People of the purple butterfly here otherwise known as people are seven on twitter and youtube. People are elsewhere on the internet. My soaps look at purplebutterflydashsoaps.myshopify.com, my blogs, locate, purplebutterfly dash people.blackspot.com, and here the full lace wig in pink, is finished. This one is synthetic by the way and i braid it up so that way i can add some texture to it. It'S going to be boiled into this format and then that will make permanent waves or curls, and at that point in time i will cut off the rubber bands fluff it out and see where it needs to be trimmed or restyled. So that way, these sharp blunt edges will go away and yeah just want to show you my progress on that yep yeah. In the meantime, while it's braided i'm going to try it on and see how it looks, because i might just leave it styled this way and wear it that way, but yeah stay tuned, bye. Now people of the purple butterfly here otherwise knows people are seven on twitter and youtube. People are elsewhere on the internet. My social locate purple butterfly dash souls.myshopify.com. My blog is located purplebutterfly dashpeople.blogspot.com. This is honey brown by adore color number 48. This is the color. I usually dye my lace. I put the full lace: pink wig in a huge pot of water, start at a boil, put half a cup of the lace or the color in it, and basically put it on the pan and let it cook for 20 minutes. Well, actually, after it started to boil, i turned it off so now. Here'S the fun thing lace will get tinted by a door, but the synthetic material of the wig is not affected, so the stay pink and the lace will turn brown. The heat sets the curls that are braided into the wig, so it's going to look like a bird now, it's a perfect match, but you will notice. I am not missing the lace, i'm only rinsing the pink part of the whip, not that it will hold dye anyway. It'S just quicker to get all the dye out of the wig, so that way, there's no trace of a tent, completely rinses away from the synthetic in point. This water is brown, that's just what the hair itself, and now it's not hot anymore. I'M going to have to mount my floor, but i'm going to show you see now it's a perfect match to my skin. I have to actually lift it up, so you can see the lace see the purpose of dyeing a full lace. Wig, that's already brown with a tint, so that way, all the little seams from the recap wears double that becomes totally invisible because now there's a double layer of dye. So that way those parts disappear. I just don't have to knock the floor anyway. So now i don't get it, but i just saw that share that and now the water is completely clear. I'M going to hang that up, let it completely dry and then i'm going to unravel it and bring it back bye. Now, as you could tell, i cut off the rubber bands and these curls are permanently heat set in, i think i'm gon na, let it dry completely before i unravel it, and it needs to be trimmed a little more because of you know. The rubber bands was there, i'm not going to even attempt to reset that part, i'm just going to trim that off or depending on how it looks after i unravel the hair, i might curl the ends and just heat set that part. Now, when i turn this around, you can see the lace is now a perfect match to my skin, especially after i put some gel on it to melt the wig as it were. That would completely disappear. Look how good a match that is the first color i bought the um dye lace was actually um hold on now, go get it spicy amber because that actually looked like the color i was going for until i did a test with the lace, and it was Just a little bit too red! So that's when i uh basically looked at a different color chart and came up with honey brown, so yeah. It disappears on the lace itself when you're looking directly at it. But when you put it against your skin, it's the same. Color so yeah that's gon na dry for a while and then i'll bring you back. People are the purple butterfly here. Otherwise those people are seven on twitter and youtube. People are elsewhere on the internet. My socks look at purplebutterfly dashsoaps.myshopify.com and my blog is locate, purplebutterfly, dot, dashpeepler.blogspot.com and i'm taking a loose the braids i permanently boiled these braids in. To give me a wavy effect, i dyed the wig so well the lace, rather at the same time that i sting process the hair, and now it's a near perfect match now we'll have to trim the ends, oh by the way right now, because of the way I cut it, it hits right at my shoulders so hold on to me, get my hair out the way and show you that's where it stops. Now, when i finish unraveling, it's going to stop right here instead of right here, but that's about the length i wanted. I decided not to make it too curly, because basically i like the way my hair looks