Hey y'all, welcome back to my channel is your girl fatima and today i am growing up. Nobody has time to sit in that brain chair for hours or hours, so i'm gon na show y'all how i did this faux. Loc butterfly, lock, wig install super easy stay tuned, hey y'all, so we're gon na hop right in go ahead and cornrow your hair straight to the back and slick your edges, real, smooth grab your wig cap grab a color, that's closest to your skin tone. You don't want it too, bright or too dark, so you want to go ahead, open it up and place it on your head. The gel in your hair is going to make the wig cap stick but make sure that you pull it over your ears. Now, since we are doing a frontal, this is considered a frontal wig you're, going to lay it from ear to ear so go ahead and cut two small slits on the side of the ear and poke your ears through. You don't want to slit it all the way, because the cap will roll back, so just peek your ear through for holding so to help me lay my wig cap down. I like to use these two things. It got to be gel and the holding spray you can use whatever you like, but i do suggest using a gel and a holding spray to get it to stick. Okay, she cute yes, ma'am, real, nice and late okay. So once you have your cap secured, go ahead and take your holding spray and spray it from ear to ear. You want the extra hold and you want to make sure that your hair is hard to prevent less glue getting on your hairline once you have everything on your cap, go ahead and blow dry your hair for about 30 seconds. At a time now i prefer to use cool, because i hate when it's too hot, then my forehead start itching, but you can do whatever temperature. You want. Oh also be sure that while you blow dry your hair that you like smoothing it in because you know you want to make sure that it's glue, i'm sorry, you want to make sure that it's dry all the way around. If your edges are not dry, the glue will not stick. So the next step is adding your foundation to your caps, make it look more like skin. Now, at the end of the video you will see, i did my bronzer too dark, so my scalp looks dark as well, but so you can avoid doing what i do. Um try to get a foundation shade, not a bronzer. The next step you want to go ahead and cut off that cap. Now remember what i was saying earlier: how if you don't let it dry, it won't stick in my case it did not stick. So i had to lay my glue first and then pull the cap over just like this. Now that your cap is secure and it's melted in your skin, you want to go ahead and add your glue. Now this glue is strictly for the wig and you want to go ahead and mesh it from the cap to your skin, be sure to put the glue in front of your hairline and not on it, because you do not want to lose any hair. Now. The moment that we all have been waiting for this wig is from posh glad braided wigs. This company is sure out of nigeria, so everything is handmade. They literally make this for tan um and not a machine. So the quality is a one literally cannot complain. The lace is thin, it has a few clips on the inside and it also has a band for security. Now, if you're like me, i love baby hair, so this wig also comes with baby hair all around it, so it has baby hair in the front and also at the back. Personally, i cut my baby hair out for the back because i don't wear it up, but that is an option: go ahead and place the wig on and pull it down, and you want to place it right on top of that glue so from ear to ear And then stick it on now, since we are in the season of miscarriage, you want to be sure that you have both ears out, so you can comfortably wear your mask, so please be sure to cut the space around the ears out. That way. It'S not a problem now, once you have um your wig laid like you need to, and it's comfortably placed go ahead and pull out your baby hairs again, as mentioned, i like a lot of baby hair because i like to do the twists and twirls um and Then go ahead and spray your hair spray for some added security. Now before you lay your edges, you definitely want to go ahead and tie them down, because you do not want the wig to move while you place the baby hair, so get you a small scarf. Silk scarf, preferably tie it up and let it sit for about 30 to 40 minutes the longer the better okay. So we back time has passed. So if you notice near my ear, you may see my cap peeking through, but don't worry because i'm about to cut all that off. However, you see how that looks. Just like my scalp, oh, i love this wig, so anyways before you start laying a baby hair. You want to be sure to tie up the hair and get it out the way i love to use my nairobi foam because it just molds everything. Now i typically go in with my phone first before the gel, because it's always easier to play this, usually just preps it and gets the mold first and then i use my gel to go over it just to lock it in place so go ahead and mold. It and sculpt it out with the foam and then go back over it with your favorite gel okay swoop. Now this title isn't official, but i am a self-proclaimed baby hair queen, like i will let these baby hairs like no other but anyways. Once you are done, laying a baby hair go ahead and seal it off with your holding spray, and then yes ma'am, you guessed it tie it back up with your silk scarf. Now, there's no certain time frame on how long you should keep it tied up. However, for me at my home, i keep it up until i'm done with my makeup. That way. No makeup gets on my baby hair, and this is the finished look edge is laid, hair is tied up and the makeup is done.
