Hi, my name is Leila miles. I'M the owner of lovely hair studio, I'm a fruity educator and I am the owner of don't usually extensions. Today I am going to be trying something totally brand new. Well, not so much totally brand new. I actually tried it on this particular client about a week and a half ago. It'S like a test run, but she came to me with the idea of sewing her wig on to her head, which I've had people talk about that and like have all kind of negative things like like, oh my god gross. So in a week today, a week they have, but after doing my article, that I wrote about Beyonce and some things that I've noticed her, what I've done here is I've created my braided face. Okay, usually for me when I do, which I'm pretty sure you guys have seen, I found that wrap in the hair. What I'm gon na be doing out of here, but what I'm gon na be doing here is a print because she's gon na be having this week sewed on and it's gon na be in at least three or four weeks before it's time to be taken off And redone so wrapping the hair is not gon na, be really too copacetic because we're gon na get it locking and all kind of other stuff, especially with her wedding, her hair, maybe going to swim in washing it different things like that. So what I've done is I've braided everything back here that I'm gon na cover with a wig cap. I'Ve left her her back out and her edges here, perimeter braids here, I'm gon na. I have them in a way to where I can undo them. If I need to and re break them and come in and tighten it back up without messing up the rest of what I'm doing and what you will notice is that once I start sewing on the grid, so I'm going here to the other ends. At the same place, right above the ear and stop the thread, then I'm going to start a new thread and just sew to the perimeter. So that way, when it's time to retouch it, I can just take that off without having to mess with the rest of this, and then we braid these and make them tighter and then tighten it again. Okay, so I have a blonde flesh tone stocking cap that I'm going to use and that's gon na be sold on along with the wig these permitir braids, I'm leaving these edges out.

Kiki11974: @STiprincess... Agreed, but it still looks pretty good. On another note,sewing on a lace wig is not that different. folks have been sewing on integration pieces for years.

Leila Hope: I don't know what you mean by only, but it will need to be retightened after 3-4 weeks. Just like a sew in.

carmen pedroso: Why is her hairline balding? Is it from all the sewing. I don't know why you didn't show how you sewed that in. Isn't that whole purpose of this video. Her edges look like her hair fell out.
carmen pedroso: Well her hairline looks skimpy, and if her hairline is healthy after those tight braids it wont be anymore because you can tell her hair is soft. You don't put tight braids in your hairline that's why all black people have no HAIRLINE. I DONT CARE how BEAUTIFUL A WIG OR WEAVE IS WHEN YOU DONT HAVE A HAIRLINE THAT'S IT. How do you care for the hair underneath the wig is you sew it in. At least with a weave you can go in between. . I have real soft hair every time I go to the Beauty salon they try to mess up my hairline. When she takes that wig off her hair is going to be all dry and damaged.