after it's been in a braid out for a couple of days, so yeah. So this is how it's going to look permanently. What do you think and since it's full lace, i could always braid it back up into this style or any other style? But if you notice the braids actually look thicker now, because when i boil them in the water, you know part of the heat setting process. Swells up the hair and that's fine, because that way the hair doesn't look so thin. When i first braid it up, the braids looked really really skinny, but that's okay. I knew i was gon na. Do that because well not my first rodeo! That'S why i don't um get curly hair, because curly hair sometimes come with an extra pulse, especially if it's long and even curly hair. That'S not long! It'S hard to ventilate than straight hair. When you get straight hair, it's easy villain, then you just decide what texture you want. I have used perm roster set hair. I have braided hair. I'Ve had sets to wigs and then boil that, basically you get the look you want just by doing that. So, there's no need to go through a whole bunch of extra stuff and basically i'm cutting through any tangles that i come across and that will be trimmed out of the finish wig. It also makes it easier to comb through when it's time because potential tangles are being removed as you do it. Oh, if you ever break your hair in a braid out or braid your wig into a braid out. So that way you could permanently sting process. The curls in place don't bra the hair when you get to the ends and that way it literally comes out almost tangle free, especially if it's a synthetic wig human hair doesn't uh really tangle. When you do this, but synthetic hair can, of course synthetic hair can tangle if you just looking too hard, see tango and if you have to clip out a tango, don't clip it in a straight line. One of the reasons why synthetic hair tangles is because it's all one length and natural hair is in several layers. So when you go to comb through there's resistance, but if there's layers, which is why people use thinning shears for this, you know that literally creates layers which makes things easier to come through. Oh, this is still somewhat wet, but it's all good. That'S why i'm wearing my flannel so that way, i don't have to deal with messing up my regular clothes like if there was any leftover dye or whatever. Well, i'm gon na finish, detangling this and then i'll bring you back. That'S how it's looking so far, then i could put some conditioner on it and that'll make it softer and easier to come through. If i choose to comment right now, there's no product of any kind on this. Oh, some people use a fabric, softener, that's a conditioner when they use synthetic because it's a fiber but um. I don't like the way fabric. Softener smells when i'm using it on my hair, so i just use my favorite conditioner. So that way i smell like. I always smell my conditioner smells like mangoes. I rather smell fruity than like my laundry detergent, but anyway, i'm going to finish doing this. Is that gorgeous or what and then i'll bring you back bye? Now, that's how it looks now and you'll notice. It'S not falling over from the weight because the hair has been cut and it's a lot lighter now alrighty then it's people are seven, and this is what it looks like now. Let'S cut a braid out, some people would call that a curly frog. That'S what my hair look like when it's not braided up so now that that's complete, i'm going to install it now yeah. So the first thing i need to do got my bold whole lace. Jelly take my actual hair out the way there i'm going to take off my ear gear, but the microphone in my mouth is right here, so you should still be able to hear me there we go, and this is going to be tricky, seeing how it's hard To see on there, so i'm going to use a little mirror. I have right here: oh, i need to clean how to spoil off my skin. This is the grey's invention and sliced bread. Instead of alcohol and a cotton ball, pre-moistened swabs, i get those for my diabetes, but they come in handy for this too, and see the beauty of the fact that this wig is pink. My hair is pink well, the roots aren't because it's time to lighten them and then dye them again, but all the hair they're sticking out, that's pink. So if my hair actually sticks out, no one's gon na know because the only thing the world will see is pink. You know what i mean. So, let's anchor this out the way i did cut the um lace in the back and on the sides. The only lace i left is in the front because that's kind of hard to cut, unless you can do it on your head, that way you get a good fit. You got ta admit that was a good catch. Good nail is tangling on the t-pins. Let'S just pop the two pins on down there, especially this one. There we go. I have to watch where i stepped that went