially on this side. I left way more on this side than i did on this side. I don't know why um, but i'm really liking it. So far, i'm very impressed with myself. When i put my mind to it, i do it on period period like five different times, but when i put my mind to do it, i will do it and i apply that principle to everything in my life and so she's, you um, but let me not Get too hype, because i ain't done yet so now that i'm looking at it, i'm like definitely need to decrease the volume up here. I don't like that. Also, i'm like, should i glue it down if i do glue it down, i'm going to just do it with um got to be um, because i'm not i don't. I just don't want the glue glue, i'm going to do it with got to be and yeah. So this is part one of the video part two will come tomorrow when i'm all made up, and i style the wig and everything and you're gon na see a big reveal at the end. So i'm excited hey guys. So here is the thinnest product of the wig. I styled it. I also pressed it down on the top, because i felt like it was just too it was too bulky on the top. It was just it felt bulky and it was like a natural like whatever it was, i had to press it down um. I think it came out really well, especially for my first time doing this um. This is definitely a very easy unit. I didn't have to do much to it um for it to kind of work. For me, i think it looks really nice, so i long curled it because it's just the easiest thing i know, but you know what i'm learning. Okay, i'm picking up a new skill. Jack of all trades um, i am going to insert a clip to show you guys what it looks like kind of like in natural sunlight. So you guys can see by the way. I don't even have it glued down right now, um. I probably you really don't need to glue down because of the band inside, but i probably will glue it down when, like i'm going somewhere for a long time of the day - and i just want it - you know glue down - probably do that with got to be Um because i don't want actual glue in my hair, i'm going to put a little bit of this garnier fructis slick and shine on the hair, just to give it a little bit of sleek and shine. Oh, my god, i'll be cracking myself up. Okay, i'm going to start from the ends of my hair. I'M gon na go all the way up, so i just wanted to be nice and sleek and shine, and i want to keep my hair smelling good, okay, honey. So that's it! That'S pretty much it for the video. You guys i'm very impressed, and i recommend that you guys get this wig from royal me hair. Yes, definitely because it's just it's just put it on and go okay, especially if you're like me, you're just learning and you're not great at this. I definitely definitely would recommend this wig and this company, i think, all their wigs come pre-punched pre. You know knots bleach. Everything like that um one thing i might go back and do is well no, because i feel like this color matches my skin tone really well. It may not be coming across on camera, but in person it's really well. So i'm going to insert that clip, but yeah um, i'm very excited about this wig i'm excited to wear out, i'm just i'm just excited for it. I love it. I hope i get to work with royal me hair again.