flying somewhere yeah. Fortunately, i've been wearing house shoes since my diabetes, education, uh nurse, told me. I really shouldn't be walking around barefoot, because what did he step on something - and i was like there's nothing in my house to step on - you know i'm ocd, i mop and clean continuously right now, i'm having a little bit of a depression thing, so i haven't Done laundry in a while but yeah and then one day i'll get in the mood and all of that will get you know cleaned up too and wear it that way, but anyway, let's cut the lace. Well, actually i think i'm a anchor to lace down. First then cut it so that way i know exactly where you know, because you don't want to guess about lace. I did that with um this wig, no, not that one this one. I cut the lace in the wrong place. So next thing you know i had to add a piece of lace back to it and i added a piece of lace to it and at the time i only had black thread so yeah. It'S a good thing. It was a black wig, because otherwise that would have been the same but yeah that was annoying because it kept sliding back at his leisure. Instead of you know, hanging out where i needed it to be. The only solace was the fact that i know how to ventilate, and i know how to add another piece of lace. So that's what i did. Okay, look at that a minute, that's where it smells like glyoxide, which is um a dental thing if you've ever heard that name before in the meantime about the house shoes when my nails popped off the other day. One of them popped into my shoe and i didn't know it and that happened when i stepped on it. Apparently acrylics can be sharp, so yeah, but i've gotten used to wearing house shoes. Actually, i had to go buy a pair of house shoes just to wear house shoes because i generally don't wear shoes, especially in the house, and i didn't have any so i bought some okay. I can't see you know, that's not poured down enough. Oh - and this is a fitted lace, so instead of combs and um adjusters, and all that, basically it fits my exact head size, so i don't have to put console or anything and it's not going nowhere what'd, i do with the scissors there we go well. Let me move this up a little right. There get as close as i can without screwing, that up and behind the air now see. If i mess up the part where the area is nobody's going to see that, and since i'm the one that made the wig, i can always sew that piece of lace back on and fix it. If i need to you turn your scissors around, if you have scissors like these remember, this part is to guide, do not put this part next to your skin. Put this part there. So that way, you have a part, that's literally safe, to touch, and i know you're supposed to do a jagged edge but um. This is such a good match with the way i dyed it. No one's gon na see that once it dries and that's how it looks, i need to find my um scarf to melt it down. But what do you think - and maybe i'm gon na - pour it on this side here? I don't usually do center parts so, but whenever i cut hair, especially for a new wig, i always start with a center part, because that way i can get the hair symmetrical and get both sides exactly the same. Yeah well hold on there. It is um. I see a little more trimming to do on the ends. I need to trim the part right by my ear. I feel it rubbing against my ear, but i'm gon na do that when i can use my big mirror but yeah now so look that part is nowhere near straight. I have a paddle brush in the other room which will make this a piece of cake but yeah, i'm not getting up right now, so we're going to do it the hard way, pardon fluff part of love trim if i need to yeah and then to the Back so now i got ta do is get my little red wrap that i used to melt it down, but this gel will hold whether i do that or not so yeah. In the meantime, where's my glasses, i got ta be able to see and the way i made this - i literally went up a little bit over my ear. So that way i could put my glasses on without it. You know: snagging, i'm gon na pull this down. Just a little more, it also means it's time to re-dye my hair, because i could see my dark roots right there. Well, i could see it you might not be able to, but tell me what you think this has been people 7 on twitter and youtube. People are elsewhere on the internet. My socks look at purplebutterfly dash soaps.myshopify.com. My blog is locate. Purplebutterfly purplebutterflydashpeople.blogspot.com y'all stay blessed, stay tuned bye. Now, i'm rather proud of myself. Usually i do this on human hair, but this is synthetic. Oh, i've got my hair gear back on which costs a whole lot less, but i got the same results whether i ventilate synthetic hair or ventilate human hair. It still takes me a month either way. So you know yeah kind of like the low hanging bangs there. Y'All stay tuned bye now,
